I really didn't explore a lot around the Derelicts when I was going through ShB, so I found this little ship graveyard for the first time the other day. I'm obsessed.

Aeryn experienced an inexplicable elation, albeit briefly, while aboard the Misery in StB, but I haven't quite worked out how she might have felt about stepping aboard a ruined ship being stripped for parts... or whether or not she perhaps had any flashes of memory when she did.

Shanks was 100% one of those adults that let kids try alcohol when they were young. Ya know little six year old Luffy kept seeing them drink and wanted to try some because that’s what pirates drink.he knows there are rules about it by pirates don’t listen to rules!! And to the entire crew and even Makino’s surprise, Shanks agrees. Poor Luffy a shot glass of rum and he drinks it. Before immediately coughing gagging and spitting it up. The crew laughs their ass off as Luffy asks why on earth anyone drinks it and Makino wasn’t too thrilled to see he actually gave Luffy liquor

But the funny thing is? Luffy never asked again. He never sought it out when he got older. If anything, especially after the sake cups. Luffy probably confidently says he doesn’t even like alcohol and while doesn’t mind being around it rarely drinks himself even at parties.

Look I like Roger enough, I understand what he represents and I generally don’t think he was a bad dude. I do however think he was shit at interpersonal relationships because, what the fuck. Whitebeards crew is infinitely more well adjusted and I’d say he arguably had the more traumatic death.

Like what even, what kind of planning leads a 53 year old man to sire a child knowing he is dying of an incurable illness and is about to turn himself in to be excuted by the marines where he will cause so much chaos it is literally still turning the world on its head 22 years later. He knew he was going to cause so much of a stir that he literally disbanded his crew and told them to spread far and wide to keep them safe. Because he knew the marines would hunt them far and wide But yet he still brought a baby into the world. Babe. What the fuck? What even is that? What was the thought process. I sincerely hope it was an accident and not a deliberate attempt to bring about a new era.

Because if so babe I need to see the recipe or I’m afraid we can never let you cook again

keyleth as a jedi padawan that survived order 66. her people (the ashari) live on a hidden planet and have spent years staying out of galactic conflict and she refuses to return home out of fear she'll lead the empire to them

percy as the son of a (former) imperial senator—his family got collectively executed for helping the rebellion and now he's on the run. he's also picked up a sith artifact along the way, i hope it's not filling his head with evil voices or anything

DATV question

I was doing Taash's outing quest and my warrior lord of fortune Rook made a comment about being a Galley Slave in Tevinter before being brought into the Lords. This is not brought up anywhere else so far that I can find, EXCEPT maybe at the start of the game, where when I interacted with the combat manual in rook's room I chose an option that made them say they got kitchen duty a lot because they didnt study often.

Anyone else get any out of left field background tidbits?
