Sorry for my English, generally I just read and don't write in English. It could seem crazy but I make horrible spelling mistakes sometimes..

These days I'm obsessed with LOTR and the Hobbit...

So obsessed that I sent a survey to some of my friends and asked them what creature they would be if they would ever suddenly woke up in Middle Earth. I imagined our group as a mix of creatures, but those lazy people selected "wizard" because they had no idea what the other characters were like!

THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A GOOD RESULT!

Shilla (me)= I am an elf blessed to be blind. (I have glasses that are bottle bottoms, I can't see anything even with them on.) I was the messenger between Mirkwood and Rivendell before I was blinded by the orcs. Given my inability to return, I remained in Rivendell with Thranduil's approval. After years of depression I returned to have some life after Elrond started sending me around the castle accompanied by a new messenger to help me get my life back. I will meet Amber, Frasy and Dan in Rivendell at a welcoming party for them and Gandalf. At the beginning I find the two Hobbits very annoying, as their stay goes on I grow fond of them. Probably someone, one day, find a cure for my blindness

Amber= She is a Hobbit. No one can deny that. She is short and she moves silently, plus she has a quantity of joy equal to Pippin and Merry. Gandalf's friend (she started smoking a pipe once she got to know the wizard) lives in a small house with her older sister and does nothing but complain about not being courted by the other Hobbits. Her sister, one day in the throes of a nervous breakdown, begs Gandalf to take her around and not let her return to the Shire until she has found a husband. Ambra is happy to travel with the magician, she can smoke all the pipes she wants. He finds Dan very annoying because yes. Not everyone likes her, although she might even make friends with orcs. At the beginning of the journey he had short hair, which he colored with pastes made from mixtures of herbs, spices and various plants, so that his hair was always red or black. She hates her natural hair colour so much so that she even dyes the hair on her feet.

Frasy= She is also a Hobbit. Ambra 's neighbor, they have known each other since they were little. She is much courted, but rejects everyone. Let's say she's not interested in Hobbits... she likes men taller than her. In the Shire she is known as the gossip girl who knows everything about everyone, she knows that but she doesn't stop herself from knowing as many things as possible. When Amber leaves with Gandalf, she chases the two and hides in the wagon in which the gray wizard arrives. She remained hidden for two days before they noticed her. The gray wizard gave her an hours-long lecture and was on the verge of returning to the Shire and leaving her safe. But he couldn't say no to the sweet eyes of the devil dressed as a lamb. Every time the two Hobbits get up to something, he thinks his end is near at any moment by the time they run him out (they outrun Pippin and Merry)

Rebecca= She is a magician. She worked alongside the Blue wizard, Pallando, Before he began traveling around Middle-earth to heal those in need in exchange for food and shelter. She was ninety-five years old when Erebor was taken from the Dwarves. During his travels he had the opportunity to meet Ross, a very nice dwarf, separated from his family while they went to the Blue Mountains. Given Ross's insensitivity (he can be very mean) and her intelligence, he makes sure that her appearance is not that of an old woman, but of a woman in her thirties.

Ross= dwarf, with a not very well-groomed beard and braids scattered randomly in his brown hair. While traveling to the Blue Mountains (he was three years old) he wandered away from the group and failed to go back further. Once Rebecca took him under her wing and saved him from some Trolls, he never left her side again. He cannot speak the dwarven language or even a little Elvish. He limits himself to speaking English with the various humans he meets during his travels. He realized he had done something wrong with Rebecca when he saw her using a spell to make her look young. He is afraid to talk to women. He has never wondered what happened to his parents. He will meet Gandalf with the two Hobbits with him. He will become Frasy 's best friend, regaining his confidence in speaking to a woman.

Dan= he is a half-magician. He was also studying with Pallando, but the old Blue wizard no longer wanted him as an apprentice. Returning to his village, he began to self-taught. He can only make healing potions, talk to animals and briefly see into the near future (about two hours) Despite this, he leaves (he didn't want to join the royal army) and then rushes back because he forgot the soaps that his grandmother gave him for his birthday.Even though it doesn't seem like it, he is very cultured, so much so that when he meets (yes we will all meet here) Ross will scold him (he is stronger than him) for how he takes care of his beard and He will instruct him step by step in dwarven culture and teach him to speak Khuzdul. But Dan has no patience, he won't even teach him how to write it.

Rora= Small and strong human. She has a brother who is part of the royal guard and she just wants to follow in his footsteps. They don't accept women in the army. BUT DON'T GET DOWN, RORA! Of course you disobey your parents and you find yourself in Rivendell. Because of his physical strength (despite her average height) Some handmaids mistook her for a man and one of them fainted from shock when Rora began to speak asking for hospitality. From that day on, that handmaid understood that she likes women. Elrond thinks Rora is nice and although he gets irritated because she can't read a normal book aloud, He sees that she is very good during sparring sessions with the other elves.

L'altro giorno sono caduta come una scema e mi sono sbucciata un ginocchio. Da piccola ero un tornado, e mi succedeva con una frequenza veramente imbarazzante. Mi sono resta conto che era davvero tantissimo tempo che non cadevo. È stata una sensazione strana. Ci sono dei momenti in cui ti trovi a fare delle cose e a un certo punto ti rendi conto di essere diventata grande senza neanche accorgertene troppo. Fare la lavatrice, prelevare i soldi in banca, viaggiare da sola. Ecco, cadere - o meglio, realizzare da quanto tempo non cadessi - è stato un momento simile, per me. Mi è venuta voglia di rileggere il Signore degli Anelli, perché qualche anno fa, quando cadevo - fisicamente o emotivamente - era là che trovavo la cura.
