I finally got around to watching The Good Place. It's as good as everyone says. But also no one ever mentions it's deep and abiding flaw: the slander against frozen yogurt.

OKAY so I was thinking..WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF REGULAR SODAS? Not even just sodas— soda, oil, icecream, cake, syrup, and dressings. (I mean why have a salad and then make it 500 calories because you drowned it in thousand island dressing?(yum)), I mean yes, these things have value, but for the privileged..diet soda, frozen yogurt, gluten & sugar free cake (or just halo top), sugar free syrup, and reduced calorie dressings. And lastly AIR FRYING. OIL IS EVIL. This society just normalizes wasting 170 calories on soda..something with no nutritional value whatsoever. Idk I just wanted to rant AGAIN. What are your thoughts?

Rant #2: Oil 😰 for real..at my house we have hashbrown patties for 170 kcal but if you use oil to make it all of a sudden one patty is 600 calories….french fries are actually decently caloried at 150 for 13 according to my seasoned fries. But guess what? FRY THE FRIES AND NOW THEY ARE 550 CALORIES— I mean this way we can maintain weight using oil if we go into food scarcity but I doubt that too many Americans are starving unless it’s us (THE ANAS) and the lower class families (and broke college students 😔) that really need the food that I and many others are forced to eat. Now I’m tempted to make a company called Anorexics for the starving 😭

OMG NO ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE TALKING ABOUT THE SODA IN THE GC A WHILE AGO IDK EITHER THEYRE LOADED WITH SUGAR AND YOURE BETTER OFF JUST GETTING A SMALL SNACK, the rest i can understand tho since it's normal for the average person (though there's still a lot of sugar in some of these things) and because they'll at least fill you up more than a pop (minus the oil, i hate oil, oil scares me so much im ngl) but you have a point with the wasting cals, most people don't really care about their intake so that's probably why it's so normalized

we have hash browns at my house too so i get what you mean with how much the cals jump with oil, that's why i air fry everything, it has the same texture for most things without adding hundreds of empty cals

also yea i try to give my sister or mom my snacks and if i don't finish my meal and it's safe to i'll give it to my cat, most of the time i finish all the food tho and the only time i really waste it is if i take to long and it goes bad :3

DITOEFTV headcanons with Og Penelope and Ivonne

-Penelope is super fickle, especially coming to food and taking care of her skin. Hates the sun so she constantly carries around a parasol and sun cream to keep in the shade. Is mostly vegetarian, only eating fish, vegetables, fruits and yogurt (blueberry yoghurt icecream is her favourite), making her skin constantly glowing and healthy. If you serve her any food thats heavy or salty she'll get offended.

-She's very beautiful but is pretty voluptuous for her age. Despite being the same age and a bit younger than Ivonne, Penelope grows up to have a super curvy body and larger breasts which is why she wears a lot of clothes for adults, to define it better and look mature/alluring as if it's an attractive thing for people's attention--so she's kind of hot compared to Ivonne who just has a normal body for a girl her age and is kind of cute.

-Has doe-like eyes lined with cat eye liner like audrey hepburn, a dolly face that's very fair than Ivonne's, slim pretty antelope legs, natural pink cheeks, eye lids and lips that's pink. I like to think Penelope would adore ballet and ice skating because it makes her feel graceful and light instead of feeling heavy, being stuck in her room all day and facing people's torments. And I also think if she were to play an instrument, it would be a flute, piano, violin or harp to express her feelings through music.

-Is very chic/feminine so she mostly wears lots of lace, tulles, flowers, stockings, heels, silk, coats, fur, handbags/purses and wears mostly in her favourite colours; turquoise, white, black, coral pink, pompadour pink. Always wears turquoise or pale lavender eyeshadow with cat eyeliner, or leaves her eyelids alone since they're naturally pink.

-Is addicted to perfumes and has so many strict beauty secrets which she found out herself to make herself look more beautiful--eg) She takes milk baths like marie antoinette, uses sweet almond oil as a body lotion after baths, wears wax lined gloves full of sweet almond oil and rose water when sleeping, and sleeps on silk pillows for her hair. For perfumes, she loves floral, sweet, fruity and powdery perfumes that especially have notes of orange blossom and violets.

-Is literally a mix of Elsa from Frozen, Marinette Dupain Cheng, Chloe Bourgeois from Miraculous Ladybug and maybe even Aria Roscent from The Villainess Reverses The Hourglass. If Aria and Penelope met, they would definitely be best friends and I'm sure Aria would give her advice on how to act around people.

-She adores flowers so she wears them as the main notes in her perfumes and potpourri which she always has it made in her bedroom for her smell them. Has a very detailed bath and skincare routine with products specially made for only, her scared beauty secret that she can tell no one bc she always wants to look her best as a lady. Is known to leave the room smelling like spring.

-Swears to never look at Reynold and Derrick as her brother and calls them young masters in secret and uses the mean words they said to her/their hateful feelings for her to not be any near them or ever talk to them due to the promise to never be family they made her to make. Reynold regrets it and still tries to talk to her while Derrick finds it burdening to his pride and want her to leave it so he could be near her.

-Ivonne is actually a 'stubborn but cute, good girl' and a 'younger twin-sisterly' type of girl who is kind of weak and super empathetic yet has very strong enthusiasm. She's kind to everyone and is willing to help anyone if they ask her for it (If Derrick or Reynold would even allow her to help anyone, but if Ivonne begs then they'll take care of it instead of her).

-She likes to take care of the garden that her mother who passed away in the past grew, which was precious to her and used to cry a lot if she ever saw one flower die like it was the end of the world since it was the only thing left of her mother. Mostly in her day she would just be hanging out with Penelope or Derrick and Reynold, taking care of the garden herself and just do anything simple that would come up to her mind, but she likes to be around her family the most.

-Ivonne and Penelope have a really good relationship; Ivonne loves to be around Penelope as she's mostly hanging out with her the most while Penelope just goes along with whatever Ivonne wants to do but is a bit concerned for her since Ivonne's clumsy and can hardly protect herself so she would scare anyone off if they're acting really strange.

-Ivonne is always on Penelope's side, especially if Derrick and Reynold are being dicks because Penelope hardly ever attacks anyone first. When Derrick and Reynold are trying to talk to Penelope who doesn't want to be around them like Reynold trying to pick a fight with her to get her to talk to him or Derrick trying to say something about what she's doing, Ivonne would call them out and roast them for Penelope even if they don't mean it.

-It's sometimes funny and sometimes it also hits right in the nerves but because of Penelope appearing more attractive in a mature way and being a bit taller, people often mistake Penelope as her older sister or mom which secretly brings down Ivonne's pride as a grown lady like her sister and get her all wary about how her body looks more childish, though she never tells anyone or Penelope about it because she just positively brightens up about it at the end.

-As much as she loves her brothers she is really livid and upset towards them for how they treat Penelope, and can't believe they're like this when they were so kind in her memories. And lord save her when she finds out Derrick's feelings for Penelope and why he's so random towards her, her whole perspective on him changes and the poor cinnamon roll just dies inside that her brother is actually in love with their step sister, feeling more sorry for Penelope to deal with him.

-Cue Ivonne 'ferociously' giving Derrick an earful and protecting Penelope from Derrick from now on and allow Reynold to help as well because I mean, I'm pretty sure Reynold would also be in half disbelief-half disturbed and think his brother is crazy as well if he first hears of it. Lucky Penelope is just loving the show as Derrick is forced to face the reality and his reponsibilites he always denies.

"Unmasked"

Why is Aria eating icecream but no one else has any? What time of day is it supposed to be? I thought it was supposed to be some time in the morning. I feel like I missed something and it's only the opener. Also, not that this matters because the writers didn't really try that hard to keep Aria's dietary choices consistent, but neither icecream nor frozen yogurt is traditionally vegan-friendly.

Mona, I am begging you, make friends who are genuinely interested in you.

What was that hint at Ezria's sex life supposed to do for me?

Where is the plaid??? I want queer men in halter tops. You made me watch a show about a bunch of upper middle class teens and none of them show up to prom in a swanky, androgynous full-body suit? Give me custom looks. Give me hot girls in binders and cute boys in poodle skirts.

This reveal episode makes me wonder what would have happened if they had gone ahead and assimilated Mona into the group during the course of the show.

Dr. Sulivan being a better parent to Hanna than either of Hanna's actual parents.

As much as I enjoy the "Psycho" references this episode, I know some fans interpreted it as Mona having DID. I did for a little while, and I have seen other fans use it in PLL conversations. I'm actually not really sure what they were trying to imply, with doing the scene this way; it may not have meant anything.

My Cheap & Relatively Healthy Grocery List for College Students

Context: I had been used to eating fast food so much because it was cheap that when I went to the doctors' they said I had high glucose content. That wasnt good. So I started eating healthier. Anyway let's skip the BS and get straight into it:

Ramen: the OG cheap food. I personally don't own ramen bc I dont like it that much, but if you want to save money this is the meal, at least add an egg or some veggies to make it healthier.

Frozen Veggies: anywhere from 50 cents to a dollar or two a bag. Can easily be kept in your freezer (if you have one) for months

Mac n' cheese: my all-time favorite. Of course, it might not be healthy for everyone to eat pasta all the time, but I do it anyway. Add some real cheese and spices for taste or chicken and veggies in it / on the side.

Other Pasta boxes (Pasta Roni, Velveeta, Hamburger Helper, etc.): basically as cheap or almost as cheap as Kraft macaroni, but maybe you arent a fan of mac n cheese.

Soup (Soup!!): Cambell's Tomato soup is often $1 a can. I like to eat mine with grilled cheese. Thats a whole ass meal. But of course you can get other soups just as cheap. Basically, any canned foods.

Canned foods & veggies: this one goes without saying. Although, the better options are sometimes $2 to $3 the same can be said for frozen veggies, but just heat these up and cook them in fried rice or just add butter and eat them aside a nice entré

Chunk light tuna: speaking of canned foods, canned tuna is soooo cheap and is a great option (if you even like tuna). Dont actually get the "pack tuna" for $1 a pack unless you want to keep it in your bag bc canned tuna is around 60 cents a can. Mix it with Miracle Whip (or mayo) and spread it over break for a good sammich.

Grilled cheese (or cheese toastie if you arent American I think??): similar to previous options, youre getting your cheese and your butter and your bread. Not as healthy as other options but way better than fast food calories.

Quesadillas: similar to grilled cheese, except spICY. My brother only eats these and he has no meal plan. I do it now too. Honestly, adding up tortillas, cheese dip, shredded cheese, & chicken is kind of costly but worth it. Also cooking chicken is annoying bc I dont have time for that. But. Yknow. A great option.

Pillsbury Crescents: a little costly, about $2+ per tube, but still fookin delicious. Also imma be real: actually havent checked the nutrition label to see if these are actually healthy. But these are sO useful. Make them by themselves for breakfast (with jam, eggs, or alone) or use the dough for other recipes. I use these with Manwich sauce, cheese, and ground beef for snacks :)

Manwiches: manwich sauce cans are $1 and although they have some sugar, its not nearly as bad as fast food. Just cook up some ground beef to go with it & maybe add cheese, sliced bread, or hamburger buns

PB&J: Another OG. I could never get tired of these. You just gotta make sure you have soft bread and the pb&j and youre good to go. Although..like.. some people apparently like theirs toasted or with different jams (I like strawberry).

Eggs!!!! : Just keep these in your fridge. Just do it. You never know when youre going to run out of food. Boiled? Scrambled? Fried? Soft boiled? With ramen? Omelet? In fried rice? Egg sandwich??? Eat them with bread, eat them with toast, eat them as a breakfast sandwich, scramble them with cheese, the list goes on. If you dont eat them often, get a smaller carton, but always have eggs! Also, for baking.

Rice, or fried rice: If you like rice, have been cooking rice for a long time, and can actually make it without burning, make sure you have rice. If you like rice but have never actually made it yourself, it takes trial and error in a pot. Or just invest in a rice cooker. Additionally, fried rice is not that difficult to learn & it fits the bill for healthy bc you can add unlimited veggies and meats. Im not here to educated you but the more ingredients, the better, is how i see it.

Fresh Food:

Fruit: I literally have "an apple a day" for breakfast. It's just good for you. Keep them in your fridge to keep them fresh. Keep one in your bag in case you get hungry. Bananas? Awesome! Use them in smoothies or a milkshake or eat them with your cereal or even with peanut butter. Possibilities are endless with fruit. Just make sure they dont spoil. Apples are OG bc they dont spoil as easily.

Vegetables: Make sure to only periodically get them so that they dont go to waste. Make some broccoli with butter & eat it alongside pasta. Or asparagus. Anything you want. Just make sure to have some with your meals sometimes. Greens are good. Additionally, carrots can get addicting if yoh eat them with ranch. The plus side is they are filling. If you have a tendency to want to munch on something: carrots.

Deli Meat / Sandwich Options: I personally dont make deli sandwiches because ham (as well as roast beef or turkey) can be expensive and then wanting to add lettuce and tomato to a sandwich sounds amazing but I'm scared they will spoil. Dont let me stop you though! Sandwiches are amazing.

Meat: you dont want to be cooking meat all the time bc it can get expensive, but the basics I always get are ground beef and chicken. I prefer "boneless skinless chicken thigh fillets" but you would need to cut off the fat. You could always get rotisserie if you arent feeling to for cooking. Also, if you're feeling expensive one week, salmon is just sooo good. I ate it with asparagus and seasoned with lemon. Delicious.

Snack / Dessert Options:

(I personally don't keep snacks or dessert in my home very often bc you dont want to binge eat. But here is what I have)

Peanut butter: classic, filling, can be potentially bad if you eat a shite ton

Nuts: peanuts, almonds, cashews, and especially pecans

Cookies: make your own, a lot of simple cookie recipes exist and it's a lot easier than you think. Baking essentials like flour, sugar, milk, and eggs are not that expensive to keep around in an apartment kitchen. Difficulties may be vanilla extract (the avg student doesnt have this lying around) a baking sheet, a big bowl, and possible a whisk. Store bought cookie dough isnt too bad either.

Box-cakes / box-brownies: simple and easy. Takes a few eggs sometimes and some oil, milk or water. The same goes for pancake mix. Honestly, I had an out-of-country roommate and he had never heard of boxed cake mix or brownie mix. They always made from scratch where he lived.

Low-calorie ice cream: okay ice cream can be pretty expensive and filled w/ added sugars. I used to eat this strawberry icecream sweetened with stevia and it was SO delicious, but I couldnt find that at my grocery store. Other options are "low-calorie" ice cream or "no added sugars" ice cream. I have one of these and the thing abt it is that its just the right amount of sugar to taste like ice cream and the neat thing is that you dont feel like binging it bc it doesnt have addicting added sugars.

Milkshakes / smoothies: this is a tough one bc me and most other students dont own a blender or juicer. I personally get my smoothies from a local smoothie place that only uses fresh fruit and then I ask not to add the natural sugars bc it is sweet enough with the fruit. Natural smoothies are delicious & I find that you can kind of make then if u freeze your fruits and blend w a fork. "Handmade" milkshakes are actually super easy w this method.

Yogurt: just...mmm.

"Healthy" snack food section, often called the gluten-free aisle: im not too experienced with this and im sure they have added sugars too but what I do know is I tried these gluten free oreos once and they were delicious

Fruits: I mentioned earlier but apples are great snacks

Veggies: also like I said earlier, carrots are great snacks. Not exactly a veggie but possibly potatoes for a meal or snack.

Granola Bars: for when youre too lazy to keep up with fruit and if fruit will spoil, granola bars (they healthy kind, not the chewy sugary kind) are so good to have in your pantry or keep in your backpack for a snack (and to keep you from on campus temptations). Also I used Nature Valley ones instead of cereal. They actually dissolve and are delicious with milk, since some cereals are so sugary.

Since my last college tips post got some notes I figured I'd keep writing these advice posts. For reference, I am hoping to become an RA next year at my college, so I'm not just speaking out of my ass. I generally have experience at college thus far and want to help students.

Castle in the Clouds

Clutching his allowance in nimble fingers, engaged in a stare-down with Corey, the local comic shop owner, Stiles thought that life wasn’t fair.

“Sixty,” Stiles said, determined. Corey just smirked at him with amusement, arms crossed over the front of his grease-stained shirt.

“Eighty.”

“Sixty.”

“Eighty.”

Stiles narrowed his eyes, looking up at the man. He showed no signs of giving in. Stiles’ eyes darted down to the comic resting innocuously on the counter between them. A first edition of Batman #199 that Stiles has had his eye on for months, finally tracking it down to Corey’s shop. The man wasn’t budging. Stiles worried his bottom lip, eyebrows creasing, before he sighed.

“Seventy?” he asked hopefully. Corey grunted, looked down at him consideringly - condescendingly - before nodding. He extended one meaty hand, and Stiles gleefully counted out the cash and slapped it onto his palm, before snatching up the book with his own grubby little fingers. He didn’t want Corey changing his mind and stiffing him. “Thank you! And you’ll put in my order, right? For all the Arkham Asylum books?”

“We’ll see. Now get out of here, kid.”

“Order those books!” Stiles said on his way out the door, grinning bright as he clutched the comic to his chest. Finally he was getting to start his own comic collection, and he still had money left over to go get ice cream before heading back to the station a few blocks over.

The bell jingled as Stiles shouldered open the door to the ice cream parlor, his eyes glued to the comic in his hands as he read through the pages. Only when he was greeted by a familiar employee did he finally put the book carefully away in his backpack.

“Hey Sally!” he said, bounding up to the register and digging in his pocket for his left-over allowance. Just enough to cover the five dollar treat. “Two scoops of peanut butter cup and a nonfat froyo please.”

“Coming right up, buttercup,” she said with a wink, making Stiles grin. She rang him up and he handed over the cash. “What comic have you got there?”

“Batman #199,” he said proudly. “Just got it from Corey. Pretty sure he ripped me off, but oh well.” He heaved a heavy sigh, as if to say what can you do? Sally smiled sympathetically at him, handing back his change.

“You know, rumor has it they’re opening up another shop on the boulevard. May be a better alternative to Corey and his basement buddies,” she said. Stiles snickered. He followed Sally down the counter as she went to scoop out his ice cream, handing the cone down to him before going to the frozen yogurt machines. “I think they’re opening in like three weeks? You should have your dad take you by.”

“I’ll be sure to pester him about it.”

“Atta boy. I’ll see you later kiddo.”

Ice cream and froyo in hand, Stiles quickly left the icecream parlour, aiming to get to the station before his dads froyo melted. It was about a ten-minute walk to the sheriff’s station, less if he went fast.

When Stiles was five minutes away from the station, he noticed two guys following him. He was an observant kid, couldn’t be anything else when his dad was a cop. There was a - very small - chance that the guys weren’t specifically after him. They could just be out for a walk. Stiles didn’t want to be the person judging them based on the thick black tattoos covering their arms and necks. But then at the next intersection when he turned right, the two guys followed him a little ways back.

Stiles dropped the ice cream and booked it, running as fast as his gangly legs could carry him. The two guys followed, shouting, and Stiles felt his world narrowing down to the single instinct to get away.

But Stiles wasn’t fast enough, the two guys quickly gaining on him.

Stiles could see the sheriff’s station ahead.

Jamie and Taka decide that they’re better as friends and they would rather stay friends than have their frienships with Alexei and Peyton destroyed. 

- She’s twenty when she meets Michael and the two begin seeing each other then dating. She finds out about his mafia work very early on but is honestly kind of an idiot and decides she doesn’t care about it. He only deals with weapons and drug distribution, is her excuse. It’s a poor one. She is aware but a fool in love. 

- As one of Michael’s cover stories for running the mafia is a restaurant, Jamie and Peyton get jobs as hostesses at his fine dining Italian restaurant. Sometimes they both help serve just for some extra pocket money. 

- Her favorite foods consist of her dad’s homemade buttercake, her mom’s Pad Thai, Michael’s fra diavolo, and Vasya’s potato and cheese pierogis. 

- Though she often picks mild fun at Vasya’s very casual clothing taste, Jamie loves to steal borrow Vasya’s sweaters and cardigans. They’re warm and fluffy and smell like Vasya’s perfume. 

- She learns a few steps for a few traditional Thai dances but she feels like she looks ridiculous when she dances.

Malee self taught herself some dances when she was growing up in Thailand by watching the dancers during festivals. She dances sometimes when she hears Jamie practicing music on the flute.

- The first date between Michael, Jamie, and Vasya takes place at Michael’s penthouse where he cooks for them. The first date outside of their homes is at Fogwell’s where Vasya takes them. She and Michael both are surprised when Jamie is very capable of fighting back. Matt is not the only Murdock to have gotten laid in that gym...

- Jamie hates bugs, doesn’t matter what kind it is, she does not like them. 

- Her favorite type of fast food is Popeyes.

- She loves frozen yogurt, her favorite flavour being cake batter. She enjoys putting granola on her yogurt, frozen or not.

Summary: Barry helps his girls cool off after a hot summer’s day

There was no escaping the heat of the day. Central City had been taken into the iron grip of a heat heave that showed no signs of letting up. Barry himself felt ready to melt into a pile of goo between running around to crime scenes as Barry Allen the CSI to running around stopping crimes as The Flash under the unrelenting heat.

And no mater what Cisco said the red leather of The Flash suit was not remotely breathable or built to keep him cool. His skin felt permanently sticky from how much he'd been sweating.

Barry walked through his front door into his house that felt like a sauna.

“Iris? Nora?” Barry called out to the quiet house. “Are you guys here?”

Barry walked in the living room to find his wife and daughter spread out on the couches barely moving an inch.

The curtains had been drawn up to keep the sun from coming through the windows. There had to be at least six electric fans going their blades whirling around barely able to keep the air cool. Barry glanced between his wife and daughter to see they had taken ice packs and bags of frozen veggies out of the freezer and placing them all over their bodies. A bowl of half melted ice cubes sat between them.

The heat had zapped the energy out of his normally energetic family.

“You two okay?” Barry asked in amusement.

“Its hooooot,?” His five year old daughter drew out in a piteous whine.

“Soooo hot,” Iris backed up with equal frustration.

Barry knew he shouldn't laugh. His poor girls were withering under this heat. But there was something about their matching pouts he found too cute.

“Daddy we decided that we're getting ice-cream sundaes for dinner,” Nora informed him.

“From Coast City,” Iris added. “Because they're three hours ahead which means the blasted sun has already set there.”

“Mommy!” Nora gasped out. “You said a bad word!”

“Sorry sweetie,” Iris sighed out. “Mommy can't think straight in this heat.”

Barry took this his cue to get his family to some relief. He didn't need anymore direction about what he needed to do to make his girls happy.

Barry zipped at super speed picking up both his wife and daughter from the couch. In less than a minute he flashed them halfway across the country to Coast City.

Instantly the family could feel the difference. The sun had nearly set taking with it the heat. The sky above them a rich purple darkening into midnight blue. Majority of Coast City bordered along the ocean which made it the perfect place to escape to during the hot summer months. A cold breeze coming off the ocean blew through the air. For the first time in a long time the Allen family felt coolness against their heated skin.

Barry took them to a popular burgers and ice-cream shack on the boardwalk. Nora got herself one of the largest bowls filled to the brim with birthday cake flavored ice-cream. Probably not the most healthiest meal to give your five year old but it made him feel a little better as a parent to pile on strawberries and chopped kiwi to counter the chocolate chips and sprinkles

With cups of frozen yogurt in hand the family headed down to the beach. Other families had the same idea as them walking along the beach with their kids and dogs enjoying the cool salty air. The sounds of the waves crashing against the shore soothing. The Allen family took their shoes off to walk through the soft white sand towards the water. The cold water swirling around their feet combined with the cold sweetness of the ice-cream made Barry feel human again.

“This is amazing,” Iris hummed happily digging into chocolate hazelnut sundae. “Lets stay here forever okay?”

Barry paused from his ice-cream cone to fully appreciate his wife. The ocean air had restored her making her appearance less drained. Her long black hair had become a mess of curls as she'd long ago stopped trying to keep it straight with the heat and humidity. Her skin bared of any makeup since she'd found it a waste when she kept sweating it off in hours. She wore a simple tank and jean shorts but Barry thought she never looked more beautiful. Her brown skin almost glowing under the silver light of the rising moon.

“Barry?” Iris stared at her silent husband in confusion. “Are you okay?”

Barry shook himself out of his stupor to grin at her.

“You have a little something here,” Barry reached out to cup the side of Iris's face with his hand then used his thumb to wipe away a smudge of ice-cream.

Iris gave him a knowing look that embolden Barry to lean forward to steal a kiss from his wife's soft lips. He could of kept kissing his wife forever as the stars began to appear in the night sky. With no sounds but the waves of the ocean and the soft pleased sighs escaping Iris's lips.

But when you had a five year old there never was a moment of peace.

“Mommy, Daddy!” Nora called out as she ran up and down the shoreline. “I'm still hungry! Can we go get hot dogs please.”

Barry and Iris broke apart with a laugh. Not the first time a speedsters fast metabolism interrupted their alone time.

hmmmm not any that i can think of for general pinkberry but?

Uh for my power au I was thinking like…..the reason they always go to pinkberry is to literally cool chloe down.

Like when they were younger, if chloe would get angry/hurt/upset she ran the risk of her powers hurting someone or causing issues, which for a little kid to have to deal with would probably make her even more scared and cause would cause even more problems

SO! brooke, being a lil bab would logically be like icecream makes me feel better and it’s cold so it’ll help cool chloe down! icecream beats fire!

and as they get older that evolves into going out for frozen yogurt whenever things become too much for chloe and its like their comfort thing (but like…..it’s totally brooke cooling chloe down)
