Some Godwyn sketches that were living in my head rent free after reading a lore theory on reddit. It theorized that Godwyn was ascending to godhood by becoming a true dragon, in alignment with the myth of the koi fish swimming up stream until it became a dragon.

So I played around with that design as if it were a phase shift in his boss fight, with his weird oyster face opening up and revealing his true form, a rancid deathblight dragon.

Also playing around that the oyster face isn't Godwyns real face, but rather just like a real oyster, with Godwyns head is being reformed within it much like like what happens in real oysters when they make pearls (instead of calcium it's deathblight, and the "outside particle" is Godwyns corpse being covered and changed to create the Prince of Death.) (This is also like... visually could be compared to Griffith being rebirthed through the red behelit into Femto, since I know Miyazaki loves that Berserk stuff)

This is eating me up inside, I genuinely want to know why is Steve so okay with putting himself down and everyone just thinks it’s fine? Like no one questions why he thinks so lowly of himself even though he’s done a lot to prove that he’s more than what the show let on. I think it’s weird how in a conversation he’ll slip in comments about himself that are negative. I also think it’s so gross that he can’t have a moment of confusion without being disrespected and I know it’s supposed to be funny but at a certain point someone should really ask “is Steve okay?” I can bet money that the answer won’t be yes.

I also want to add how come Eddie (someone who doesn’t even know Steve from a can of paint other than school) find something nice to say about him and not put him down. This also adds to my list why I think steddie is real but that’s for another time

still not over solavellan being the default worldstate. they are so fucking crazy for that. like obviously im deeply biased in favor of this but that doesnt mean i cant be gagged that they did it. never having a canon romance and then just coming out swinging with that is so insane. nevermind how it does objectively make narrative sense to give more depth to solas as a character and endear and humanize him to new players that only know him as the dread wolf but its still fucking crazy of them. they had to know how catastrophically controversial it would be and they did it anyway. this game had 0 coherent direction except for a clear solavellan agenda and its honestly so wild how they just went for it so hard. but also where was that energy for the rest of the game... both solavellan and just in general. why stick to your storytelling guns so hard on this one aspect and then just.... flail around for the rest. anyway. i just know this is causing absolutely nuclear twitter drama right now
