Finally, some decent development.

Let's talk about it.

I like Lucy and all but sometimes it's a bit too much. Like how can you be sad over the death of someone you just met? Ik it's Fairytail and their Nakama power and stuff but this? They barely had 2-3 interactions.

If Kiria sacrificed herself, that would have made more sense. Plus, I like how Natsu motivated Lucy to fight because everyone else was fighting too and she was just standing. I didn't even realise that she wasn't fighting until Natsu said it. And then I realised, ofc Lucy wouldn't wanna hurt a friend.

Also, I really liked the fact that Natsu wants Lucy to fight.

They were the OG team, from the very beginning!! It was just her, Natsu and Happy that started it!! And Natsu wants Lucy by her side, because no matter what happens Lucy has always been by his side. In good and bad, in sickness and in health, in every adventure, in every fight!

She may not fight at all, like in the beginning of the series when she was a scaredy cat or just do a thing or two to contribute.

Or she may put an end to the entire conflict all by herself, but her presence has always mattered.

Her spirit has always mattered.

And that's why this moment is important.

It might be the only decent bit from this chapter and I want this arc to be over already, but I can't help but praise when something good happens, especially regarding Nalu, since DAMN I want them to end up together already!!!

Haru, who barely had any female friends before, Started showing feelings for Elie about 50 chapters in and they got married with a kid.

Shiki, WHO NEVER INTERACTED WITH HUMANS BEFORE, confirmed he had feelings for rebecca in 250 chapters and then got married to her and had a kid 40 chapters later.

Yakuto blushed when Frey said she wanted to hug him (she has feelings for him) IN 19 CHAPTERS AND HE BARELY CARES ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT GOD.

And then we got Natsu who's still acting like a 10 year old, getting jealous from time to time and sometimes being a perv AFTER 700+ CHAPTERS. natsu and lucy have the best romance i have seen in anime (og series only) and they arent even canon. This isnt even counting the fact that all of the others are teenagers and natsu is frickin 21.

About Erza vs Laxus fight.

What dissapoints me isnt the animation, but how they completely failed to portrait the roughness, the savagery, the rawness of their damages. In the anime they look like they barely hit each other while in the manga they are devasted.

The way the hits in the manga looked so raw and powerful, you could tell they were giving their all there.

The damage, the rawness, you clearly see in the manga they look kinda amazed and desperated in their fight. The anime looks too clean.

In the manga is clearly why Kyria sees them and think they two are monstrous, the way they are so damage but still smiling like crazy, where is the raw emotion in the anime? 😭😭

I do must say... THE VOICE ACTING AND THE OST WERE AMAZING IN THE EPISODE! THEY SAVE THE EPISODE AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THEM! Thank Ohara-san, Katsuyuki-san and Takanashi-San!🙇‍♀️❤️

Some of my Favorite Nalu moments 🩷💛

Cause I’ve been rewatching Fairy Tail and also checking out 100 Year Quest and it’s been taking me back to when I was in middle obsessing over them. Btw this is in no particular order.

1. When Lucy was taken hostage by the royal guards, the guild had to tie Natsu to a pillar to prevent him from going after her and causing chaos

2. Some dude mistaking Wendy as Natsu and Lucy’s daughter, then Natsu proceeding to ask Lucy what there kids would look like 🤣🤣

3. That entire ep where Lucy thought Natsu was going to confess his feelings to her (turns out he just needed her help to dig a hole 💀)

4. Natsu becoming E.N.D. because Lucy “died” 😭💔

5. When captured my Phantom Lord, Lucy jumped off a high building trusting/knowing that Natsu will be there to catch her (he did)

6. Virgo giving them matching celestial outfits ✨

7. Natsu stealing the town’s rainbow sakura tree and putting it in front of Lucy’s apartment so she could see it when she was stuck in bed sick 🥰

8. Lucy rewriting E.N.D. to save Natsu (risking her own life in the process)

9. Literally anytime Natsu gives Lucy his scarf (he hates it when people touch his scarf but she’s always the exception)

10. Natsu running to catch Lucy as she fell from the sky after the Infinity Clock was destroyed

11. Natsu showing Lucy the stars in the Dragon Cry movie

12. Asuka asking Natsu and Lucy to kiss each other (she’s a shipper like us 😂) and Natsu actually willing to go through with it.

Bonus: Edo Natsu and Lucy literally being married and they have a daughter together!! 😭💞 (Natsu, your freaking counterpart is beating you, step up your game!!)

(also i cant wait to find out what lucy meant with that narration in the chapter where she reunites with aquarius since there was some narration in this chapter too)

This! Is the most solid proof that hes never noticed her. He's never given a romantic thought to her that was never on his mind, but now that he's looking on what he missed hes suddenly realized.

And yet he called her his hero. How could you say that to someone you never gave the time of day too. Who you don't even really connect with until years later. What is she to you Izuku mydoria! What was she to you before tonight because clearly you didn't love her before.

How are you all happy with this. I know it's a trope but damn it why can't a women move on why does she have to always be on the other side. Why can't the mc sit with unrequited feelings. I'm so sick and tried of this trope.

It just keep being confirm how much they weren't in each other life. They had so much more to do but still he got katsuki as guest lectured he could have got her to!!!
