Christmas is fast-approaching! Due to our busy schedule, we usually tend to forget the significance of this very special day. We are too preoccupied of the things that don't really matter, like having new clothes and shoes and be able to buy lots of gifts for our families and friends. But what we don't put in mind is that this Season is not about the above mentioned, this is for Jesus.

Did you know that the most powerful word is the "Yes" of Mother Mary? If not for her obedience, we will not be saved. And also, a big thanks to the three Magi or the three wise men. If they informed King Herod on the whereabouts of baby Jesus, he would have been killed. Instead, they offered Him myrrh, gold and frankicense. These gifts symbolize everlasting power, love, and humility of the One who Saves - Jesus.

So this Season of love and gratefulness to the Saviour, let us always keep in mind to always thank the Lord for everything. To Mother Mary for her response, and to the three wise men for not going back to King Herod.

A Solitary Lughnasadh (Lammas) Celebration!

Hello again, sisters! As the sun’s shine fades and the days go shorter, the time has come to celebrate the beginning of the harvest season: Lunghasadh. Otherwise called Lammas, this pagan holiday commemorates the sun, the corn and the prosperity of the Earth. Like any other holiday, it is best celebrated with friends, family or a coven. But for all the broom-closeted witches out there, here are some ideas to celebrate Lammas alone or discreetly.

1: Make your own celebratory bread

2: Make a Sun King anointing oil

3: Have a picnic outside

4: Learn to weave or knit

5: Take a walk in a field

6: Have a corn roast, or a dinner outside

7: Burn Frankicense or Sandelwood incenses around the house

8: Hang summer flowers, corn dolls, sunflowers and cornucopia on doors, or in your room

9: Burn weat during your rituals

10: Drink blackberry wine, or another dark fruity beverage

11: Have yourself a nice slice of pie

12: Make a weat and oak wreath

A Resting Place

I bought this box on Etsy and used it for an idea I saw here on tumblr for it (I reblog the original post of the person who made it awhile ago). I made a salt dough poppet mixed with rosemary, lavender, and frankicense oil. Then I used obsidian chips, angelica, pink salt, cypress oil, and nightshade to represent peace, death, and eternal rest. Then i charged it with candles and crystals to cast its purpose. Then lastly I filled it with offerings of rose petals and chrysthamums. I'm so excited to use this tonight! I plan on lighting a candle in the window to guide any spirits who are looking for a place to rest.

I didnt use any of my graveyard dirt since that came from an ancestors grave and i didnt want any spirits ti think they couldn't stay.
