essentially...
It’s safe to say that over the last few years “Essential Oils” have been a mainstay for my entire family. Using essential oils is so great for your mind and body. Here are a few really great ones to use and why. 
Frankincense- This Essential oil goes all the way back to Biblical times. It has many benefits to it such as it can promote healthy cellular function, balance hormones, help improve memory and can even kill cancer cells while promoting healthy cells in the body.
Myrrh- Frankincense and Myrrh go together like PB&J. They are both great on their own but work best when together. Myrrh oil is an antioxidant, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, and aides in digestion. In Chinese medicine Frankincense and Myrrh are usually proscribed together especially to help kill off the cancer cells in the body.
Lavender- Probably the most popular oil because it’s so relaxing and the aroma is so pleasant. Relaxing is another way to relieve stress. We know stress is a big deal and lowers your pH levels in your body resulting in different diseases. Lavender can help ease stress which can help heighten your pH and reducing those chances for disease. For some things I didn’t know: it helps improve brain function, reduce headache pain, anxiety, helps induce sleep and is full of antioxidants.
Clove- Like Lavender Oil, Clove Oil is also full of antioxidants which can help to boost your immune system. Not only that but, it can be used as an antiseptic to help heal wounds, help with oral health, prevent certain cancers, and can purify blood!
These are just a few of the essential oils that I have used and love. 
I will say that you should make sure that while purchasing oils they are in fact 
“Essential Oils”
and not just Fragrance Oils. Added fragrances are usually unnatural and therefore aren’t very good for your body. For the first 6 months I didn’t know the difference but I do now.
Now that you have your essential oils picked out you may ask “what now?”
I typically mix my EO’s with coconut oil and use it topically. While looking up ways to use Essential Oils I found reflexology. Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. I also found that along with pressure you can also apply the Oils in these spots and it’s the safest way to get the oils to those organs. WILD!

Upon doing this process I started applying the oil mixture behind my ears and even on the scar where my tumor was extracted.
My favorite and most effective tool for using my Essential Oil’s is to Diffuse them in a Diffuser. Inhaling diffused air is the only way to break the blood brain barrier. The air from diffusers is cool enough so that it doesn’t damage the oils chemical balance. Using something with heat will destroy them.

I founf this just now and I cant believe he passed away today. He was one of my favorite horror directors. I liked his movies Nightmare On Elm movies he's done, Scream movies, Wishmaster movies he did, My Soul To Take (2010). Also, The Hills Have Eyes (2006 & 2007) and The Last House On The Left (2009) that he was a writer and producer or one of the both in the reboots. Sad day for horror fans including me. the reasoning in the seasonings.
These are the seasonings we cook with almost daily. Most of these are organic when we can afford them. 
Himalayan Pink Salt is the only salt we use in our house. When we go out we rarely add salt to what we eat. Himalayan salt doesn’t just taste great but it has many added benefits to it as well. This salt is very rich in minerals, around 84 to be more specific. Some of the benefits of this salt are, it helps keep a healthy ph level in the body, aids in digestion and vascular health. It helps with sleep and works as an air purifier. You should still use this salt in moderation since our human diet should only consist of around 2300 mg of sodium a day. Regular table salt is stripped of their benefits by harsh chemicals leaving it to be completely sodium chloride with no other elements. #gopink

Garlic Powder- This seasoning is one of my favorites. We also like to use a lot of fresh garlic as well. Garlic not only tastes great but also has a ton of benefits for our bodies. Some of those benefits are, it helps to cleanse our bodies of heavy metals and toxins, helps protect our immune systems against viruses and bacteria, and it has a high nutrient content. Garlic has vitamin C, vitamin B6, and manganese. It also wards off vampires!

Onion Powder- This is another must have in most of the dishes we make. Onions, like garlic, have many benefits especially if used raw. Onions can lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and help keep your heart healthy, it has vitamin C and Quercetin (a compound that can help fight some cancers) and folate (helps with depression). Black Pepper- I use Black Pepper in EVERYTHING. It’s a staple in everyones kitchen. I didn’t know it has so many benefits until today and they are pretty surprising. Turmeric- As mentioned in another entry about supplements here is Turmeric again. Turmeric is best used in Indian food such as curry, or I like to use it in my Mexican food. It’s a natural anti-inflammatory which can help reduce the chances of getting cancer and/or can reduce the chances of cancer coming back. It also helps to strengthen the immune system and help with anti-aging properties. It can provide a natural mood booster and in studies has had comparable effects as Prozac for depression. Today marks another year that you aren't here...26 years ago. RIP Raad Bhaiya. I hate the fact that I even have to say rest in peace, I also hate that I have to use the same pics bc we don't have lots of pics of you because you were only 5 years old when you left us... vegan tag-li-o-lini.

This is my take on Vegan Tagliolini:
Ingredients:
Pasta of choice (I use chickpea/lentil pasta)
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Shallots
Vegetable stock
Butter of choice (I use MELT probiotic spread)
Toasted pecans (crushed)
Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
▪️Boil pasta until al dente
▪️In a separate pan roast cut mushrooms in a dry pan with the sea salt (lots of salt)
▪️after the mushrooms are nice and toasted add the ‘butter’ (a shit ton of butter almost half the butter in the package) get that nice and melted then cook for a minute
▪️add the crushed pecans, broccoli and shallots and cook at a little above a simmer until the butter starts to cook up
▪️add vegetable stock and get that nice and hot
▪️spice it up more with more salt and some pepper! (Salt is a key ingredient)
▪️finally add the pasta in and continue to cook until you feel like it’s all good and cooked in (a few minutes)
BOOM!
