i just woke up. from a dream where i was sitting on a bed surrounded by various kinds of frogs and toads. TAKE ME BACK

It took me about 6 months to finish this piece but at the end im very proud of my first attempt at large scale embroidery.

It's funny how I'm such an inherently pessimistic person but silly little things still bring me insane amounts of joy.

I went to buy groceries at my local Asian market where they also sell miscellaneous items, you never know what they have in stock so it's nice to just look around for a bit. This time I was presented with a box full of ceramic frogs, locked away in a display cabinet.

The lady behind the register saw me staring at the frogs and asked if I would like to see them. Absolutely yes I would, please show me the mysterious miniature frogs ma'am. She opened the case and handed me one, I asked what they were for.

Apparently you're supposed to put the tiny frog in your wallet and it will bring back the money you spend. It makes me go ":)" every time I see it.

Halloween Dream 🐸

Theme a little outdated but here we go...

I found this old drawing I made a long time ago. It was inspired from a dream I had, I was wearing my plague doctor costume and I was walking around with someone else I called girlfriend (I'm an aro ace woman) dressed with a modern plague doctor suit. Then during the dream we found a frog, we picked it up and that's all I remember from it.

Best dream ever.
