This is Nuclear Fallout! They went through a lot just to get here in the first place. When they first came to the adoption center they where pretty messy, and needed a good soak. Sadly she was sick and starving when she came to me. She needed a lot of food, and love to help her get through her cold. With a bit of TLC they're as good as new! Not much is known about their past owners, but given their condition, an bit stand offish nature it wasn't pleasant. She seems to have perked up, though it seems pretty hard to earn her trust...

Special Trait: Her beak and eyelids glow in the dark! Very mysterious condition- we aren't quiet sure how that happened but it doesn't seem to hurt her. It makes it easier to find her in power outages!

About: It seems Nuclear wants everything to be simple. After all of the strife they lived through before they're sick of all the complicated things life throws at them. They seem to have a tendency to put things off, not wanting to attempt to process anything, and react before thinking. For her life is overly complex, a constantly changing beast that forces them to face the terrifying unknown.

They want simple answers, straight forwardness, and to avoid anything that makes them uncomfortable. Which can of course cause many a problem of their own. Due to this they need a lot of care, and understanding.

Starlight Adoption Center's second adoptiee!

This is Kronk! While his journey wasn't as strenuous as Nuclear Fallout's was, he still came to the adoption center with his own batch of issues. His right eyelash was bent, seemingly melted along with some strange red plastic substance upon his bent eyelid. After surgery it was managed to be taken off, but there is a slight hole where the plastic growth use to be. He had a few stains in his fur as well and had a good soak in the tub to help get the nasty dirt off of him. He had a slight sniffle, but it was pretty easy to get rid of it with a bit of petting and playing to boost his moral.

He seems to be a bit of a goofy little fellow, more then happy to play along with my silly lil whims! Yet there is this odd sense that even though he's so friendly I'm not seeing every part of him...

Maybe you can be the one he trusts his real self too?

About: He acts ditzy, and pretends to not understand what people are talking about. Preferring to take the mascot role, he doesn't mind if people underestimate him, or see him as a needy attention hog. Hell, he likes it that way! But, deep down he's afraid of being seen as incompetent; it's why he does this. It's easier to pretend to be worse then he really is then to risk not being good enough. Constantly lying to himself (and others) takes it's tole on him though.

Week 2 December Furby! This idea was suggested by LeyKahla on twitter as well!

I like to imagine this Furby gains more christmas tree ornaments to their fluff over time, mixing and matching what they have in their tail fluff especially, they also like to switch out which baubles they have on as earrings so these can be changed to anything the owner likes! They're constantly wrapping themselves in decorative lighting, so sometimes these change colours as well once they find a new string of lights to tangle themselves in! They're always covered in a bit of christmas glitter from presents wrapped up safely under the christmas tree too
