Me when I explain how in French we turn words around, like lourd => relou, so they're the same word but also you can't actually use them the exact same way, like lourd can mean literally 'heavy' but also like annoying, and relou can never be used in the literal way

However ouf and fou are more accurate although not perfect synonyms, and femme and meuf are exact synonyms just informal vs standard language
