♟╠Dancing with my demons

               Journal Entry 

It had been a month since he last patrolled the streets of LA in search of his next victim. The voices in his head maintained their physical presence constantly known by whispering ideas in his ear. The friends from the other side wanted blood and they wanted nothing more then to get some sort of sacrifice. Even so, the young man couldn’t bring himself to give into their dark obligation.

October was always a difficult month for him to swallow. Memories of that night played over and over in the form of the nightmares that kept him up in the ominous twilight. As much as he desire to be the monster his friends aspire him to be,there was still a bit of light that retained its placed in the bottom of his heart.

So instead, he locked himself away. Barricading himself from the mortals that strolled the streets. He wished his life were simpler. That he could just do what they asked of him. That he could have just completed that night and killed the woman that had brought all this corruption into his life. The internal battle between what was good and evil left him yearning for it to be all over.

As he watched from the window the countless smiling faces that walked by and wondered what his life would have been.

Ya dont need them          Thy will get their end, ya just wait and see.

“Shut up” He spoke while closing the window blinds. 

“Just leave me alone!” The young man begged as he covered his ears with his hands.

We’ll never leave ya Facilier.            There is no point in shutting us out.

“Not now..” Facilier whispered in a defeated tone as he set on cold wooden floor of the of his empty apartment anxiously waiting for eternal silence.
