continued from here. @moonvvrites.
if you had asked axel how he thought his date with steven ( no longer in this episode ) would end, he wouldn't have been able to guess 'oh, you know, by kissing charlie in the rain' — but the most surprising part of that isn't him ditching the guy he promised his night to for charlie. nah. not at fucking all. that's how this works: she calls, he comes. and he'd never tell her just how many dates he's walked out of for her, he just isn't that kind of guy ( not one to guilt, and if he has anything to say about it, never going to be the one who makes her feel bad — there are enough people in her life who do that and will continue to do that ), and his devotion is no one's burden but his own, hopeless as it is. or... isn't? it's apparently, maybe, not hopeless devotion. the thing is, he isn't sure what the limit with it is, how far it can go. how deep the roots really are — 'cause if he was more aware of this thing between them, he'd go fucking crazy. he's allowed to be in love with his best friend and just not address it ever, alright? that's how things work around here. and axel thinks he knows the rules to this by now, the ins and outs of pretending he's just her hype man, he should be an expert. but the thing about charlie lomax is she isn't really something you can learn: she just happens, to you, around you. try as he might to pick out a pattern the way his brain so often likes to try to do, he can't. like now, when she's rushing to him in the rain, their bodies thumping together with the force of her running into his arms, his arms folding so naturally around the small of her back that you'd think they were two puzzle pieces. like now, when she's touching his neck the way you don't touch a friend and she's closing the distance between their faces in a way that he's only dreamt, and dreamt, and dreamt about.
and dreamt.
it's funny, because as much as he's thought about their fictional first kiss, he's always much more involved in the lips moving part. in his fantasy, he finally tells her how he feels ( laughable, this alone; axel verbalizing a feeling? please, bitch. write better fantasies. ), holds her face in his hands, and kisses her deeply. leave it to charlie to subvert every part of that, kissing him so hard and so fast and so full of something he's too afraid to put a name to — so let's just say it's full of everything, so much that he's stunned, frozen. his lips moved, he kissed her back, he did, but it was almost this delayed reaction; like he didn't know what to do with what was happening, which is not a problem he has ever had romantically. and axel doesn't know what his face does when she pulls away, but he's willing to bet it's nothing, because he doesn't feel facial movement until well after she's stepped away and started joking about it already. what he feels happening on his face is his eyebrows pinching together, furrowing hard, and his mouth tugging down. i'm clearly still pretty fucked up.
axel's eyes close and he inhales, hard. yeah. that sounds about right. he gives himself a moment, here, because he knows he needs it; he's sure charlie doesn't mean to tug at a sore spot ( how many girls had said or implied at some point that they'd need to be fucked up to kiss him? who knows. ) in saying that, but god, does she ever. for the first time, charlie's steps aren't followed — he doesn't make himself her shadow right off the bat. he lets her get about halfway to the nearest stop sign before his fingers fidget open the umbrella he's holding, the one he'd walked up with but dropped away when she collided with him, and then falls in line behind her. " yeah, " he agrees just to agree, still giving himself a moment here, at least as long as he has before he catches up with her. once they're side by side, the worlds greatest actor has returned to the stage, all signs of upset washed away with the rain dampening his face. he moves so that the umbrella covers more of her than it does him, his eyes side-cast towards her as they walk. in another world, in a world where he was braver, he'd kiss her again. he'd do it right this time. he'd say you have no idea how long i've wanted to do that. but tonight is not about him, and even if it became about him, he actually can't stomach that. so he fixes his concern on her and focuses back on what matters. " it's his loss. the girlfriend guy, i mean. " he'd only gotten a little of what happened over text. he's still gonna side with charlie, anyway. " my place isn't far from here. we should probably get you in some dry clothes, huh? "

Appearance & Personality:
Angel has a slender build and is the tallest of the main cast of characters. He is estimated to stand around 8 feet with his heels on.
His fur is white and he has a mop of fluffy white hair that extends from both the front and back of his head, with splotches of light-pink across it. He also has a distinctive and focal light-pink heart pattern on the back of his head. The light-pink outline of a heart also encircles his chest, the bottom point of which extends past his waistband and down to his crotch area.
His eyelids are light pink and the color extends up to his eyebrows, giving the effect of eyeshadow, and his lashes are dark and thick.
His irises are cerise pink. His right eye has a light yellow sclera, his left eye has a dark sclera. He has a wide mouth full of sharp, pointed teeth and possesses a single golden fang that sits slightly to his right of center, a feature he shares with his boss, Valentino. He has three cerise-pink dots under each of his eyes, which are intended to evoke freckles, although they are actually another set of smaller eyes.
One of Angel's most noticeable features is his prominent chest. The chest is actually composed entirely of fluffy fur, however, which Angel intentionally pushes up into a breast-like formation with his tightly pinned jacket for show.
Angel's everyday attire consists of a long light pink suit-blazer with horizontal white stripes down the length, reddish-grey miniskirt, and long reddish-grey thigh-high heeled boots, accessorized with a reddish-grey bowtie with a cerise pink center and a black choker. On his top set of arms he wears long cerise pink gloves with white detailing at the cuffs, on his bottom set of arms he wears long white gloves.
Though usually depicted with six limbs, Angel has a third retractable set of arms that he usually keeps hidden but can summon at will.
In background artwork seen in the pilot, Angel Dust's feet resemble those of a spider's.
How would you describe Angel Dust’s personality?
• Reckless
• Sexual (OTT)
• Sarcastic
• Sharp-witted
• Destructive
• Playful
• Vulgar
• Confident (excessive)
• Flippant
• Callous
• Cynical
<> Particularly about the idea of redemption however has a small hopeful part that it’s possible for him
As Anthony:
• Defensive
• Family orientated
• Shy
<> Through copping constant abuse from Valentino which would often make him nervous in his presence
• Hopeful
• Self assertive (outside the Porn Studios contract)
• Volatile
• Comedic (genuinely)
• Inferior
<> Seen when Charlie declared Sir Pentious as “official patron” at the Hazbin Hotel
• Attentive
<> Seen when Angel Dust rejected Cherri Bomb’s offered drugs after Husk mentioned about “undoing his progress”
• Protective
• Traumatised (via “Poison” at the end)
• Broken
Trivia:
• When it comes to physical contact Angel Dust always backs away (which is common in SA victims) seen with both Husk in “Masquerade” to bring him back to the hotel and Vaggie when throwing him off the building for a trust exercise
• The more Angel Dust (Anthony) gets upset the more his (New Yorker) accent gets thicker and automatically breaks out of his persona
• If Angel Dust hadn’t died at 30 years old he would have been around the same age as Husk if not somewhere between 12 years younger
<> However Angel is actually older than Husk down in Hell because he died first (which is kinda cool)
• Angel & Charlie have a “brother/sister” relationship (both Headcanon and implied but not confirmed)
• In a earlier draft of Angel’s character it appeared that when he blushed it showed on his upper body (face and chest area)
• Blake Roman (Angel Dust’s VA in the Hazbin Hotel series) is a huge Huskerdust fan
• Angel Dust’s birthday lands on April Fools Day (which explains he loves pranks so much 🤭)
• The name Anthony may come from the word "antonia", which means "priceless/praiseworthy and or beautiful".
<> His real name officially appears in the episode "Masquerade", signed on Valentino's soul contract.
• "Angel Dust" is Angel's chosen all-encompassing persona name, and one he uses exclusively in place of his actual name. It is intended as multipurpose for both his drag queen persona and his sex-work persona.[30] It is also a possible reference to his mode of death, a drug overdose.
* Whenever Angel is outside of work and doesn't feel the need to maintain his public persona, he prefers to dress in very cozy, comfortable, unsexualized clothing.
• In an earlier development stream, when asked if Angel is venomous, Vivziepop stated she did not think Angel was venomous due to being based on the jumping spider. However, she returns to this in a later stream, stating that Angel's bite may be venomous. But, that venom in Hell can't actually kill anyone, it just causes temporary pain or disfigurement and making them fall ill.
• During the gang war with Sir Pentious, when Angel's shadow is cast behind him, it appears much larger than him, with six arms and glowing red eyes. This implies that Angel can possibly transform into a larger form like other sinner demons.

Music Monday: The Latest Releases and Revisited Classics
In the ever-evolving world of music, there's always something new to discover and appreciate. From the release of a captivating single to the revisiting of timeless dance anthems, this music roundup offers a glimpse into the diverse and vibrant landscape of contemporary music. Joshua Thew releases sublime new single 'Reveal'! I have heard a fair bit of Joshua's music so was interested in Reveal, and I wasn't disappointed. It's a soft ballad and they can be emotionally charged depending on the artist. Joshua just takes his time with this which makes it more enjoyable. Listen - Reveal https://open.spotify.com/track/2N7xCvkztRIEnuLUvemOIC?si=a0566d42d9f24114 Watch - Reveal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7Bl3Yjgazs https://open.spotify.com/artist/3oWGQhQ0FqlwJWwguF7asT?si=_QC8zGUHQD2Uw7CRBondBQ Bandcamp Get tickets for Joshua Thew live at The Lower Third on 23rd September here: Get tickets now here Rui da Silva ft Cassandra, Axel V & Armando Fernández Revisited Remix - Touch Me Originally released in 2000 this dance classic is still as great to listen to now as it was back then. Cassandra raspy voice not only fits in effortlessly, it adds that little extra to the song and you can hear the desire in her vocals. I can't get bored of this Watch https://youtu.be/_lOEJ1uU0VM?si=Dra7bw78H_xzz3Pk Foals - In Degrees Foals have yet to make a record that isn't Top 10 worthy. The deep vocals that Yannis can do cuts right through with zero effort on In Deep. Walter and Jimmy on backing vocals gives more depth to the music. Degrees is addictive listening for me Watch https://youtu.be/SND8xV_YFsw?si=bqnu22Cpbp8bUuBr Charli XCX - Boom Clap (The Fault in Our Stars OST) Released in 2014 and served as part of the main theme song for Teen Flick, The Fault in Our Stars, Boom Clap is about the feelings we experience when in romance. Charli's voice is deep and soft and glides itself over the music. Though I've not seen the film the song's a guilty pleasure Watch https://youtu.be/AOPMlIIg_38?si=u9Vhak7--ryb2jQQ Mura Masa ft Slowthai - Deal Wiv it From the 90's to the 00's grime outfit, The Streets, made memorable songs about urban life. Fast forward to 2018 Mura Masa and Slowthai have done something similar, but they've gone a little grittier. One thing I admire about it is the honest no nonsense lyrics, saying it as it is. Watch https://youtu.be/F0uvt97Xn20?si=gdRMchnYtQSV2uR1 Deadletter's 'Hysterical Strength': Post-Punk Mastery in Contradictions In their debut album 'Hysterical Strength', the Yorkshire-bred post-punk band Deadletter revel in life's contradictions, striking a delicate balance between the foreboding and the fun. The album's title alone sets the tone, as the group embraces the crossroads where beauty meets brutality, showcasing a ferocious strength while also reveling in the hysteria. Drawing inspiration from genre forefathers like Magazine and Gang of Four, as well as contemporary acts such as Black Midi and Squid, Deadletter have crafted a sound that is both familiar and refreshingly unique. Brooding, crunching guitars may be the foundation, but the band understands the value of letting the light in, creating a dynamic and multifaceted listening experience. https://youtu.be/yE86eXOdi-Q?si=R_aFdTSNtswdGDV4 Nilüfer Yanya's 'My Method Actor': Carefully Considered, Creative Songwriting On her third album 'My Method Actor', London singer-songwriter Nilüfer Yanya continues to demonstrate her exceptional talent for crafting absorbing, genre-bending compositions. Opting to work exclusively with longtime collaborator Wilma Archer, Yanya has created a record that is the culmination of her carefully considered, creative songwriting process. Building upon the foundations laid by her acclaimed debut 'Miss Universe' and its follow-up 'Painless', 'My Method Actor' sees Yanya further exploring her eclectic musical palette, seamlessly blending elements of grunge, post-punk, and lush vocal melodies. By keeping the team small and focused, Yanya has managed to avoid any dilution of her artistic vision, resulting in her most compelling and absorbing listen yet. https://youtu.be/mWdIFrDUWOs?si=CvIJUi8YLzp9bTx5 For more music updates visit WhatsOn Joshua Thew releases sublime new single 'Reveal'! YouTube Reveals Most-Watched Music Videos of the Decade
As 2019 comes to a close, we’re looking back at the most viewed music videos of the decade.
“Despacito” by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee released early 2017, but in just a couple of years it’s managed to rack up 6.5 billion views (and counting). It became the first video to reach 5 billion views on YouTube and earned the artists bragging rights in Guinness World Records. This, unsurprisingly, is our number one watched music video of the decade.
Music has certainly evolved over the years, but pop remains king. The list of music videos below reflects that notion, with Ed Sheeran, Wiz Khalifa & Charlie Puth, Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars, and Justin Bieber at the top of the list — still leaving room for viral sensation PSY.
We’re nostalgic as ever, as many of the most-watched music videos of the decade come from previous decades. Aqua, 50 Cent, Michael Jackson, Nirvana, No Doubt, The Cranberries, etc. are still making massive impressions on YouTube.
Explore the list below, featuring Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, OneRepublic and more.

Ice skating fascinated me at an early age. I remember stopping whatever I was doing so I could sit down to watch it with my mom whenever it was on. Scott Hamilton’s back flips were always my favorite. When I was about 11, my cousin had a birthday party at the Miami Ice Arena (which no longer exists). I was so excited to get out there and glide gracefully across the ice like Michelle Kwan, Tara Lipinski and Kristi Yamaguchi. Sadly, that did not happen. As soon as I put one skate on the ice it all went downhill & I spent the entire birthday party, by myself, holding onto the wall as I attempted to make my way around the rink. It was a complete disaster. I also recall overhearing my aunt telling someone that paying for me to attend the party was a complete waste of money. Luckily, I’ve since learned how to “skate”–if just making your way around the rink without falling or holding onto the wall is considered skating.
My love and appreciation for ice skating was renewed during the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. Watching Mirai Nagasu become the first U.S. woman to land the triple axel in the Olympics; Maia & Alex Shibutani (#ShibSibs) winning the bronze medal in ice dancing; Team USA winning the bronze in the team event; Nathan Chen’s redemption after a devastating short program to land SIX quads in his long program, and watching Adam Rippon’s flawless routines and hilarious interviews while welcoming him into our hearts was an experience I got to share with my mom and it reignited that flame for the sport.
So, needless to say, when I saw that Stars On Ice would be making its way down to South Florida, I just had to buy tickets–especially considering the fact that my birthday was the day after the show. It’s like the stars aligned!
The tour kicked off in Ft. Myers on April 6th, with a follow-up show in Orlando April 7th that was filmed for television (check your local listings for Saturday, April 14th). Skaters included Olympic Bronze Medalists Maia & Alex Shibutani and members of America’s Olympic Bronze Medal-winning team Nathan Chen, Adam Rippon, Mirai Nagasu, Bradie Tennell and Madison Hubbell & Zachary Donohue. Plus Olympic Gold Medalists Meryl Davis & Charlie White, World Silver Medalist Ashley Wagner and U.S. Champions Jason Brown and Karen Chen.
Our show was in Ft. Lauderdale/Sunrise, Florida on April 8th and it was nothing short of amazing. The lights reflecting off of the ice were mesmerizing, and the outfits sparkled like hundreds of tiny diamonds. (The only thing missing was Adam singing Rihanna’s “Diamonds,” but I digress.)
The show opened with a group number to P!nk’s “Raise Your Glass,” followed by individual performances from each skater. There were also mini performances sprinkled throughout the entire show with 3-6 skaters at a time. Adam joined the ShibSibs for one song; Zachary, Madison, Meryl, Charlie, Nathan & Ashley combined forces to Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You”; a beautiful performance featuring Ashley, Karen, Bradie and Madison; there was a girls only number, and an energetic boys only number to Portugal. The Man’s “Feel It Still.” You can also expect a brief 20-minute intermission in the middle of the show that returns with more individual performances and a group number that closes the show. Some of the other songs you can expect to hear during the show are “Remedy” by Adele and “Let Me Think About It” by Ida Corr (Adam Rippon), “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake (Jason Brown), “Elastic Heart” by Sia (Meryl & Charlie), “Never Enough” by Loren Allred (Karen Chen), “This Is Me” by The Greatest Showman Cast (Bradie Tennell), “Nemesis” by Benjamin Clementine (Nathan Chen), plus songs from P!nk (Ashley Wagner), Wicked on Broadway (Mirai Nagasu), Hamilton on Broadway and more.
Sadly, I missed Nathan Chen’s quad in person because workers at the BB&T Center kept walking down to stop people from recording videos on their phones and were blocking my view, BUT I know it happened because everyone went nuts. The atmosphere was amazing and it was nice to see people of all ages and backgrounds in one room–just don’t try to record video because it does distract from other’s experiences. There’s a strict policy against flash photography and video recording, so just don’t.
Since our show took place the day before my birthday, I splurged a bit and bought Meet & Greet tickets for my niece and I. When we finally made our way to the room where it was taking place, the skaters were all seated at tables waiting to sign their lives away. You have the opportunity to speak with each skater, have them sign autographs and take photos. It wasn’t like other “meet & greets” where someone is standing there rushing you through the process. You actually got to meet them, which was nice. Everyone was so kind. Taking into consideration the fact that they’d just completed their third show of the weekend and had to wait until the meet & greet was over so they could eat, I was surprised at the level of kindness they all had for everyone.
Stars On Ice is a show I highly recommend to people of all ages. The music was great, the atmosphere was so positive, and the skating was phenomenal. The entire event is put together so well. Meet and greet tickets are sold out for the remaining shows on the tour, but the show itself is well worth the money. You’re guaranteed to be in awe of the grace, beauty and talent of these skaters on and off the ice.
You can find more information regarding skaters, tickets and merch by visiting the Stars On Ice official site HERE.

Jose Carranza of Manassas and Nelson Martinez of Woodbridge have been invited to participate in the camp.
The camp is being held to develop world class soccer players and start having these plays work with professional coaches and staff, according to a release from U.S. Soccer.

The camp will run from January 2 to January 11 in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
“I am looking forward to building on the success our Youth National Teams had over the last two cycles (2014-2015 and 2016-2017).This first ever Men’s YNT Summit Camp provides all of our teams the opportunity to team build and to continue the development of our style of play in one location together,” stated U.S. Soccer Youth Technical Director Tab Ramos in a release.
