Oh yes!! They're a couple! You heard what VAs said on EAPS yesterday right 👁️

Their story starts very similar to SAMS Sun and Moon: first they shared a body, then got separated, Moon left his kc in Sun, then Eclipse happened and after dealing with him they realized their feeling for each other and started dating. They never considered each other brothers, just being friends and colleagues

These Sun and Moon don't have a show and they don't work at the Fazbear's. Instead, they were created for a regular kindergarten and they're actually pretty happy with their job. Of course, Moon is still very interested in inventing but he is not as ambitious as SAMS Moon and prefers creating simple things that can be used in everyday life. As for Sun, working with kids is his passion. He is more patient and less anxious than his SAMS self. Which makes sense because they don't have any life-threatening situations going on every month xd

Besides Sun and Moon there are also Eclipse, Lunar and Earth but I will tell about them later if I get the chance

And there’s actually a reason why their designs look so similar to how I draw og Sun and Moon and it can be explained by plot that only exists in my head

I disagree wholeheartedly with the concept of that we are subservient to our government. And when we were living more by the principles of the founding, which is to say no taxation without representation. As well as a government truly by the people and not by bureaucrats, there was no servitude. There was a system in which people were all expected to play their own parts within the framework of which the system exists.

Which at the time, if you really wanted to buy a farm build a house on it and then live their peacefully away from others you could do it. It wasn't until the advent of property taxes and the IRS and the Federal reserve that we started to see a slow creep into basically being told if we don't give the government money at all times we would be "dealt with". So my issue with using the word servitude, is that I don't serve the government. And while certainly they can use force to oppose me, I have many other ways in which I can opt out of their system. Travel being one of them. Because if I wanted to go to a state where there's more forest than anything else go find a plot put together some archaic form of hut and harvest fish and fruits for food, realistically I can do it. What I want to do it? Probably not.

But I could.

And just like our slow erosion into our rights I don't think cultural anarchy could work. Mostly because there are far too many people who crave resources, power, and conquest who would never abide by a non-aggression principle. Because let's assume for even a second that the Islamic world, or foreign powers were never going to invade us if we went straight anarchy. We would then have to deal with a population of individuals within the United States who would not give up their thirst for power. And non-aggression principle does not exist in a world where others would see you put down. Because there's a problem. You say that NAP No longer protects you if you don't abide by it. But you forgot an option to respond to that. Even if it no longer protects them, if they protect themselves with groups of people they don't get dealt with. You do. We all do. And it's exactly how warlords come to be. Governments always exist because structural systems where rules are enforced by force will always exist and can't not.

I truly just believe that the best way forward for society is moving things back towards the constitutional republic the way they used to be. Which includes getting rid of property tax. Because once property taxes are rid of, you're not mandated to have an income to pay to the IRS because that comes from you having a job. If your job is literally growing fruits and vegetables and animals on your farm, and you don't really do much commerce at all, that tax rate effectively doesn't exist for you. And if you wanted to you could realistically just barter and trade things to others who live around you with no documented cases of selling things.

Which I firmly believe is a better system to get back to.

I firmly believe that 90% of anarchists want to rape and murder with no consequence/want to become a warlord, 5% just hate the government, and 5% are ignorant in general and are upset that people are allowed to tell them no.

You can pretend the "idea" of anarchy or practice of it is "non violent", but much like Communists it's a utopian idea that's not real. All you're arguing for is a world with much smaller warring territories and much more brutal behavior than currently exists....... On a much bigger scale.

I’ve seen a few posts about people’s interpretation of what Astarion’s past before being turned looked like, since the game doesn’t give us a whole lot to work with. I thought I would post some of my headcanons/my interpretation of how Astarion’s life before Cazador was. Keep in mind I haven’t finished a full playthrough yet, but I have seen quite a few videos on YouTube of different Astarion scenes I have yet to reach myself. That being said, take this information as you will. And I don’t want to invalidate anyone else’s headcanons. Everyone plays the game differently and thus everyone interprets it differently. This is my personal interpretation.

The only thing we know for certain is that he was a magistrate in Baldur’s Gate and was turned into a vampire when some Gur attacked him, angry about a ruling he’d made. I personally don’t think he was a corrupt magistrate. I don’t think he was an angel either though. He was pretty young for an elf and also not the age I think of when I think “magistrate”. I think he was pretty new, like only a few years in and he was still figuring out life and what he wanted for himself. He was still figuring out what he believed in and his morals and I feel like that would bleed into his work as a magistrate.

I think Cazador had been plotting to capture him for a while. He seems to have had a type when it came to who he chose to be his spawn and I think he saw Astarion, a young, successful, attractive young man and wanted him for himself. It’s interesting to me that he was right there when Astarion was on his death bed and I don’t think that was a coincidence. I think the Gur attack was a set up and they claimed it was because they were upset about a ruling when in reality Cazador had paid them to do it.

I also believe Cazador had everyone believing he was dead. He claimed that Astarion was killed by some Gur that were angry about a ruling and even got a coffin and a gravestone to prove his point. That’s why nobody ever came looking for him. They saw him “get buried”. I also think Cazador would’ve claimed that his body was so dismembered and in rough shape so that the funeral would be closed casket and nobody would question that.

He does have parents who genuinely love and care about him. They named him “little star” because he was their shining star. They thought he died so they haven’t looked for him, genuinely believing that he had passed. They don’t live in Baldur’s Gate, thus they don’t get around to his grave often, unless they’re in Baldur’s Gate for some reason or the other and they rarely go for lack of a reason to. (I’m adding this to my fanfiction, where they visit his grave and see the date has been written on it and suddenly realize he’s alive and start looking for him). They’re still alive during the events of the game because they’re both elves and elves can live for a long time. They also never saw or recognized him for the same reason his grave was unkempt (they almost never went to Baldur’s Gate). His parents are really the only people from his past who care enough about him to visit his grave.

He was raised in the same city his parents live in (don’t know enough about Forgotten Realms lore to say which city so I’m open to suggestions). He had dreams of becoming a politician and went off to Baldur’s Gate when he was old enough to fulfill that dream. He studied law in school for a few years and got the job right after he finished his education thanks to some connections he made during his time at school.

I have a headcanon where I don’t think he had any lovers before. He was too focused on his career to really get serious with anyone. He had some flings with some people but it was never anything more than that. He experimented with his sexuality (hence the flings) for a while because he was still trying to figure out who he was but nothing ever came of it.

I’ve also seen people question why he’s so ripped when he spent 200 years being starved by Cazador but you have to remember he’s undead. His body is the exact same way it looked when he was “killed”, except he got fangs and red eyes. His body is basically frozen in time. He doesn’t age at all. Plus, I’ve read that undead, specifically vampires, will still have the same personality they did before they were turned. I think Astarion genuinely cared about how he looked and took great care of his body, including exercising and maintaining his physique.

He doesn’t remember any of his past life because he repressed his memories as a survival mechanism. It made him incredibly sad to think about what he’d lost. Some of the other spawn remember their past life but Astarion chose to focus his mental energy on surviving rather than reminiscing. The reason he remembers the Gur attack is because that’s what got him in this situation in the first place.

All of these headcanons will be a part of my fanfictions. No one has to agree on anything, this is just my personal interpretation since the game doesn’t give us much to work with. Feel free to share any thoughts you may have.

he is a twin, born february 24th, 2002. accidental babies!

their parents knew they would not be good parents at the time so they left the boys in the care of their paternal grandparents while they continued to travel and live out of their car

the boys' grandparents wanted their son to be a star musician and that did not happen so they set their sights on the twins next with the intention of molding them into classical music superstars or at least one of them had to succeed right

jiyul ended up being the "successful" one. his brother fought with them all the time and come middle school their parents offered to homeschool the boys and have them travel with them if they wanted

grandparents were not so willing to release jiyul from their clutches and jiyul loved them and didn't want to upset them so he stayed with them. his brother went with their parents

jiyul really should've just left and he regrets this now LMAO

because his grandparents were very strict and harsh and placed an immense amount of pressure on him. raised an anxious lil perfectionist but he sure was (still is) good at classical string instruments!

harp became his instrument of choice and grandma and grandpa were like. what the hell sure

high school comes and jiyul starts getting debilitating migraines

grandparents basically tell him to suck it up and go to school anyway and naturally they just get worse and he starts throwing up and passing out and can't even see sometimes

ultimately it is his school who contacts his parents bc his grandparents won't do shit and they're like what the fuck. and come to get him and take care of him asap, thank god

this naturally happened to be during college entrance exams and jiyul was like convinced he was dying

to jiyul's shock his parents do NOT force him to go to uni and instead suggest he travel with them and see if some doctors could figure out what was going on and generally focus on Healing

so he does that for a year and ultimately the only answer they get is that the migraines are stress related. there's gotta be some truth to that because as soon as he's away from his grandparents the migraines aren't nearly as bad anymore! who knew

he does end up going to uni after he thinks he has the migraines under control, and here's where yeonhwa (FINALLY...) comes in woohoo!!

he is a really good student and ultimately really successful and as long as he manages his stress he's okay BUT he is always a bit terrified the migraines will come back and ruin his life again

he is just naturally a bit anxious and timid. very shy and quiet. very much hides behind his instruments and feels most comfortable there

howeverrr his parents did encourage him to join clubs so he could make some friends, so he's in polaris, music, art and photography clubs! he's just a creative guy in general but he's definitely better at music than art

he also has a part time job at a music store! think instruments and sheet music and equipment

he isn't totally sure he's on the right path, and if this is HIS path or someone else's, but he's just gonna keep walking and see where he ends up...

angsty thoughts for the morning

911 constantly puts characters through the ringer and they still always come back to do the job that they love, the job that they're meant to do, born to do

and it makes sense that the main characters always come back, it's a procedural

but it would be interesting if a character just couldn't bounce back? maybe not with a main character but with a recurring one

like what is life like for a firefighter after they can no longer do the job that they dedicated their life to?

OK so I'm not a truther (and I don't usually interact with the fandom because all of this is 'for fun' for me) and I love Rook (a lot) but I have been noodling over the proposed Inquisitor coming back as the protag in da4. (I'm not serious about it but I can imagine it happening in a humorous almost Varric-like way of 'I just keep getting sucked into this shit'.) I have a couple different mental takes on it. I imagine my Dorian romanced Quizzy would probably already be in Tevinter helping with the Shadow Dragons and just kinda 'falls' back into the roll when trouble comes knocking. I could perhaps see my Iron Bull (or a Sera) romanced Quizzy taking a job with the lords of fortune and once again just kinda getting sucked into the plot. I could see my Blackwall romanced Quizzy working with the wardens and trying desperately to both spend time with Blackwall and hunt for an end to the blight before losing their love. For my Cassandra romanced mage (ironically a necromancer) I could see them returning to Nevarra and perhaps becoming embroiled in Mourn watch stuff which, of course, puts them on the path for the solas Shenanigans. I suppose if a character was just Dalish (perhaps lost their clan) I could see them trying to find a clan and ending up with the veil jumpers considering all of their knowledge which would led a way for them to fall into the plot as well. All that being said, hear me out, but I think it would have been heckin interesting to have the da4 protagonist be Hawke. Aside from a stronger connection to Varric than what Rook had (yes I know that they've been traveling together for a year but it just... didn't feel like there was enough attachment to him with my Rook--- that's a me thing though.) I think there was some real potential interesting plot stuff that could have happened if it was Hawke. Like oooo think about if they'd let you import and depending on your past choice meant you played either 'normal' Hawke or 'Veil' Hawke? Honestly there are so many delightful ways for a character to fall into it even if they aren't romanced to Solas. <3 though I do really like the idea of them simply retiring and having some peace. (Honestly the Warden, Hawke, and the Inquisitor deserve a little break after all they had to put up with and I love delving into a new character so I'm perfectly happy with Rook.)

Can someone who is a "the inquisitor shouldve been the da4 protagonist" truther please explain to me without mentioning solavellan at all and also considering the multiple canonical endings where the inquisitor is retired and chilling with their LI why you think the inquisitor should've been the protagonist of da4? Like please explain to me a serial josiemancer and anti solavellan why my inquisitor lavellan should be half-assed to leave the Montilyet Estate in Antiva City and go chase after a guy that she found so off-putting that she knocked his jaw 10 years ago and clearly doesnt want to see him.

I think mission Impossible I is absolutely fun and thrilling and funky but also as a hook it may not have the team banter later films have and also the stunts and effects that make the mi films so appealing to people. Mi2 is again, I think, a great film but very stylised which is fun but fairly divorced from a lot of the franchise in terms of a representation of the films. Mi3 is my favourite film but it's also very tense and quite sad and very full on lmao so mi4 and 5 and 6 might have more balance humour/action/character/plot wise that would be fun in a casual one off way.

The problem from mi3 onwards is that now Julia is haunting the narrative so as a one off, you'd think mi4+5+6 are all options. HOWEVER mi4 directly relates to ethans alive dead wife and her schrodingers personhood. And mi6 ofc ethan is haunted by the ghost of [Julia made] (cue lord huron) and it would ultimately, in my opinion, be pointless to show someone fallout without making them watch at least mi3 first, otherwise you don't get the full punch of ethans tortured turn and 'Julia?', despite it being a very fun film which would in most other ways be a great one off.

Dead reckoning seems too much like the culmination of the franchise, because it's supposed to be, and I wouldn't pick it as a one off because most of the other mi films would do a better job (also it's personally my least favourite film anyway so I don't think it showcases the best of mi). And final reckoning, despite being tense and fun and bonkers, is a part 2 and therefore disqualified for me as a one off showing due to that. Insane to start at the end.

That does leave rogue nation, which is winning the poll, and I can see why. It doesn't require mi3 knowledge, it would benefit from ghost protocol knowledge but you can follow along. It's very funny and has some great scenes and stunts and introduces ilsa beloved who's great, and it's more modern than the older ones which doesn't change much for me but I know some people prefer a more modern action spy film.

Ultimately it doesn't matter ofc and there's the potential for fun whichever you pick and depends what you enjoy but rogue nation does seem a good all rounder

Okay, if you were to show someone ONE mission Impossible film, they've never seen one before and might not watch more than one so picking mission Impossible 1996 solely in preparation for watching the whole series is unnecessary. This is super random, but I've recently been watching more German movies (I really enjoyed the performances of some Downfall actors and wanted to see some of their other works), and like what the hell is it with 2000s German movies that there's way too often one entirely random scene with someone having their bare ass out😭😂

Of course it doesn't happen in every movie but still often enough that it's somehow noticeable? I'm not sure if it's more of a time or a country dependent thing, but at least in my perception I just don't feel like this occurs as often in more recent movies and series especially in those from the US (like, I feel I'd have noticed if it did because I'd probably be lowkey annoyed by it😂)

it introduces you to kim who is this ideal of the Brother in Arms - you meet him and you know. he'd lay it all down for you.

you then proceed to realize this is a kim thing, not a cop thing, despite the skill that informs you about it being The Cop Camaraderie skill

the rest of the cops are not just unhelpful, they're cruel. they're a boys' club of toxic masculinity, homophobia and joking about how they abuse their power, like when jean stole mustard from a homeless man. if harry begs them for help, the greatest kindness the operator can do for him is pretend he didn't hear and cut the connection to save harry's pride. the more you put into this skill, the more the rancid underbelly of policing and policemen as individuals in this system comes to light.

and that's before we get into the plot-relevant stuff, how martinaise was abandoned by jean and co because jean was too damn busy trying to make a point to harry than do his fucking job.

then there's the bond between the paramilitary squad. unlike the cops, they're tight, a family to each other, and it makes them completely immune to reason the moment the Head of their hierarchy gets murdered. and this head of theirs, the most rational, most charismatic of them all, their leader, still was a monster who, for His Men and their Morale, saw kidnapping some poor girl and offering her like a human sacrifice to the pit of animals that was his squadron as a Rational course of action.

maybe there's love there, in a way, but it's the kind of love that wholly depends on seeing your circle as the only people deserving of life, and the rest of the world as insects.

and i think abt how so many other stories that try to be cop or military critical still fall into that trap of believing that the people in these environs are a Family doing their Best, that they got each others back and thats all that they need to get through this!(whatever plot event is happening)

and not that its like. a cesspool of keeping each other in Check or maintaining that Family only by Othering the rest of the world

୨ৎ Sevika on Shimmer, who usually refuses to set foot into the brothel under the influence of its effects

୨ৎ She doesn’t typically let work get personal, but when she’d heard from a few of Babette’s girls that this chem-baron tended to get a bit too rough with them, it was hard not to let anger fuel the job more than she typically would

୨ৎ And as soon as he’s been taken care of, she makes her rounds, peeking her head into every open door to ensure that everyone’s okay

୨ৎ When she makes it to you, she releases a breath she didn’t know she was holding upon finding you arranging pillows on the velvet couch, unassuming as ever

୨ৎ “Hey, doll,” she sighs. “You okay in here?”

୨ৎ You’re calling her name in excitement before you can help it, head whipping around to look at her; and when you do, you find her in a state you’ve never seen; only heard of 

୨ৎ Her copper arm hums with energy, working hard to circulate the unmistakable glow of shimmer through its workings and into her bloodstream

୨ৎ Her scar glows with the same hue, glittering like hot coals of magenta

୨ৎ And her eyes; lilac pulses in their irises, her gaze even more alluring now than it usually is

୨ৎ  You don’t realize your own eyes have gone wide until she breaks the silence with a voice raspy from exertion 

୨ৎ “I know,” she begins, almost apologetically, “I don’t normally let folks see me like this unless they’re about to get their shit rocked-”

୨ৎ “It’s okay,” you quickly interrupt, shaking your head. “I mean, I’m not scared, if that’s what you’re getting at.”

୨ৎ She nods tentatively 

୨ৎ “Okay… and you’re alright?”

୨ৎ “I’m just fine, Vika. Come, sit,”

୨ৎ And when you take a step forward, she takes one back

୨ৎ “Listen… I can’t ask you for anything tonight. Not when I’m still riled up.”

୨ৎ You don’t take another step forward, but your eyes stay locked onto hers, your voice steady

୨ৎ “Do you want something?” 

୨ৎ She scoffs, dark lips stretching up into a wicked grin

୨ৎ “Baby, it’s you. Of course I do, but I don’t wanna hurt ya.” 

୨ৎ She doesn’t miss the way your lips quirk up into a smirk of their own

୨ৎ “Three months of comin’ to see me… and you haven't figured out that I like a little pain?”

୨ৎ Her face falls- morphs into something serious, something dangerous- and she raises her brows in a silent inquiry:

୨ৎ ‘You sure you know what you’re asking for?’

୨ৎ The cock of your own brow in return says:

୨ৎ ‘You have no idea.’

୨ৎ Eventually, she starts showing up with an extra cartridge of shimmer, loving the way you go dumb for her when she triggers it and fucks you into tomorrow

୨ৎ It takes her a while to get comfortable with being as rough as you want her to be, not because she doesn’t want to, but because the last thing she wants is to hurt you in a way that suddenly isn’t fun anymore

୨ৎ But, just as always, you’re more than patient, and make her feel more than safe to explore this new facet of her time spent with you

୨ৎ She’ll bite down, and you say harder, she’ll pull your hair, and you say rougher, she fucks you deep, and you say deeper; until she knows just how limp you really want to be by the end of the night

୨ৎ And she has to admit; it’s nice

୨ৎ She’s usually already pent up from the bullshit of her day’s work when she comes to see you, but when she’s pent up and wired off the purple substance flooding her system?

୨ৎ But, damn… quite frankly, you give her a run for her money, and that isn’t easy to do

୨ৎ By the time she’s done with you, you’re littered in bite marks and bruises, legs trembling and face tear-stained

୨ৎ She finds that aftercare with you makes the come down off of shimmer so much easier to handle, too; that pressing kisses to every mark she’s made and whispering praises in your ear as she wipes away at your shuddering form helps ground her just as much

୨ৎ And then, she sleeps like a Gods-damned baby

୨ৎ She never falls asleep at the brothel; or so she thought, but here she is, being woken up by an angel in pink lingerie letting her know that it’s closing time

୨ৎ Of course, she flips out when you tell her she’s been asleep for hours, but you refuse to wake her up and kick her out, caring more that she catches up on the sleep you know she’s not getting than the money you could've made in those hours

୨ৎ But, it’s not like the money matters; she pays double for you, now

I think that one thing people fail to understand is that unsolicited literary criticism coming from an online stranger who is reading with no knowledge of what the authors intended goal is, is not going to be received the same as say: the authors beta reader or friends who know what the authors intended goal and has the sufficient knowledge and input to help the author reach that desired outcome.

"But I'm only trying to be helpful" How do I know you have the knowledge and literary skill for you to be able to actaully do that when we don't know each other and you are essentially a stranger to me? Are you applying this criticism based out of personal biased experience and desire to see the story or characterization be driven in another direction or tweaked, or do you know the author's intentions for the character? If the story is incomplete, are you basing your criticism of a character on the incomplete narration with only partial information available of them or are you building up a report until the story's completion? Did the author provide you with the information needed to make a fully informed criticism?

Have you discussed with the author what their plans are or are you assuming them based off the narration, especially if the narration is proven or implied to be unreliable or missing key points of the plot? Are you unbiased enough to help them reach their desired outcome for the characters and story regardless of your personal feelings towards the characters/antagonists and setting? Can you handle being told your specific input isn't wanted because you're a reader and/or have no written anything relating to their genre or topic? Do you understand and respect that the author's personal experiences might influence their writing and make it different than how you would have done it personally? Do you understand if an author only wants input from a specific demographic relating to their story?

If it's for fanfiction or other hobby media, are you holding a free hobby to a professional standard? Are you trying to give criticism because you feel like the author has produced 'subpar job performance' of their fic? Are you viewing their work as a personal intimate outlet or something that must conform with mass media? Are you applying rules and guidelines when the fic is shared for simple sharing sake? Is your criticism worded appropriately and focused on the parts where the author has requested input on rather than a general dismissal and or disapproval?

Have you put yourself in a place where you assumed you have the input needed for the story to evolve better, or have you asked what the author needs and what they're having trouble with? Can you handle having your criticism rejected if the author decides their story doesn't need the change and not take it as a personal offense against your character? Are you crossing that boundary because you think you are doing the author a favor? Are you trying to be helpful, or do you just want to be?

I think sometimes when people hear authors go 'please don't give me unsolicited writing advice or criticism' they automatically chalk it up to 'this author doesn't want ANY constructive feedback on their stuff at all' and not "i already have trusted individuals who will help me with my writing goals and- hey i don't know you like that, please stop acting so overly familiar with me'

Dick Grayson (Nightwing)

Jason Todd (Red Hood)

Secret Stares: Jason tries to play it cool, but he often gets caught sneaking glances at you when he thinks you’re not looking. His friends are quick to tease him about it. “Dude, you’re not even trying to hide it!” they’ll laugh, making him scowl and deny it, but you can see a faint blush creeping up.

Tough Guy Act: He acts all tough, but when you crack a joke or tease him, he can’t help but smile. “Yeah, real funny,” he’ll say, but his eyes sparkle with amusement. He tries to keep his cool, but the way he lightens up around you is undeniable.

Protective Instincts: Jason’s protective side really comes out when you’re around. He’ll hover just a bit closer during missions, making sure you’re safe. “Stick close to me,” he’ll say, acting like it’s no big deal, but you can sense the underlying concern in his voice. He’s always ready to jump in if you need him.

Tim Drake (Robin)

Overthinking Everything: Tim’s mind is constantly racing when you’re around. He’s always plotting how to ask you out or impress you, but when it comes time to actually talk, he freezes. You catch him staring off into space, and when you ask what he’s thinking about, he panics. “Oh, uh, just… strategizing!” he’ll say, fumbling for a way to change the subject.

Thoughtful Gifts: Tim is secretly the best gift-giver. He leaves you little surprises—a book he knows you’ll love or a custom gadget he made just for you. When you find them, he pretends it’s no big deal. “I just thought you might like it,” he says, trying to act casual, but you can see the hope in his eyes for your reaction.

Nerding Out: When you express interest in his hobbies, Tim’s face lights up. He goes into full-on nerd mode, excitedly explaining tech or comics. “So, this is how it works…” He’s totally in his element, and you can’t help but be charmed by how passionate he is.

Damian Wayne (Robin)

Awkward Teasing: Damian’s idea of flirting is to poke fun at you. “You call that a punch?” he’ll smirk during training, but you can tell he’s impressed. His teasing is playful, and it makes you laugh, even if he acts like he’s being serious.

Jealousy Fits: If he sees you talking to someone else, he turns extremely protective. He’ll huff and challenge that person to a duel, trying to show off. “You think you can impress them? Let’s see what you’ve got,” he’ll say, clearly trying to establish his dominance.

Small Acts of Kindness: Despite his tough exterior, Damian has a soft side. He’ll bring you snacks or offer to help with training, and he tries to act like it’s no big deal. “It’s just efficient to help,” he’ll say, but you know it’s because he cares.
