OmniCovered (2004) by Takeshi Maeda, Vstone, Osaka. OmniCovered is a bipedal humanoid competition robot developed for ROBO-ONE 6. Instead of aluminium sheet metal, it has a fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) frame, with a white exterior made of laminated ABS resin. It uses new Hitec HSR-5995TG ultra-torque robot servos, and the image processing required the faster Renesas 40MHz 32-bit SH-2 CPU. Its chest bears the autograph of Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, who was impressed when he saw another of Takeshi Maeda's robots in Tokyu Hands (東急ハンズ, Tōkyū Hanzu), a chain of Japanese hobby stores.

Suzuki Community Vehicle CV-1
Suzuki, a down-to-earth manufacturer of practical vehicles, sometimes surprises us by fanciful ideas; this Community Vehicle was one of such examples, being aimed at short-distance transport with a compact FRP body supported by tubular space frame. A 2 stroke, single cylinder 50cc engine on a swing axle drove one of rear wheels through 3 speed AT. This never came into pro- duction, but one example is said to be reserved in Suzuki's in-house museum.
Suzuki usually works hard to create practical cars with a detailed abacus, but every once in a while, he surprises with a novel idea. Representative examples include the first 4WD light vehicle, the Jimny, rotary engine motorcycles, and the playful pickup truck Mighty Boy. This “community vehicle” is also a very ambitious work. It is said to be a car that can be used as a sandal, with the goals of ``a fuel efficiency of 50km/L, easy operation that anyone can ride, one-fourth the weight of a light car, half the parking space, and a low price that can be easily purchased.'' The left-hand one-door FRP body has two wheels with narrow treads on the rear end of a steel tube tubular frame.It has an overall length of 1900mm, an overall width of 1180mm, an overall height of 1280mm, a weight of 145kg, and a 2-stroke engine mounted on the swing arm. A single-cylinder 49.9cc engine with three forward speeds and one reverse speed automatic transmission drives the rear wheels. Unfortunately, it was not commercialized, but one is currently preserved in the company's museum.

The second oil shock in the spring of 1974 was the trigger, and cars became smaller both at home and abroad.
It has come into the limelight more and more. Just at that time, we launched the Suzuki Alto, a car that anyone could easily buy and drive around freely, with a ``geta-gawari'' approach. Also, at the same time as the development of the Alto, we were planning the development of the Suzuki Community Vehicle (CV1), which is a simple and economical vehicle that can be ``trucked''.
We believe that the way cars are used in cities and rural areas, as well as issues such as traffic congestion and energy conservation, are inseparable from small cars. We have produced a prototype of the Suzuki Community Vehicle CV1, an all-weather type vehicle that can be used with care.
Suzuki CV1 development concept
1. Aim for fuel efficiency of 50km/ℓ
2. The car should be easy to operate and anyone can ride it.
3. The weight is aimed at children of light cars.
4. Keep the parking space as small as possible and aim for a parking space for light vehicles.
5. Make it a cheap car that eliminates waste and that anyone can easily buy.
Based on the above concept, we have been developing the Suzuki CV1.

It's a sport It's a sport version of the Tesla. and we're going to make a kit and we're going to use the compact sedan, which is the same size. And we will bump out the rear tire. using a kit. With the goal of being mid engine, and we will always have 4 wheel independent suspension. These cars are too fast, not too.. we're going to actually produce this because of his. attitude. And this will heat it up nicely. we're going to start out with a standard battery configuration for the motor. But because it's lighter, we're going to start out with the. Yatabe's top speed, Zeroyon, and circuit time attack are the same but i keep using E-TS.Don't you think the GT-R is a foul? Of course,
the RB26 engine has enough power and durability, yes, and I think it's a good car. But I think the comfort of the rotary and the style of the seven are the best, and above all, it fits my sensibilities. The rotary is lighter in weight, and I think the seven is superior in handling agility and responsiveness. That said, when it comes to record breaking, the 4WD GT-R shows its power with explosive power, and virtually most of the time is dominated by R. this is definitely good. Therefore, this GReddy7-Tsukuda was produced to compete head-on with the GT-R. Of course movement is 4WD. Using a sequential 5MT/4WD manufactured by Wiseman found in the United States, it is made to feel like covering with FRP in the shape of FC.
If you remove the cowl, it looks like a racing car! A 4WD system is installed on a base that combines the good points of both a full-space frame chassis and a chunky FC monocoque. T88-33B Big Single Turbo is docked. This is controlled by MoTeC's engine management system, making it a specification that can secure a light 500.
Well, as usual, we were busy building this car right up until just before the Auto Salon, and even after that, we were busy with racing and other things, so we weren't able to devote ourselves to Kocchi, so the actual driving test is just starting. 0-300km/h (measurement of time from zero start to 300km/h), top speed, and of course, circuit time attacks that make use of 4WD also look good.
