MYTH ALERT- Is weight training or any sort of weight lifting only for men? The answer is no. WOMEN can and SHOULD incorporate WEIGHT TRAINING in their daily workout! The most common myth is that women think they’ll get BUFFED or BULKED UP when they lift. The answer is, NO! You won’t build insane amount of muscle because for that, your body needs TESTOSTERONE, which is a male hormone. Females aren’t built that way! In fact, their muscle and tissue structure is entirely different than that of males! So even if you lift crazy amount of weights, you won’t be able to put on huge amounts of muscle mass! You’ll get toned and reach your goals in an even better manner. I hope this helps all the Girls out there, and I hope that you’ll include weight training in your programme!
