So i was a little runt of a teenager who was pretty dead set on the whole christian god. He is the one true god thing even when Apollo showed himself to me multiple times if you know me you know the story lol

So i was being my usual brat of a self and when he appeared again while i was at the park with some friends he said "dont climb that tree, youll fall and hurt yourself" and you wanna know what i did after receiving what i now know was a vision of me doing exactly that?

Oh gosh, this is a good question. Reshi is inspired by, alot. At first she was more of a sona for me when I was younger. She has alot of facets of me in her just cus of how much i wanted her to be this sweet personality, but as she evolved to be her own character I took alot from other people. She’s got alot of my mom in her for that sassy part that she’s unafraid to show, she was inspired by Zelda and Lady Amalthea and it shows in my art style. And she’s honestly a mish mash of personalities and people I know and love! She’s not a sona anymore, however you can see that she still very much means alot haha.

I don't seem to get notifications for comments on my own videos :(  I apologize for the length of this message, but I'm passionate about this topic, and I appreciate your genuine question! After reading it, fel free to let me know if you have any follow-up questions or thoughts. I'm also open to suggestions for content you would watch if I created said content related to mycology (with some cross over into microbiology). 

I suggest, if you haven't already, get yourself a hair-stylist's misting spray bottle for your mycojourney :) I recommend using a misting bottle because pressurized spraying, even with a fine nozzle salon misting bottle, can dislodge spores of contaminant fungi from their microscopic structures. Additionally, water splashing can spread bacteria, which usually requires transfer from the user's skin or falling off the nose, eyebrows, hands, etc., or through water transfer. Some bacteria have flagella and can wiggle around, but not very far on dry surfaces. 

I strongly advise against directly spraying the surface of the mycelial colony or any mycelium. Instead, only mist the sides and underside of the lid when they become dry. This should not happen often if you maintain proper field capacity. In general, direct spraying (and sometimes even just air flow) can cause mycelium to bruise. Bruising isn't necessarily "bad," but if an area of the colony is severely bruised for an extended period, it can hinder the mycelium's metabolism in that specific area and even stall the growth of the entire tub. When you're breaking up grainspawn and mixing it with substrate to "birth" it into a tub (often referred to as S2B), it's important to understand the concept of "field capacity" (FC) in substrates. If you're confident about your FC levels and have control over your spawn, substrate, and other variables, the substrate and colonized spawn/sub mix should maintain humidity within the tub itself without the need to remove any lids or introduce misting. This advice specifically applies if you're using shoeboxes or other plastic tote-tubs, and it requires some adjustments to the methods used when working with an AIO bag.  In the case of an all-in-one (AIO) bag, which will have reduced flush sizes/pin spread by the nature of available surface to do so), you have no way to confirm its sterility or exercise quality control (unless you made the bag yourself). You CAN control contamination at the injection site and in your local environment where you inoculate/inject the AIO bag through its injection port. However, you do not control the sterility of the syringe fluid you are injecting or the cleanliness and correctness of spores or mycelial tissue if using a liquid culture syringe. If you have the opportunity, using LC syringes is much better ( I have more reasons but will refrain cause this comment is already too wordy). Multi spore syringes I consider, very much, chaotic "luck of the draw". The single spores must meet a pair-mate, and their coupling results in the first initial mycelium hyphae that then spreads and colonizes. So, technically, the mycelium 'colony' is an individual organism and the mushrooms are just the final stage of the life cycle of the fungal organism :)  BUT -- Do not be dismayed: AIO bags do work; but I do not use them due to the reasons mentioned above. Worth noting that grain-bags can be useful for those with limited space or time/resource constraints, and some gourmet mushroom species require fruiting from blocks of colonized spawn (not so much with AIO bags). On r/contamfam (where I have the privilege and pleasure of being a member of the mod-team), we have mycopals who have entered our summer full canopy contest with impressive canopies grown on small 4x2 blocks pulled from an AIO bag or similar sizes. However, I strongly encourage all mycopals I advise to work towards doing as much of the hobby themselves as possible. There is a lot of variability in substrates, and you can often find materials at your local farmer's cooperative or grain/feed stores. Additionally, if you're interested in exploring woodlovers, you can often source woodchips from local mills or other available sources.  As I have mentioned before, if you can afford it, I highly recommend transitioning to using shoeboxes. They are 6qt Sterilite tubs designed for long-term sneaker storage. They have a passive FAE (fresh air exchange) at the lid-clasp/handle area, which is sufficient to allow for colonization without losing humidity in a birthed tub. If you use a larger tote, you need to consider passive air flow and potentially drill 2" holes slightly below where the handles are and cover them with a filter patch or lightly stuff them with polyfill to avoid restricting FAE. When your cake is fully colonized, you can "flip the lid" and introduce 12-hour light cycles from the sides of the tub. Alternatively, you can try what I call "shotgun tubs" where you clean another 6qt tub with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, then spray it with preferably filtered or sterile water from the misting bottle and place it on top of the base tub with the lid removed. This allows light to come from above, which I've found helps with pinning formation, spread, and fruit growth direction; while aiding in moisture retention during the primordia formation and pinning initiation phases of the process (moisture is SO important in this hobby. Generally 90% humidity or above within the enclosure at all stages of the process. The more aspects of the process you can handle yourself, the cheaper the hobby becomes, and the easier it is to contain contamination and identify contaminants with greater reliability. I have never attempted a technique where you place a cake above water as it seems problematic and not feasible based on my personal techniques developed over the past few years. From what you mentioned, it seems like placing a colonized cake on moistened vermiculite within a plastic tote a few times larger than the cake itself might be a more appropriate approach for your project. However, don't let me deter you from experimentation! I have no judgments!

18)ToDo list I got it to work but the trade off was all my linux files got deleted,therefore I'm starting over.

the first project is the simple todo list,I wwant to make this one nicer than the first one I did I plan on adding css and java script so it workes the inistal layout I want is a decorated background with a list that takes off taskes that are finished moving said task fromn one side of the list to the other side of the list This issue I;m currently having is an html issue. From doing some projects the issue I have is always a small technincal detail or syntax issues. The more boxes better control so the issue is what technicallity do I need to insure my list transfer infomation as well as takes info in -I have no idea how to get the program to hold onto input value,then display it.Only thing holding me from finishing right now -I think the problem is I didn't add a display box for the code Where I'm at: Have a basic setup for the website -I need my info to be taken in by the display box -then displayed on the website,once task is done it adds itself to the second half of the website 1)header 2)box1 inital info original diplay 3)box2 where finished task lays -I need display boxes javascript not linking to html page,this was the hurdle that has been fucking me over all day. While syntax is correct the program still hasn't worked problem fro the past reoccured asked for permisson for the javascript file,first it said it didn't exist then I needed permission I still can't get that syntax correct for the terminal

6/01 -since I couldn't get the javascript to work and I restarted all the files in my linux folder my next course of action was to delete vs and try my luck with another ide,plans were holted after putting in my javascript in my repl.it finding out my syntax was indeed wrong

So it has been some days of grueling work for me and my father but we are getting closer to finishing up the floors now.

This is the progress from yesterday, we are actually on the last row in the kitchen part but we ran out of floor boards and thus we had to break of for the day.

It is interesting work and I do learn a lot from my father. It is amazing to see experience and knowledge be applied and I am truly greatful for my father.

Yesterday we also had a really beautiful sky, shining golden from the sunset a small raincloud created a truly breathtaking view. Due to the rain you could also glance the rainbow amongst and abouve the treetops.

In the end being in a cabin far(ish) from other people is quiet amazing. Standing outside you are greated by birds and the sound of the wind rusteling the trees.

As promised before I am continouing the journey towards floors. I will soon return with my journey in switching out my beloved CentOS as my daily driver which will be a harsh move for me.

Hermes' Traveling Buddy (Astral)

I listen to the ocean waves, and it feels like it's calling me home it feels like souls are reaching out to me, grasping to me for life. Some days, it feels dry and empty. It turns into a salt flat for miles before it reaches the sea again, but when the tide rises, the lands flood, and a vast salty ocean grows.

Moonflowers love this landscape, the air is fresh and salty, the landscape is lush, and the stars are clear. Im not sure what this is where it is...but ive seen Hermes walk the beach. He took me here, i think. I've wandered further and found ruins of a temple of his he visits some times. There's a ruined shrine to him. i find him sitting by talking to someone who used to worship there

Theres something about this water, theres people in it, i can feel them, i know what life feels like, this is it...living water

The stars have formed together, they move in unsettling patterns, and once familiar constellations now mean nothing. A shape forms in the sky, a titan, eyes pure white silouhette growing darker and darker, a grin spreads across his expanse showcasing a mouth and teeth within the very sky itself.

Its a terrifying sight.

I remember being swept off my feet, i remember gripping on tight and watching this world fade away for what i feel may be the last time as Hermes pulls me out of that place through a nauseating trip through some sort of gateway he was able to store in a coin.

I felt dizzy i couldnt feel him anymore i had just slipped away, drifting into a state of pure blank emptiness. Then i hit the ground hard, and i felt the sun setting on my face, i got off of the dusty brick red floor and looked outside, i hear life, people, chatter...a door creeks and he pulls me inside with a grin, he looks like a short rowdy child but his eyes are unmistakeable, and his grin stays the same. Always.

Im pulled along on another one of his schemes and i have to admit i missed this i missed feeling this way, not sure what it is other than a lot of love.

Music plays from street preformers, he shows me firedancers and various shimmering shops full of twinkling trinkets.

The people seem to be very realistic. They dont feel like spirits they feel like memories of people. Real living actual people. It felt good to be surrounded by soul and to be gripping his hand tight as he bolted through the crowded curving streets of wherever we ended up this time
