“You'd think the black community would understand how variations in skin tone happen in every ethnic group, all the screaming about colourism I see, but I suppose that may be reserved for people they don't see as white.”
My dear friend they can’t comprehend that Egypt was a huge trade hub so a lot of ethnics intermingle there much kind how people who have ancestry around Baghdad are mixed.
Also about the Jewish thing…I’m sorry for you guys think ancient people were always inbreed af?
I think a lot of black Americans in general are mixed, I mean I get red as fuck when I’m in the sun for an awhile or mad as hell. I’m pretty sure a like a Central Africans (where most black with slave ancestry are from) can easily spot us it been 400-150 years since we spent foot on Africa
I mean we can easily tell the difference between a white American who have mayflower ancestry to their British and other European counterparts
Also about Jewish skintones….
People know
The Jewish tribes
Intermingle
With the local groups
They settled down with
Well until they were kicked out, again and again
Also it why Jewish people can get TANS I think Jeff Goldblum is an obvious example because I could sworn he pale in some movies while tanner in others.
Not to mention we can tell like the whole Jew Afro thing I think….fuck I forgot his name, the chubby guy from the 21 jump street movies..like he look like a normal white guy but you see pics with him with his hair grown out you see his Jewish roots
Also yeah that thing about Prince of Egypt, oh you mean Jewish Americans eagerly joined an animated project about their people struggle which they can show to their kids and future generations for centuries to come? Vs the clusterfuck that it usually to get Israeli actors around that time?
Also since Rameses II is usually the presumed pharaoh that Moses called brother. And Ramses and along with his relatives mummies shows he ginger
It not rocket science to presumed that Moses and the other Jews were dark af because there had to be a reason why Moses was able to be raised as a Prince without suspicion
Sorry for the rant
My dear friend they can’t comprehend that Egypt was a huge trade hub so a lot of ethnics intermingle there much kind how people who have ancestry around Baghdad are mixed.
Interbreeding is such a bad sounding word for it, but it's totally accurate so ya, that's how ethnicities happen, Coptics in Egypt are a Christian ethnoreligous group. St Mark did his mission after the Resurrection in Egypt this is going to be one of the oldest Christian communities in the world and as far as I know the only one that's also a ethnicity too, Amish too maybe, since they pretty much keep everything in the group.
With the Jewish thing you'll hit similar as you will with the Copts, except Judaism is much older so you can't really pin any single skin tone to Jewish people.
The monarchy was abolished but this is Hali Salisi, last Emperor of Ethiopia and according to the Rastafarian movement the 2nd coming of Jesus. I have questions for Bob Marley.
Family claims lineage back to King Solmon through the Queen of Sheba, not sure how much I buy that but there are/were a lot of Jewish people in Ethiopia, bulk of them are in Israel making Judaism even more white than it was,,,,,,,,,
Pasty mayo munching crackers the lot of them, they need to activate their white privilege I guess.
The Jewish tribes Intermingle With the local groups They settled down with
To a point ya, in some cases it was unavoidable, still when you genetically test the two main European groups they come up closer to the MENA Jewish communities than the locations they settled in,
Not to mention we can tell like the whole Jew Afro thing I think….fuck I forgot his name, the chubby guy from the 21 jump street movies..like he look like a normal white guy but you see pics with him with his hair grown out you see his Jewish roots
It's called a "JewFro" not even a joke btw, you're thinking of Jonah Hill taller one here is Seth Rogan another of the hollywood types with the chosen hairstyle of the chosen people.
Whole VA thing for the most part people weren't paying attention to ethnicity till recently for the most part, Prince of Egypt is actually one that looks like a exception to that from everything I've seen.
also wat
Also since Rameses II is usually the presumed pharaoh that Moses called brother. And Ramses and along with his relatives mummies shows he ginger
Today I learned, granted the next paragraph is dissent to this one and we're not likely to ever actually know.
But maybe we can get some Scotts and Irish to adopt their own version of the hotep life, lmao.
It not rocket science to presumed that Moses and the other Jews were dark af because there had to be a reason why Moses was able to be raised as a Prince without suspicion
Probably not so dark, not in his youth at least. Up till very recently a tan put you in the lower classes because the wealthy didn't need to go out into the sun to labor so the aristocracy would have likely been lighter than the average man.
Now a tan means you have the time to waste laying out in the sun, or you like to hit the tanning booths or spray on places, whole other thing with all of that.
But I digress, he probably did look close enough that it wasn't anything anyone noticed.

The toborochi tree is an emblematic icon of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, it is present in its coat of arms (granted by the King of Spain Don Felipe IV in 1636). It is a symbol of the hospitality of its people, as indigenous people used to take refuge in the hollow trunks of the toborochi.
Toborochis are not only beautiful, they are also an important food source and refuge for parrots and other kind of birds and insects besides other native wildlife such as sloths and monkeys. Don’t you think there should be even more toborochis all across the city? Wouldn’t you love a city filled with toborochis? We should also feel very grateful for the excellent shade they give us, shelter in the heat of the summer.
The Bolivian (Guaraní origin) legend over the toborochi says that long time ago, a beautiful pregnant princess called Araverá (Sparkle in the sky) hid inside a tree to give birth to the (colibrí) hummingbird god’s child. The Añas, evil spirits decided to kill her because they thought that she would give birth to a powerful god prince who would punish and destroy them. So they went looking for the girl riding on fire-breathing flying horses, but Aravera escaped from the village on a flying seat, a gift from her husband. After months of being chased by the evil spirits, she decided to return to earth and hide inside the trunk of a toborochi tree where she gave birth. The thorns of the tree protected her from the Añas.
Her son grew up and he fulfilled the prophecy when he finally took revenge from the evil spirits, but princess Araverá stayed inside the tree until she died. According to the legend the toborochi is a sacred tree, the spirit of Araverá still remains inside. Every year, in the autumn she comes out in the shape of the tree’s beautiful pink flowers to stay in contact with her husband, her big and eternal love. The pink blossoms of the toborochi tree do, in fact, attract hummingbirds. The fragrant toborochi flower is also known as “flor de mayo” (May flower).

Oh. The chibi is huge….. ANYWAY!!! OC Info dump part 2!!!
Jazz!!! He’s giggling his signature giggle ((Kekeke)) which is the best I can get for a fox’s laugh.
So, Twisted Wonderland is basically “What if Disney Villains weren’t as bad as the films made them out to be? MC gets pulled into this magical Twisted Wonderland and has to deal with these powerful and talented yet dysfunctional boys while they search for a way to get back home” it’s a rhythm/RPG battle visual novel. It’s made by the same author as Black Butler, if you know that anime.
The outfit in the chibi is what Jazz wears as his ‘casual’ outfit in the Devildom. It also has a matching jacket and many pockets! He keeps his magic-pen, which is a fancy ballpoint pen that has an enchanted emerald on the clip and a stylus at the end, ((basically his magic focus)) in the breast pocket of the vest or the jacket depending on if he has the jacket or not. In Nightbringer he adds a pair of black and white gloves, which are like artist drawing gloves for screen drawing tablets. So pinky and ring finger and that half of the palm are black while the rest is white.
He LOVES to make clothes, so much that was what he chose to make a sustainable business out of as the requirement to get access to his family’s wealth. ((5 times great grandma started a brewery that has become world famous, Grandma Takara is also the reason he’s not human, more on that later)) Will absolutely make stuff for Asmo and Levi if they ask him. his favorite fabric to work with is canvas and so he’s really strong for his small size. He can pick up demon form!Diavolo if he wants. He also really wants to make the dress from that one sticker for Dia, as he thinks Dia would absolutely rock it. ((Don’t ask Jazz to wear that dress as the frills to non-frills ratio is too high for Jazz’s tastes))
Speaking of Diavolo: won’t act on his crushes because his brain is mean >:( thinks that this prince and future king can do better than a humble tailor. And thinks that he’d fuck up the friendship they have by trying to romance him. Also thinks that being romantically involved with a literal prince would be too much of a spotlight ((ignoring the fact that dating the brothers and Solomon already puts a huge spotlight on him….)) ((same reasoning why he would not act on his crush on Barbatos)) But he really admires Dia. It will take somebody noticing the wistful stares and sighs and forcing them talk ((person: hey, Jasper, Diavolo, come to this dinner with me. Oh wait, I actually have plans but I don’t want the reservation to go to waste, so have fun you two!! ☺️))
So, the ‘human enough’. Grandma Takara wasn’t human at all. She was a fox fae from Twisted Wonderland that found herself on Earth and couldn’t get back home. She was basically a kitsune from Japanese mythology. And at the start of Jazz’s adventures he was 98% human, 2% fox fae. Then during Twisted the human and fox fae flipped, so he’s now 98% fox fae, 2% human. Which is just enough human for pacts and Earth sorcery to work.
Because of the kitsune stuff: he’s allergic to tomatoes. If he has them, then he’s in the bathroom for the next hour. Is a shapeshifter, but prefers to keep the form he had to begin with ((except for the female bits, those got shifted away to being male ASAFP)) but will change for pranks or safety.
Loves pranks, lives by the ‘confuse, don’t abuse’ motto ((has used a vodka bottle for a water bottle, has use chocolate syrup bottle for a water bottle, eaten vanilla pudding out of a mayo jar etc.))
HATES being underwater without a viable source of air, be that potions, spells, scuba gear, or just straight up shapeshifting himself some gills. So when in the Aquarium Event they all swam to the source of the poison, he was internally going “I hate this. I hate this. I am so glad for magic.”
Ending on a positive note: is poly lingual. Can speak native Japanese, English, German and French. And can add to that with a bit of magic, just straight up copies what the person knows about the language. So, he copied Celestial from Beel.
OMG so much loooore!!
Okay I'm so into the fox fae situation a;sldkfjdf.
He's just a mischievous little guy with a big ole crush on a demon prince!! I would be their wingperson. Let me be the one who's like oh oops I planned plans on top of my plans have fun see ya!!! LOL that's so cute though. I get why he would feel that way.
I love that he's a tailor and makes stuff for Asmo and Levi too!
I too am allergic to tomatoes alsdklfjf no not really but the only food I don't like is raw tomatoes. I don't know why 😭
Anyway, I love him he sounds so cute~ Thank you for sharing him with me!!

In a reblog (or new post w/ rules attached), post up to five (5) filenames of your WIPs; not titles, file names.
Post a snippet from one of them. Snippet must be words you wrote in the last 7 days. We’re posting progress here. If you haven’t made any, go make some and come back to post!
After you’ve posted, people can send you an ask with one of your file names. You must then write 3 sentences in that file. If the filename is one you can't share from (for example, an event fic), write 3 sentences on it anyway, and then 3 more on another to share.

“Okay now remember what I taught you boys. Keep it loose but stay tight.”
“What exactly are you teaching my boys?”, Joyce asked as she stepped out into her backyard, arms crossed.
Jim had on a baseball glove, as did Jonathan. Will was holding a bat.
“Teachin’ them America’s finest pastime in preparation for this weekend.”
“The charity game?”
“Yep. Alright Will, get ready”, Jim bent his knees just barely. “Jonathan, don’t go easy on him, put some mustard on it.”
“Why not some mayo and a pickle too, while you’re at it”, Joyce heckled.

Review: Round Ireland with a Fridge
Synopsis:
Have you ever made a drunken bet? Worse still, have you ever tried to win one? In attempting to hitchhike round Ireland with a fridge, Tony Hawks did both, and his foolhardiness led him to one of the best experiences of his life. Joined by his trusty traveling companion-cum-domestic appliance, he made his way from Dublin to Donegal, from Sligo through Mayo, Galway, Clare, Kerry, Cork, Wexford, Wicklow--and back again to Dublin. In their month of madness, Tony and his fridge met a real prince, a bogus king, and the fridge got christened. They surfed together, entered a bachelor festival, and one of them had sex without the other knowing. And unexpectedly, the fridge itself became a momentary focus for the people of Ireland.
Plot:
1989 was Tony’s first trip to Ireland. It was there and after a terrible song writing incident was when he first saw it: a man hitchhiking with a fridge. Stored in his brain like a beacon, forgotten about until alcohol brought it to the surface again, Tony went years forgetting about the Fridge Man he saw. It was, when drinking with Kevin, when the Fridge Man idea was brought to the table, Tony saying it was possible, Kevin disagreeing saying it was insane. In the early matters of the morning Tony awoke to the drunken bet he and Kevin had signed: “I hereby bet Tony Hawks the sum of one Hundred Pounds that he cannot hitch-hike round the circumference of Ireland, with a fridge, within one calendar month” (4). Kevin fully agreed to forget about the bet and move on, after all they were hammered when they made it, but Tony disagreed. A bet was a bet, and he was going to fulfill it. Him and his G.T.D.B.S syndrome (Going To Do Something A Bit A Silly), were off to Ireland. Purchasing a mini-fridge (because even Tony thought a full-size fridge would have been too much to handle), he sent off with a list of destinations he and Kevin agreed upon. Holding out his thumb hoping someone would pick him up, he continues on this ridiculous journey, with his favorite kitchen appliance at his side.
Thoughts:
Everyone has that one thing they wish they did, but in the end never got it done. It was that cross-country road trip you and your friends talked about going after graduating, that backpack across Europe you talked about late at night. It was that one thing some day you wanted to throw everything down and go off, yet in the end chose the responsible choice and stayed. For Tony Hawks, he went against this and did something so purposeless that it made it all worth it. As funny as this story is, Hawks are downright ridiculous in some parts, making this story light-hearted and good. Where you bet one month on the open road alone, and those hikes when no cars came and it was raining, would be a downer on Hawks’s mood, it did not show in the writing as he happily skipped along though the story, bringing fun and jokes to it all. A part never addressed was how in this bet Hawk’s lost money. The goal was to win the one hundred pounds from Kevin, but after spending one hundred pounds on a sleeping bag, and 130 for the fridge itself, the idea of purposeless mission comes to mind again as this bet was not about the money, but the idea of hitchhiking around Ireland with a fridge. Hawks learn valuable lessons like: “what makes the world tick over – good honest labor” (46). The writing was good, making this journey long, but interesting at points, with the names of all who Hawks meet making it character filled. A drunken bet, beautiful views of Ireland, a fridge and a man become a local legend to some, and a fool to others, it is for you to decide who he is to you.

Knights of the Order of the Crescent
Knights of the Order of the Crescent is a worthy discussion since we know that the crescent moon is an indigenous symbol from Southern Arabia, aka, Mexico, since Mexico was Southern Arabia and Mexico means, “In the center of the Moon”: https://rb.gy/himgj1.

Map of Mayaca, Florida (Ethiopia)
There is a town in Ethiopia called Mayo, Ethiopia. The name Mayo is the same as Maya (Mayans), so we are dealing with the Mayans. There was once a Mayan city in Florida called Mayaca (see post image of map), which is further proof that the Mayans established La floridas (Ethiopia Superior/ Tameri). This city was obviously named after the Mayas/ Mayans since we can see their tribal name of Maya in Mayaca (Maya-ca). Mayaca is now extinct and so is the Mayaca Tribe (Mayaca people), and we can blame the Spanish invasion (the Holy Wars) of the 1500's for their extinction; however, Florida still has Port Mayaca as evidence of a city now gone.

This valiant knight, who had distinguished himself in many battles, won two great victories against the English: the first in 1442, in the plain of Saint-Denis d'Anjou, and the second in 1448, before Beaumont-le-Vicomte. The following year, Jean d'Anjou gave him the order to help Charles VII against the English, and he covered himself with glory at the Battle of Formigny (1450).

Moslem-Jerusalem under the Order of the Cresent, 1070
Muslem-Jerusalem from 1070 under the order of the Cresent. Moslem-Jerusalem, which looks very Moorish with the Crescent moons at the top of those Maurice domes. I love the Phoenician purple trim too at the top. This image is a full-page miniature of Jerusalem and the Dome of the Rock Image taken from feature 5 of Book of Hours, Use of Paris ('The Hours of René d'Anjou'). Written in Latin, calendar, and rubrics in French.
King René of Anjou
The Ordre du Croissant (Order of the Crescent; Italian: Ordine della Luna Crescente) was a chivalric order founded by Charles I of Naples and Sicily in 1268. It was revived in 1448 or 1464 by René I of Naples, the king of Jerusalem, Sicily, and Aragon (including parts of Provence), to provide him with a rival to the English Order of the Garter. René was one of the champions of the medieval system of chivalry and knighthood, and this new order was (like its English rival) neo-Arthurian in character. Its insignia consisted of a golden crescent moon engraved in grey with the word LOZ, with a chain of 3 gold loops above the crescent. On René's death, the Order lapsed. The Order of the Crescent, also known as "Order of the Crescent in the Provence,” a French chivalric order was founded on 11 August 1448 in Angers by King Rene of Provence as a court order. The order, which united itself, features from knighthood and spiritual orders, and counted up to 50 knights, of which can be dukes, princes, marquises, viscounts and knights with four quarters of nobility.
A French Canadian Maur by the name of Ann Marie Bourassa sent me a link to the Armorial Chevaliers (Knights) of the Order of the Crescent and the images in this post spoke to my DNA, since my maternal surname, “Chavis” means the Goat and Brave boy: https://rb.gy/qk2k10.
Chavis/ Chavers is also short for Chevaliers, since the Chavis are a Royal family of knights that is associated with bravery and passing the BAR. Chevaliers is French for Knights since the number one code of the knights is chivalry, which means bravery. During the old-world chivalry (honor) was established from being brave in battle, and cavalry is another word that is derived from chevaliers since cavalry means an army of mounted braves (Knights) on horses.
In 1066 during the Battle of Hastings, my French royal family of Shivers, which is French for Chavis, as knights, helped the French Viking King, “William the Conqueror,” a Danite, conquer England with the aid of two dragons and were given the Shivers Mountains in England by William the Conqueror due to the acts of Chivalry (bravery=Knighthood) on the battlefield: https://rb.gy/n9vlao.
Here is the link to the Armorial Knights of the order of the Crescent: https://rb.gy/y2hpa4. This link is in French, but you can use Goggle Translate to translate the French into English.
Please, avoid the hijack with the whitewash when reading the Armorial Knights link, because the original French were the Franks or Gauls (Gullah Geechee/ Galilee), and they were French Maurs (Merovingians): https://rb.gy/posjrm.
“Franks (Franci), a Germanic people who conquered Gallia (Gaul), and made it Francia (France).” [End quote from Oxford Classical Dictionary]. “Gaul, French Gaule, Latin Gallia, the region inhabited by the ancient Gauls, comprising modern-day France and parts of Belgium, western Germany, and northern Italy”: https://www.britannica.com/place/Gaul-ancient-region-Europe.
The Americas has the most place names associated with Gaul/ Gales/ Gules/ Gola/ Galley/ Gullah/ Galilee/ Gaelic (France). For example, Galesburg, Illinois; Galilee, Pennsylvania; Angola, Louisiana; Angola, Indiana, etc. Some of the African slaves allegedly came from Angola, aka, the Congo (Congo, Alabama*), which is a country allegedly in Africa on the Slave Coast. Gola, which is short for Angola (An-Gola), is also Gula as in Gullah Geechee – Seminole and Creek (Greek) Indians: https://msuweb.montclair.edu/~sotillos/moore.htm.
Guale was a historic Native American chiefdom (Tribe) of Mississippian culture peoples located along the coast of present-day Georgia and the Sea Islands. This tribe of Guale Indians were Maurs (Maur-iners as in Marine and Mar/ Mer as in sea), aka, Sea people. Guale was once a city on the Sea Coast of Georgia that is now extinct and so is this tribe of Indians (Washitaw Muurs = Yamasees and the five civilized tribes), due to Spanish conquest: https://www.americaistheoldworld.com/gibraltar-of-the-west/.
In South America we have the Spanish equivalent to the Gullah Geechee, the “Gualeguaychú.” Gualeguaychú is a city in the province of Entre Ríos, Argentina, on the left bank of the Gualeguaychú River (a tributary of the Uruguay River). In Mexico, we have Guatemala, which is a derivative of Gaul since the prefix Guate in Gutemala is Gaul.
This book, “Africa vs. America,” demonstrates that Europeans copied ancient Ghana that was in South America (Guyana) and built a second Ghana on the other coast [Africa], which is known as Congo or Angola. Africa vs. America,” by Isabel Alvarez: https://www.americaistheoldworld.com/ancient-ghana-is-guyana/.
This FB post deals with a French Merovingian Queen, nicknamed “The She Wolf,” since she convinced a Baron (wizard), Lord Roger Mortimer, to help her to overthrow her gay husband, King Edward II of England to take the crown: https://rb.gy/7g9b4s.
Speaking of the She Wolf, the Capitoline Wolf is the She Wolf and is a symbol of the founding of Rome. The wolf is a sacred symbol of the Turks and the Danites. The Americas has 13 Capitoline Wolf Statues, which suggests that the greater Rome or Imperial Rome was in the Americas. Rome is derived from the Egyptian word Ramen and the Hebrew word Rimon, which means pomegranate. The pomegranate is a symbol of Granada Land (the promised land), which was in the Americas: https://www.americaistheoldworld.com/imperial-rome-and-italy-superior/.
The Armorial Knights of the order of the Crescent has a few coats of arms with the She Wolf in the center of the moon. Mother Mary/ Maya/ Meru, aka, the Queen of Heaven, is shown in many images as the Venus Star Transit, which is the Mayan 5-pointed Star, standing in the center of the crescent moon. The wolf is code for the Dragon, aka, the constellation Draco when its Star Theban was the Pole Star or the North Star.
Who was Rene d’Anjou?
In this post are some images of the Royal Knights’ coat of arms of the Order of the Crescent, instituted by King René d’Anjou, ms. Fr. 5225. Statues of the Order of the Crescent, founded by René d’Anjou (1448), ms. Fr. 25204. (Source: gallica.bnf.fr, National Library of France).
The Ordre du Croissant (Order of the Crescent; Italian: Ordine della Luna Crescente) was a chivalric order [knights’ order] founded by Charles I of Naples and Sicily in 1268. It was revived in 1448 or 1464 by René I of Naples, the king of Jerusalem, Sicily and Aragon (including parts of Provence), to provide him with a rival to the English Order of the Garter. René was one of the champions of the medieval system of chivalry and knighthood, and this new order was (like its English rival) neo-Arthurian in character. Its insignia consisted of a golden crescent moon engraved in grey with the word LOZ, with a chain of three gold loops above the crescent. On René’s death, the Order lapsed.
The Armorial Knights of the Order of the Crescent, also known as “Order of the Crescent in the Provence,” a French chivalric order was founded on 11 August 1448 in Angers by King Rene of Provence as a court order. The order, which united itself, features from knighthood and spiritual orders, and counted up to fifty knights, of which can be dukes, princes, marquises, viscounts, and knights with four quarters of nobility.
The Knights committed themselves to mutual assistance and loyalty to the order which, after the Provence became part of France in 1486, was soon forgotten. Ackermann mentions this knighthood as a historical order of France.
In this post is a poorly whitewashed image of King Rene of Anjou since he is still swarthy (dark/ Black) in his image. King Rene was the grandson of King John II of France, aka, John the Good, who was undoubtedly a Naga/ Negro: https://rb.gy/onckrm.
René of Anjou (Italian: Renato; Occitan: Rainièr; Catalan: Renat; 1409–1480) was Duke of Anjou, King of Jerusalem, King of Sicily, King of Aragon (Gules), and Count of Provence [Province, Maine*] from 1434 to 1480, who also reigned as King of Naples as René I from 1435 to 1442 (then deposed as the preceding dynasty was restored to power). Having spent his last years in Aix-en-Provence, he is known in France as the Good King René (Occitan: Rei Rainièr lo Bòn; French: Le bon roi René).
René was a member of the House of Valois-Anjou, a cadet branch of the French royal house, and the great-grandson of John II of France. He was a prince of the blood, and for most of his adult life also the brother-in-law of the reigning king Charles VII of France. Other than the aforementioned titles, he was for several years also Duke of Bar and Duke of Lorraine.
René was born on 16 January 1409 in the castle of Angers.[2] He was the second son of Duke Louis II of Anjou, King of Naples, by Yolanda of Aragon.[2] René was the brother of Marie of Anjou, who married the future Charles VII and became Queen of France.[3]
Anjou is just a Latinized way of saying Andros/ Andrews, so we are dealing with Saracens (old Arabs) of the lost 10 lost tribes of Israel that were descendants of the first Apostle Saint Andrew: https://the-red-thread.net/genealogy/andrews.html.
Greater France or France Superior in the Americas:
If you have read my post about Imperial Rome and Italy Superior you already know that Italy Superior was La Floridas and there is also a Naples, Florida, which suggests that Rene Anjou was once the king of Naples, Florida since La Floridas was the original Italy. Remember that France borders Italy, which means that since Italy Superior was in the Americas Greater France or France Superior was also in the Americas.
Now, if we include Gules/ Gual (Aragon) and Maine, it leaves no doubt that this history is referring to Greater France in the Americas since the Imperial Rome and Italy Superior post proves that Africa, Europe, and the Middle East was originally in the Americas.
Maine and the New England states were once part of the Nova France and this territory was once known as Nova France (New France), according to old maps from the 1500’s – 1700’s, however, we know that it is nothing new about Nova France since the Americas is the East (the Orient) and the old world. Maine also has a Bar Harbor, now a resort for the wealthy. Notice that when you read the description of the coat of arms in the Armorial Knights link you will see a few references to Bar and Maine, which suggests that ancient Frankish (French) history is referring mostly to the Americas.
France borders Italy, according to modern-day maps, therefore, this post is more evidence confirming that the original France was in the Americas since Florida was Italy Superior.
King Anjou was born and buried in Angers, France. Angers sounds a lot like Algiers, Louisiana. Algiers was part of the Ottoman Empire that was originally in the Americas: https://www.americaistheoldworld.com/the-ottoman-empire-in-the-americas/.
The French and the Ottoman Turks as Moormans (Danites=Vikings=Sea people) were blood allies against Spain (Rome) during the Crusades or Holy Wars. Louisiana has France written all over it since Louisiana is called Cajun Country. Plus, the prefix of Louis in Louis-iana is a French name that is associated with a long list of French Kings. Cajun and Acadian (Akkadian) are the same word. In fact, Louisiana used to be a part of the Acadian Republic. Louisiana is called the boot kicking state since Louisiana is shaped like a boot, and so is Italy and Florida. Louisiana has a French Quarters and the people called themselves Cajuns (Acadians).
Additionally, the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, is called the Crescent City and it shares the same place names as Orleans, France. Louisiana also has Parishes (Parish=Paris), which is derived from Paris, as in Paris, France. Paris means “For Isis” or “City of Isis,” and Paris is short for Paradise. Baton Rouge (Louisiana) is a French word that means Red Stick.
The New Orleans Saints logo is the fleur-de-lis (Florida*). It’s a French word that means lily flower in English. French Maurs (High Priest of Anu) known as the Merovingians introduced the fleur-de-lis as a symbol of France, which is sometimes spelled fleur-de-lys; and it is a stylized lily or iris commonly used for decoration. In fact, translated from French, fleur-de-lis means “lily flower.” Fleur means “flower,” while lis means “lily.” The interesting thing about the fleur-de-lis or Lily Flower is that it is derived from the Bee, and it is just an upside-down Bee: https://rb.gy/jpasca.
AGOULT (Fouquet or Foulques d’)
Or, to the ravishing wolf Azure, armed, langued and vilené Gules (1).
Baron of Mison, of La Tour-d’Aigues, of Sault and of Forcalquier, lord of Thèze, Barret, Volone, La Bastide, Peypin, Niozelles, etc., chamberlain of René d’Anjou, viguier of Marseilles (1443, 1445 and 1472); son of Raymond and Louise de Glandevès-Faucon, his second wife; married: 1° with Jeanne de Beaurain; 2° with Jeanne de Bouliers; died without posterity at La Tour-d’Aiguës in 1492, nearly 100 years old.
Fouquet d’Agoult had been nicknamed by his contemporaries the Great and the Illustrious, in view of his love of justice, his magnificence and his liberality. Nostradamus (2) reports that “after the death of this so good and so excellent Roy (René d’Anjou) several and various eulogies, epitaphs and learned compositions were placed on his tomb, in the church of the Convent of the Carmelites of the City of Aix…The eulogies were in various languages, Hebrews, Greeks, Latins, French, Italians, Cathalans and Provencals, which the magnificent Fouquet d’Agoult, lord of Sault, had collected and transcribed exactly by the express command de la Reyne his second wife.
(1) All the genealogists and heraldists describe the d’Agoult coat of arms in the terms we have just used; however, the wolf is always represented crawling and not ravishing, that is to say holding its prey in the mouth. We didn’t want to change anything in the accepted description; but it was necessary to point out that it does not agree with the representation of the coat of arms. In 1220, the seal of Raymond II d’Agoult bore a passing wolf. (2) History and Chronicle of Provence, p. 646.
ANJOU (Charles I of)
Azure, semé of fleurs-de-lis Or, to the lion Argent set in quarter; bordered gules.
Count of Maine, Guise, Mortain, viscount of Châtellerault, lieutenant general for the king in Languedoc and Guyenne; third son of Louis II of Sicily and Yolande of Aragon; married: 1°, before 1434, with Cobelle Ruffo (2), widow of Jean-Antoine Marzano, Duke of Sessa, Prince of Rossano, daughter of Charles Ruffo, Count of Montalto and Corigliano, Grand Justice of the Kingdom of Naples, and of Cevareila de Saint-Séverin (see this name); 2°, by contract of January 9, 1443, with Isabelle de Luxembourg, daughter of Pierre de Luxembourg, count of Saint-Pol, and of Marguerite des Baux; born in the castle of Montils-les-Tours, October 14, 1414; died at Neuvy, in Touraine, on April 10, 1472, and buried in the church of Saint-Julien in Le Mans.
(2) Through this alliance, Cobelle Ruffo had become the sister-in-law of three kings, Louis III of Sicily, René of Anjou and Charles VII. Polyxène Ruffo, his sister, first married François-Alexandre Sforza (see this name).
ANJOU (Jean d’)
Per fess of one party, of two, which makes six quarters: 1 barage Argent and Gules, of eight pieces (HUNGARY); 2nd, Azure, strewn with fleurs-de-lis Or, a label Gules, five pendants in chief (ANJOU-SICILY); 3 Argent, to the cross of Jerusalem Or, at angle (JERUSALEM); 4th, azure, strewn with fleurs-de-lis or, a border gules (ancient ANJOU); 5th Azure, strewn with recrossed crosses set foot Or, two bars backed by the same debruising over all (BAR): 6th Or, a bend Gules charged with three alerions Argent ( LORRAINE); a label Gules three pendants in chief, debruising on the large quarters.
Duke of Calabria and Lorraine, senator of the Crescent (1470); eldest son of René d’Anjou and Isabelle de Lorraine; married, by treaty of April 2, 1437, with Marie de Bourbon, daughter of Charles I, Duke of Bourbon, and Agnès de Bourgogne; born in Toul on August 2, 1426, died in Barcelona on December 16, 1470, and buried in Angers, in the church of the Cordeliers (1).
(1) On a glass roof of this church, this prince was represented on his knees, his hands joined, a floral crown on his head, and wearing a loose coat with a turned down collar. In front of him was the coat of arms described above, supported by the emblem of the order of the Crescent with its motto. (MONTFAUCON, op. cit., t. II, pl. LXI11). These arms are absolutely identical to those which appear on a counter-seal of Jean d’Anjou, affixed to a document of 1465 (DOUET D’ARCQ, Collection de sceaux, t. I, n°789).
ANJOU (René d’)
Cut from one, from two, which makes six quarters; to 1 of HUNGARY; at 2 d’ANJOU-SICILY; at 3 of JERUSALEM; at 4 d’ANJOU old; at 5 of BAR; at 6 LORRAINE; over all Or, four pales Gules (ARAGON).
King of Naples, Sicily, Jerusalem and Aragon, Duke of Anjou, Lorraine and Bar, Count of Provence, Senator of the Crescent (1449); son of Louis II, Duke of Anjou, King of Naples, and Yolande of Aragon; married, in first marriage, by treaty of March 20, 1419, with Isabelle de Lorraine, eldest daughter and heiress of Charles II, Duke of Lorraine, and of Marguerite de Lorraine; in second marriage, September 10, 1454, with Jeanne de Laval, daughter of Guy XIV, Count of Laval, and Isabelle de Bretagne; born in Angers on January 16, 1409, died in Aix on July 10, 1480, and buried in the church of Saint-Maurice in Angers on October 26, 1481.
From the institution of the Armorial Knights of the Order of the Crescent, King René accompanied these coats of arms (1) (still existing in 1620, at Saint-Maurice d’Angers) with the insignia of the order (2), which he had painted and sculpted on a large number of monuments and works of art, to engrave on its seals (3) and to embroider (4) on its tapestries and ceremonial costumes.
(1) On the subject of the various coats of arms carried successively by René, see our work: La Croix de Jerusalem dans le Blason, p. 14. (2) Ung radiant and marvelous crescent, Garny of fine gold and white enamel, Of which there was in frank writing, Loz in crescent in engraved and understood, Such motto had this lord taken. Not without reason, for his loz would grow On all living beings who had loz and be. (OCTAVIE DE SAINT-GELAIS, Le Séjour de l’Honneur.) (3) Some of these seals have a double crescent on the reverse that Mr Douet d’Arcq (collection of seals, n°11783) took for two bags or stacked purses. (4) In 1448, Pierre du Villant, painter and embroiderer to the King of Sicily, two professions closely united in the Middle Ages, executed four embroidered crescents for his new order of chivalry (LECOY DE LA MARCHE, Extracts from accounts and memorials, n ° 632).
CHAMPAGNE (Peter I of)
Sable, fretty Argent; a chief or charged with a lion issanl gules (1). Currency (2): Sta closes.
Lord of Champagne, Pescheseul, Lonvoisin, Bailleul and Parcé, Prince of Montorio and Aquila, First Baron of Maine, Viceroy of Sicily and Anjou; third son of Jean III of Champagne and Ambroise de Crénon; married, according to contract of April 22, 1441, with Marie de Laval, sister of Guy de Laval (see this name), and daughter of Thibaut and Jeanne de Maillé-Brézé; died in Angers, almost a hundred years old, on October 15, 1486, and buried on the 22nd of the same month, in the church of Saint-Martin de Parce (3).
This valiant knight, who had distinguished himself in many battles, won two great victories against the English: the first in 1442, in the plain of Saint-Denis d’Anjou, and the second in 1448, before Beaumont-le-Vicomte. The following year, Jean d’Anjou gave him the order to help Charles VII against the English, and he covered himself with glory at the Battle of Formigny (1450).
(1) In the 17th century, this family sought to attach itself to the illustrious house of the Counts of Champagne and took its arms, which are: Azure with a silver band, bordered by two cotices potent and counter-potentiated Golden. (2) Motto and coat of arms still visible in 1620, in the chapel of the Knights of the Crescent in Saint-Maurice d’Angers. (3) The epitaph engraved on his tomb had been composed, it seems, by the king.
SFORZA (François-Alexandre)
Quarterly: 1st and 4th Or, to the eagle Sable crowned of the first (LOMBARDY); 2nd and 3rd, Argent, to the bisse Azure in pale, crowned Or, giving birth to a child Gules (VISCONTI-MILAN).
Duke of Milan (1454); natural son of Muzio Attendolo dit Sforza, lord of Cotignola, and Lucrezia Trezana or Tresciano; husband: 1° of Polyxène Ruffo, widow of Jacques Marilli (?) Grand Seneschal of the Kingdom of Naples, daughter of Charles Ruffo, Count of Montalto and Corigliano, and of Cevarella de Saint-Séverin; 2° (August 1, 1441) of Blanche-Marie Visconti, natural daughter of Philippe-Marie Visconti, Duke of Milan; born at San-Miniato (Tuscany), July 25, 1401, died at Milan, March 8, 1466.
As you can see, the Armorial Knights of the Order of the Crescent were very distinguished and extraordinary gentlemen and so was their King, Rene of Anjou since King Rene was a Saracen (Moslem) that was the King of Jerusalem, Sicily, Naples, and Aragon. In this post is an image of Moslem-Jerusalem, which looks very Moorish with the Crescent moons at the top of those Maurice domes. I love the Phoenician purple trim too at the top. This image is a full-page miniature of Jerusalem and the Dome of the Rock Image taken from feature 5 of Book of Hours, Use of Paris (‘The Hours of René d’Anjou’). Written in Latin, calendar, and rubrics in French: https://picryl.com/media/jerusalem-from-bl-eg-1070-f-5-4d2417.
The royal coats of arms of the Knights of the Order of the Crescent display powerful images of occult symbols like the kingfish (fisher king), the Falcon (Horus), and the Bee/ Beetle. The Fleur-de-lis symbol is an upside-down bee. We know that the study of the birds (falcons) and the bees/ beetles is real sex (love) through alchemy, and this advanced knowledge (magic) that was acquired from Thoth/ Thought was used to create an Eden style of government or Ethiopia = Utopia that was based on free energy and a resource-based economy: https://www.americaistheoldworld.com/teotihuacan-is-the-home-of-thoth/.
The fisher kings who were Fishers of men, aka, Magi’s, were the High Priest of Anu (Maurs) from Nineveh, which was Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas. Nineveh means place of fish or House of fish and is the home of Prophet Jonah of the Bible: https://www.americaistheoldworld.com/nineveh-was-jacksonville-florida/.
Speaking of Jonah, a fish/ whale swallowed him for 3 days and then spit him out, which is code for him being born from a dragon, making Jonah a messiah, a Christ-king, and/or a Dragon-king: https://rb.gy/dsgf9g.
In this post is the coat of arms of royal knight, SFORZA (François-Alexandre), that depicts a Maur (High priest of Anu) being born from a blue dragon since serpents/ dragons don’t eat their prey feet-first. Also, notice the double headed Turkey of the Holy Roman Empire on the coat of arms. People think that this bird is an Eagle when it really is a Turkey, since Turkeys have beards and Eagles don’t. If you view different images of Hapsburg (Holy Roman empire) coat of arms you see that the bird on this coat of arms is clearly a double headed Turkey with a red beard. The Turkey is indigenous to the Americas and so is the Roman Empire. The Turkey is a hybrid bird that was spliced together with light codes (sound frequencies), aka, light alchemy, by Turkmen/ Moorman long ago using a combination of the Tukey Buzzard and the Chicken (the base metals) to create another meat source known as Turkey (the gold or good product).
I know this Roman History is confusing because Rome was a global empire that was on both sides of the world, however, the legit honorable Roman Empire that was in the Americas and under French Washitaw rule was overthrown by the duplicate Christian and Catholic Rome in Europe since the American version of the Romans were Saracens (Moslems) and pagans (Hebrews) that were labeled as infidels, in the eyes of the duplicate Roman hijack.

Oy, Celta-- Mayo did a reading. Looks like Prince Chuckbucks (a.k.a. Prince Charles) is in something shady again. The Universe should rip the band-aid off once and for all on every shady financial deal so Charles doesn't have to deal with this as King. The Queen is facing a tough decision. I hope it's about the Harkles but it could be related to royal duties. Maybe mobility issues? is-mayo-an-instrument,tumblr,com/post/693020897620230144/hello-mayo-regarding-royal-readings-nothing
Hi Nonny,
Thank you for letting me know about this. That does not sound good at all for the Queen. :( I hope making the decision brings her some peace. As for Prince Charles - sigh . I would like all his shady deals exposed but even more than that, I want him to stop making them. You think he would have learnt from Prince Andrew's trouble over his financial dealings. If and when something comes out, it will just be more stress on his mother, and that is not what she needs.
I will reblog the reading after this post.

FFXV AU: Too Much Is Never Enough
Boys be boys. No duties, no responsibilities or anything.Just each other.
This song I swear got me hard when the first time I heard it.
——
“Noct?”Prompto peers into the dark apartment. He had stopped by after school after receiving no replies to his messages to Noctis. Concerned, he messages Ignis who has kindly told the teen that Noct had called in ill.
Ignis has been escorting Prompto to the prince’s abode most of the time when Noctis is occupied by his royal duties. Today, Ignis has informed the Crownsguard on duty at Noct’s apartment of his visit, giving him the necessary clearance. The young advisor still stuck in a meeting himself, and unfortunately would be for an unforeseen amount of time. The Crownsguards downstairs waved him in after a quick routine check, though there is some cold hostility. The blond however knows they were only doing their job and pays no mind.
The apartment was in a sad state, but it does not faze Prompto as he gingerly makes his way towards Noctis’ room.
“Noct, I’m just gonna come in bud, hope you’re decent!” The teen chirps brightly when he does not get a response. He makes his way to the lump buried under the duvets, the aircon blasting at an ungodly low temperature. Its a welcome respite from the dry summer heat outside though. Prompto then kneels on the floor beside the bed nearest to his best friend.
“Heya? Sleeping?”Prompto mock whispers to the royal lump, prodding it. Though he gets no reply for a long while.
Eventually, the duvet shifts a little, curling in silently.
“…Prom. Not in the mood.” Noctis finally mutters under the covers. His voice cracking and tense. The prince is clearly uncomfortable and on edge. Probably has been for a while.
“Its okay, I’m just gonna sit here and work on my stuff, yeah?” His friend beams and slides onto the carpeted floors with his earbuds in. Although by work, the blond meant farming his zell tree in-game because. Well, theres no because. Why do homework when you can be unlocking a new achievement? Priorities.
There was nothing but the sound of the aircon whirring as Prompto grabs the nearest fat king moogle plush in the corner of the room and flops sideways over it like its his personal nest. The light from his phone and the slight daylight peeking through the curtains the only source of light illumninating the prince’s gloomy domain.
It was awhile until Prompto feels a hot breath and soft dark hair tickling his neck. The dark caterpillar had wriggled out and watching his game. Without even looking away from his raid, Prompto reaches a hand out, fumbling to pat Noctis’ head blindly in acknowledgement.
“…Sorry.”
“Naw.You ain’t feeling good, its okay. I geddit.”
“Mn.”
“I’m pretty sore from my run all this week for some reason, can I get a hot pack? I know Iggy keeps some.”
“Mmn.”
“Burgers sounds great about now doncha think?”
“…Double cheese.”
“Double cheese and double up bacon, more mayo, with no veggies, large soda and a big ol cheesy fries?”
“Mnn.”
“I gotcha. Can you pick a movie? Wanna watch that episode I missed last weekend ‘cus of work while we wait. Or I could farm your zenny-”
“Hands off my zell tree.”
Prompto muffles his laughs. There’s the friend he knows. Not the prince, not his Royal Highness. Just Noct, the sleepy fish nerd he likes to hang out with.
Noctis shuffles backwards, wriggling while tugging his friend into the overly large custom bed. Before slapping a hand around his bed like an aimless octopus to dig for the tv remote in the mess. Later, both boys would be huddled under the covers with several hot compresses, all while debating over which season of Malbuddy and Friends was the best in their childhood, all while flicking through the selection of shows on Meeflix. Just friends spending the afternoon with one another.
Prompto soon gets a notification of his order arriving. To not inconvenience the guards downstairs and the poor delivery guy, he quickly heads out to get the food. Only to find the main door unlocking softly and he’s greeted by the sight of his dad popping his head into the prince’s dark apartment.
Cor swiftly puts a finger to his lips as he shuffles inside, handing over the bags of food to his bewildered son. The boy staring at him like a Mesmenir caught in the headlights as the father raises a brow in question back at the teen. Prompto simply beams back with a soft shake of his head, earning him a quick ruffle of his hair from the older Leonis who slinks back out silently.
“…Prom?” Noctis’ voice calls out from his room and Prompto jumps before regaining his composure.
“Ah! Coming! Don’t start without me! Hey!”
———
A/N: I could be mistaken, but since Noct has an old injury, ice wouldn’t work? He probably needs heat to relax the cramping muscles.Correct me if I’m wrong!
Song for this ficlet : FFXV Too Much Is Never Enough

ILLEGIBLE’S TOTALLY SUBJECTIVE FAVORITE EORZEA COLLECTION DESIGNS: MALE
I’ve mentioned in the past, the main thing that made me start playing FFXIV properly was seeing people’s character designs. I’m still honestly blown away by the creativity and range of approaches people bring to this game, so I’ve decided to be an absolute madwoman and break my favorites into subcategories to share with anyone curious.
And to be clear. I’m not going to do something so broad as “oh top ten in-general :3″ because that would be sensible. No, I’m going to do it for all the current combat jobs. And all the current races. And different genders within the races and combat jobs as things stand. And I’m going to make a model-focus subcategory. And there are gonna be LOTS. Because I seriously cannot understate how inspired I’ve been by this community, and after however many years I just feel the need to vomit some incredible visuals I’ve encountered at you guys lol.
NOTE: In an abundance of caution, I want to stress this list isn’t a value judgment on anyone but a fragment of things that blew me personally away. Looking at the DRK sections it will be immediately clear that I Illegible really like that edgy dark knight aesthetic lmao, but there are plenty of non-edgy dark knights that I also love to bits. Other people might not like edgy dark knights. Due to a combination of size and search constraints plus trying to keep gear somewhat varied, these glamours are just what wound up on this particular list of mine. I could make another list one day. Other people can make lists too that are totally different.
Also, I was originally going to make a single post that went over male and female options presented in the character creator but straight up tumblr wouldn’t let me save because it got too big. You can see the female character post here.
And without further ado, let us begin.

Happy Birthday Scottish Singer/songwriter Amy MacDonald.
Amy was Born in Bishopbriggs on August 25th 1987 and attended Bishopbriggs High School. She taught herself to play the guitar, after hearing Travis play their song ‘Turn’ at T in the Park Festival in 2000.
MacDonald first started performing acoustically in cafes and pubs around Glasgow, including Brunswick Cellars on Sauciehall Street. After seeing an ad in the NME for Pete Wilkinson and Sarah Erasmus’ Melodramatic Records, Amy MacDonald sent in a demo tape of some of her songs. Wilkinson has since said that he was 'aghast’ when he first heard her performing he asked her “Amy, who wrote those songs?” And she said, “I did.” I said, “No, you didn’t,” giggling, hoping she really did. She said, “I bloody well did!” He told her she was extraordinarily talented, and the moment she sang those songs, remembered her voice and the hooks, which out of 500,demos submitted, was a very good sign.
MacDonald and Wilkinson spent eight or nine months getting the songs recorded properly at his own home studio and eventually secured her a recording deal with Vertigo in 2007.
Her debut album, This Is The Life, was released later that year and became the number one album in the UK, eventually selling over 3 million copies. The lead single from the album was 'Poison Prince’, but was only released as a limited edition. The follow-up single, 'Mr. Rock n Roll’ was her first Top 40 single.Amy MacDonald’s most successful single was her fourth, 'This is the Life’. It charted at number 28 in the UK but reached number one in five other European countries. 'Youth of Today’ was selected as the first track to be used on iTunes’ 'Free Single of the Week’ promotion.Amy’s second album, A Curious Thing, was released in 2010. The lead single form the album was 'Don’t Tell Me That It’s Over, which she performed on Simon Mayo’s Radio 2 program.
She has now released 4 albums, every one has been a number one in at least one country, she has been shortlisted as “Scottish Fashion Icon ” twice, winning the award in 2014. Amy has also won a host of music awards worldwide as well as “Scottish person of the year” in Scotland’s Daily Record newspaper.
Amy is lined up to play TRNSMT in September and as a warm up will play a midnight special show at the iconic Glasgow venue King Tuts on Saturday, September 11th. TRNSMT headliners include Biffy Clyto, Courteeners, Liam Gallagher and The Chemical Brothers.

Adachi dragged his feet on the pavement as he made his way home from work. He was already too exhausted to start his writing day with the best mindset but it would have to do. He’d already skipped four days this week and if he didn’t actually sit down to work on his book, it would never be published. He let out a deep sigh and shook his head slightly.
The situation was not ideal by any means, he was not great at cooking and it was already too late to start dinner, but he definitely needed to eat something or his mind would absolutely quit on him, he knew that much.
Adachi knew he should probably get something healthier but he refused to waste even more time walking to the store, so he decided to stop by the food cart near his flat for his usual emergency menu: two tuna onigiris with mayo - along with a can of soda in the hopes that the caffeine would boost his creativity. He was not too happy about it, but he didn’t have much time to contemplate his choice because as soon as he had paid, the first few droplets of water hit his shoulders. Looking up, he felt the next few drops hit his nose and his forehead. He cursed inwardly and simply took off awkwardly running the last few blocks home, trying his best not to slip and fall, his dress shoes nothing but a hazard in this particular situation.
The building door was so close, he could see it through the pouring rain; just a few meters and he would be home. Adachi rushed, his hand extended already to grab at the door handle when his body collided with something - someone - and fell backwards. It was as if time had slowed down; he could see the face of the person he ran into frozen in shock, his eyes widening as he saw Adachi falling, while Adachi could only think about the pain this would cause him, physical, yes, but mostly emotional. He always managed to get himself in embarrassing situations and now -
His neighbour extended his hand just in time to catch Adachi’s and pulled him upright effortlessly, his expression switching from shock to a relieved smile. “Are you ok? I’m so sorry, I hadn’t seen you.”
“Thank you! I’m so sorry,” Adachi said, feeling the heat rise to his face, partly because of his clumsiness and partly because his neighbour had not let go of him yet. In fact, Adachi could have sworn that the guy was rubbing his thumb on the back of his hand. He didn’t know what to do, so he tried again. “Uh, sorry. I should’ve been more careful.”
“It’s ok, I’m glad that you didn’t get hurt.” The man seemed to suddenly remember they were standing in the pouring rain and pulled Adachi to the door. “Come, you’ll catch a cold in this weather.”
No matter how hard he thought, Adachi couldn't remember ever catching his name but he had seen this man before in the elevator and in some of the common areas. He seemed to be a bit of a recluse, much like himself.
The man opened the door and finally let go of his hand before ushering him in. “After you, Adachi.”
Adachi’s eyes widened; he didn't know how the man knew his name, but he didn’t mention it. He walked inside and called the elevator, followed closely by his saviour. Once the doors opened, he stepped in and turned around, pressing the button for the fifth floor and finally facing the man. "Thank you, again…" he trailed off.
"Kurosawa. My name is Kurosawa." He pressed the fourth-floor button.
Adachi smiled and bowed to him. "It was nice seeing you, Kurosawa. Have a good night."
The elevator dinged and Kurosawa bowed with a smile before exiting. “Good night, Adachi,” he waved.
Adachi hesitantly waved back as the elevator doors closed. Before he knew it he was one floor up, opening the door to his flat, throwing his work bag on the sofa and taking his wet clothes off with a groan before going to the bathroom.
What a day. Not only had he stayed late to finish on that project Urabe had handed to him but he also made himself look like a fool in front of his very cool neighbour, and to add insult to injury now he needed a hot shower to hopefully avoid catching a cold. He shook his head and hopped under the stream, washing himself thoroughly and letting the hot stream relax his muscles.
Feeling in a bit of a better mood, Adachi got out of the shower, wrapped himself in a towel and went about getting into a comfy set of pyjamas. He finally sat at his desk and opened the white doc of doom, checking the time and cursing as he realized it was 9 pm already. He slouched in his chair, throwing his head back with a groan. This book was going to take a million years at this rate, he really needed to prioritize his schedule, put on some good hours into it each day, especially during the weekend, he needed to -
Adachi’s stomach growled loudly, reminding him that his emergency dinner laid abandoned in its bag. He got up and stomped over to the sofa, unwrapping the onigiris and eating them without so much as a thought before returning to his spot. He promptly sat down to continue with the daily task of staring at the document while he begged his brain to type something - anything - out. But his mind had other plans though, Kurosawa’s face and gentle smile kept popping in his mind. Maybe it was because of the way he moved, how he had kept him from falling with his sharp reflexes, or maybe it was how elegant he looked even when he was soaking wet, how well his suit fitted him. Kurosawa was like some sort of superhero, or… no, he was more like a Prince Charming from an epic battle world. That was a start - it was not the murder mystery he had thought about, but it was definitely a start.
The sound of Adachi’s footsteps worked like a metronome, helping his mind settle into a rhythm. He was starting to see things in more detail: The brave prince paced in his castle, his sword close by his side, the problems his kingdom was facing were almost too much to bear and with his father on the brink of death, it was all on him. A shadow appeared above the citadel - the… the… ‘kingdom x’ was being attacked by a three-headed dragon. How would he fix this and save his people? Had someone sent the dragon or did it act with free will? Did the soon-to-be king have secret magic powers? Maybe they were a secret even to himself!
With renewed energy and excitement, Adachi sat down to work. This new world just wanted to be written, to become a reality, and he was not going to stop it. Aided by the occasional sip of soda and a few “stretching breaks” that were more like actual pacing, he managed to draft four thousand words by 5 am, effectively breaking his 3 thousand word record from just a few months ago. If he could keep up the pace he could finish the book within the next month and send it to Tsuge for editing and review. He sent a quick text to his friend to tell him the good news and got into bed; he would probably regret staying up so late tomorrow, but now he didn’t have it in him to care. Writing was definitely his call - even if he was very close to missing his goal of being a published author by 30.
---
The commute to work was nothing short of hell. The morning started with Adachi missing his usual train and having to take the next one during rush hour - not that he ever managed to avoid rush hour, but he usually took the first train during it so it wasn’t as crazy as later in the morning. This resulted in him having a very unpleasant ride, squeezed half to death between the sea of people, feeling like a canned sardine with a bad case of insomnia. That was the other issue, the previous writing night ended up being a success but even though he’d been exhausted by the time he was done, it had been impossible to fall asleep. Now he was on his way to a long workday with a pounding headache and a sour mood. If given the opportunity, Adachi would’ve chosen to take the day off to sleep and feel refreshed enough by sundown to continue writing.
His job was definitely a necessary evil, but sometimes he couldn’t help but resent it. On the verge of thirty, Adachi spent most of his day at the office, writing his reports, Urabe’s reports, and occasionally picking up the slack of some of his colleagues. There was barely any time for hobbies or relaxing and least of all to be an aspiring writer. To be completely honest, Adachi had started viewing his day job as his second career in the past year. His heart and soul were focused on his new goal, what he really wanted. In the end, if writing didn’t become his main income, it wouldn’t matter, he was passionate enough about it to continue no matter what. After all, living in the fantasy worlds he created was more than enough for him.
Adachi made it to his desk just on time, but running those last few blocks only served to make his mood even sourer. He pulled at the collar of his shirt with a small huff, still thinking about his writing and leaned back in his chair until it touched Urabe’s shoulder, startling him.
He turned around swiftly, blush already rising to his cheeks. “I’m so sorry, Senpai.”
Urabe nodded and waved him off. Then, he cocked his head and looked at Adachi in more detail. “What is going on with you, Adachi? You look tired.”
“I just had trouble sleeping last night, that’s all,” Adachi said with a heavy sigh. He could picture so many things he would rather do than give explanations about his personal life, but he would feel too guilty if he was rude to Urabe when he was only worried about him.
“Hmm, are you sure that’s all?”
“Yes. I’m ok.” He attempted his best smile. “Thank you for asking.”
“Adachi,” Urabe pouted, his brows burrowed into a childish frown, just like every time he would ask Adachi to take on more work, any semblance of concern already gone out the window. “Can you finish this report for tomorrow? The boss is really piling stuff on my shoulders and I already had other plans for today.”
Sometimes Adachi wished he was a bad person, or a bad colleague even, but he couldn’t help taking on the extra work when it was needed, after all, he didn’t have much of a life. He rolled his eyes but nodded. “Yes, of course.”
“Oh, wait. Is your birthday today or tomorrow?”
“Tomorrow.”
“And you’re turning 30, right?”
Adachi nodded once again, hoping to end the conversation as soon as possible; he didn’t want to be reminded of the passage of time or how much he hadn’t achieved by now.
Urabe rolled his chair closer and elbowed him. “Aaah, you sly weasel. Do you have a date?”
“Of course not. I’m just looking forward to getting home and sleeping.” That was literally his birthday plan.
Urabe frowned and gave him a quizzical look. “But you have... ‘dated’ before, right?” He winked.
Adachi shook his head slightly and saw the same look many people gave him, a mix of pity and judgement.
“You should ask one of the girls out. I’ve heard Yui is single and she’s very pretty!”
Adachi slowly turned his chair towards the copy machine and saw Yui across the room. She was, in fact, very pretty, but… she didn’t spark anything in him. She looked like a work of art, pleasant to look at, but not for him. “No, I don’t think that would work.”
“Adachi, if you don’t date someone by the time you turn 30, you will turn into a wizard!” He whispered.
“What? That’s ridiculous!”
“It’s true, you’ll see!”
Adachi rolled his eyes and turned back to his desk, finally starting on the reports needed. The sooner he was done with that, the sooner he could return to his writing.
--
The elevator opened its doors for Adachi and the ding that followed made his muscles relax instantly. Only a few more minutes and he would be up in his flat, taking his shoes off and cooking something quick before sitting down to write. He felt inspired by the beginning of this new story and he wasn’t about to let a bad day at work ruin that for him.
Just as the doors started to close, someone put a bag between them to keep them open. The first thing Adachi saw was a girl with a cute and gentle look, a black wispy fringe framing her face and a sweet smile. She nodded at Adachi and he smiled and nodded back. He wondered if he would ever date a girl like her, if sharing his life with a partner and doing things together would be so different than what he did now. The answer was probably not, since he assumed nobody would be supportive of him working all day and writing all night; if he was honest with himself, he didn’t really have time for a relationship, even if he sometimes yearned for a bit of company - theoretically. Adachi blinked repeatedly, suddenly crashing back into reality when he saw the looming presence of Kurosawa behind her, giving him a weird look he couldn’t quite place as he ushered the girl into the elevator.
Out of sheer awkwardness, Adachi nodded and mumbled a quiet hello at him, looking away as a blush crept onto his cheeks. Was that Kurosawa’s girlfriend? He groaned and let his head fall back against the elevator wall. He’d been caught staring at his neighbour’s girlfriend like a creep. He ventured a sideways glance and realized Kurosawa was still looking at him with a weird expression.
Thankfully, the ride was short and only a minute later, Adachi was home, barely paying any attention to his basic needs as per usual. He made some instant ramen and added a bit of egg to it before eating it mindlessly, daydreaming of his new story and the magic system involved.
Perhaps it was quickly becoming a much more ambitious project than he had anticipated but as long as the writing flowed, everything would be ok. What was supposed to be a long writing session soon turned into an early night after Adachi’s brain decided to shut down mid-sentence, putting him to sleep sitting at his desk, his head hanging down and his spine hunched over.
