With the Series Ending

I decided to do this solely based on canon, except for F which are so bad that they transcend the rule. I also put this in the lens of do I enjoy watching them, or do they infuriate me. Most of the ones in G are there because I can't tell who they are from the picture, or are so minor I don't get why they were on the list to begin with

Hawks was the hardest to place because as I've mentioned before I love villain fanon Hawks, and hate Canon for all the missed potential and the guy being shit.

Before the last arc, Deku would have been in C, and I felt most criticisms of him were undeserved. I still feel a lot of them are dumb, however, he's canonically a hypocritical, suck-up to labels, abuse apologist, idiot, etc. As much as it feels like character assassination it's canon, same with Shoji. I also just don't care to read fanfiction of him, and feel he takes a lot of roles where other characters would make more sense. If I'm not already following someone I'm not going to read fanfiction with him in it

Most of E I hate as much if not more than F but the fandom either doesn't write about, or treat them like the pieces of crap they are, looking at Mineta of course.

Fun fact Edgeshot is in E for bringing Bakugo back, and causing me both meta and dramatic issues for me. What the fuck was the point of killing Bakugo to immediately bring him back. How the fuck did Edgeshot know he could do this? How the fuck did he know how to do this? Why the fuck is he doing this for some random teenager he has never interacted with before, in the middle of a war? And now why the fuck does this fucker get to live, no one gave a single fuck about Edgeshot but he gets to live!

Needless to say I love villains, Dabi is by far my favourite, followed by Himiko, they are way more engaging and convincing than the heroes. And by convincing I mean it actually feels like they are going to put in effort to make their goals happen, not just wish really hard. I truly wish we could have seen how Shigaraki's goals shifted during his reign over the PLF. We had already seen how he wanted the League to be happy and an exception to his goal of destruction

The West has grown complacent in feeling untouchable, but it isn't.

I'm sure many of us have heard "The West is next" on multiple occasions in this past year. But what does that actually mean in terms of society right now?

A huge point to recognize is that the pro-Pali movement is not about the creation of a Palestinian state. It is about the destruction of Israel first, then the West as a whole.

Iran's leader has called the US the "big Satan" previously, and it is important to remember that ultimately this war is not Israel vs Hamas, or Israel vs Gaza. It is Israel vs Iran, as the groups attacking Israel are Iranian proxies. Iran is not just a key player, but a central actor in this war.

Now, what does "the West is next" mean for right now? The way I've seen a lot of people portray it is as there being another 9/11 (G-d forbid) or something such as that. But the West doesn't just mean a geographic region or location in the physical sense, of course. The "West" to these people is a set of ideologies, democracy being a major part of that.

Remember how the more radicalized pro-Palis talked about the election, calling on people not to vote at all. They didn't have a preferred candidate or harm reduction as a strategy. Their "solution" was not voting and shaming people who did vote.

They burn American flags. They are loud and proud of how much they hate the US.

Disagreeing with a country's values or ideals is one thing. Showing such blatant and aggressive disrespect and intentionally undermining the structure and values of that country is a different issue entirely.

The West is complacent. The West believes they are untouchable. But after the past fourteen months, they should know better.

They are not untouchable. They are actively being touched by this conflict, whether they want to recognize it or not.

When you have people actively seeking to undermine the democratic process, burning the US flag, supporting groups that view the US as the "big Satan", the West is not next. It is now.

The West needs to stand up and understand what is at stake.

There can be weeks when all you can do is send a few text messages to each other. Getting to the stage where he wants to marry anyone would take a few years imo.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?) He can and will manhandle you if you want him to. He's pretty gentle with his lovers. I'm kinda writing this from the POV that you're in the military too. He knows you can and will kick ass and defend yourself. He mostly shows his protective side when you're out and about doing civilian things. Likes to keep you close, his hand in yours or holding you close to his side. He knows it's silly but he feels comfort walking on the side of the footpath closest to the road.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?) Has special dates marked on a calendar. Chances are you guys wont be together on the special dates because of work but will always find time to at the VERY LEAST send you a text message telling you how much he loves you and why. Will plan dinner dates to make up for it when he's off duty :)

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?) Leaving cigar butts and dirty ashtrays around.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?) Not overly. He likes to keep his beard groomed well. Sometimes complains about how fast it's going grey. Just tell him you love aging with him.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?) If you had been together a few years it would take him a long time to stop feeling like theres a hole in his chest. If you've not been together very long he wont really mind. Might miss the company a little but it wont break him.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.) He's a mums boy. I read his nickname is JJ and that his dad is also named John. So he's John Michael Price Junior. Might have been someones headcanon but I'm running with it. Basically he loves his mum a lot. Her love fuels him. When looking for a partner he unconsciously looks for someone who loves like she does.

Absolutely not. Ash's 'lifestyle' doesn't lend itself to children, it's just way too dangerous. If something happened and you ended up with a child in your lives, he may soften up to the idea of having a family.

Ash will cuddle any way possible and as much as he can. He likes being able to stand behind you with his arms around your waist, sitting on the sofa together, lying in bed, sharing a bath. He'll take any chance he can to be close to you.

Considering that Ash only has one hand, he does like to hold yours. There have been moments when he hasn't been wearing his fake hand and you've grabbed his wrist, but he's never offended by it. It makes him feel better about having lost his hand.

Unfortunately for some, Ash is a man who is ruled by his impulses. As soon as he saw you, he knew he had to have you.

Ash likes the say that he doesn't get jealous, but he absolutely does. He has no problems with you talking to other people (and it would be a massive red flag if he did have a problem with it), but if someone tries to get handsy with you, you can expect him to start hovering.

Having feels again. Unfortunately sad ones.

Thinking about judaism, motherhood, relationships.

It’s Chanukah, and my mom is no longer suicidal. This most recent resurgence was caused by many things but one is that it was recently his birthday on the Hebrew calendar. And it’s been around five years since he’s been able to talk to his own mom.

And with all that baggage finally not making him suicidal, he’s starting to teach me the prayers associated with Chanukah.

Tonight we watched fiddler on the roof. A Jewish classic and the source for many tears over the years.

So well cooking latkes, we watched fiddler. It’s later now but I can’t help but miss a Jewish community i barely ever had. And probably never will

To day i drove past protesters waving flags for organizations founded by nazis (the nazi party of germany)

These protesters were quite obviously trying to prevent the public menorah lighting.

I miss living in the Jewish ghetto I spent so much time in. Because well they hated me and my family for being queer at least they didn’t want to kill me.



I want to have kids. I really really want to have kids. Not necessarily biological kids or my own kids. I’ve been planning on fostering for a long time now. But my current partner gags at the mention, I mean I knew this was probably going to happen.
