The team settled to go to the bottom middle of the fog and put an end to the curse once and for all

until they heard a sore throat yet horse voice calling one of their team members name........

"hₐₙₐ-cₕₐₙ....." the voice said, suddenly yosuke was shocked and questioning if he had heard this voice before and then it clicked on him, it was that girl the one that yu found when he was in his evening swim and the one that he met in June's and so after realizing that voice he shouted through the fog and called her name by the amount of luck he has

"HUH!.....S-S-SAKI!?" yosuke said stuttering his own words

she approached the investigation team and from that day forward, yosuke was all correct all along....

" 𝗛 𝗔 𝗡 𝗔 ~ 𝗖 𝗛 𝗔 𝗡 !!!!!! "

"....oh god......" yukiko feared "this can't be....right?"

" I believe so..." yosuke frightenly answered

The fog covered the team's vision, then vanishing the only to find a merzombie corpse approaching them slowly.....oh god

When your oldest brother dies on a religious crusade just as you feared he would and your father refuses to deal with his grief just as he refused to deal with it when your mother died (you were a baby btw) and then again when your other brother left home (because your dad was impossible to live with) and in spite of feeling entirely abandoned by your dad you use your newfound higher status to put yourself out on a limb in order to downgrade his punishment and that of your close friend despite grieving their involvement with the queen who led your brother to his death but instead of your father acknowledging your pain and your attempts to do what you believe will bring justice he lashes out at you by comparing your current position to the horrific way your mother died…just Eärien things

I can’t even lie over time this pathetic little elf has grown on me and now I really like her as a character. she’s SUCH a loser. and someone said that she should’ve been recruitable instead of Halsin after uncovering the Shadow Druid plot and she could’ve had a redemption arc and now I can’t stop thinking about that alternate reality

#i have no idea if it’s a controversial opinion to like Kagha or not but #like imagine if she was sent away from the Grove. not banished but temporarily sent away to think about her actions #Halsin says she can return to the circle after she’s rediscovered the oak father’s teachings etc etc #so she can join up with you in act 1 and you get a druid then and not 2 in act 2 randomly #maybe she travels with you to find redemption. you were the one who pulled her from the brink so she thinks travelling with you #will help her do some good in this world #she can have a tense reunion with the tieflings in act 2 and she apologises. some forgive her. others don’t as is their right #and she tries so hard to redeem herself but she learns that sometimes people are still hurt by your deeds and they might not forgive you #I think it’s talking to Arabella that actually gives her growth #maybe it’s Kagha who’s involved in Arabella’s powers and her learning to tame them. Arabella who has reason of all to hate her #and it takes a while and some conversation and working together but I think Arabella forgives Kagha #she doesn’t have to and Kagha never expected forgiveness from her but she DOES and that’s what gets Kagha the most #she has a big introspective act 2 moment in the middle of the Shadow Curse #regardless she is first to suggest rescuing the tieflings from moonrise. not because she wants forgiveness but because it’s right #(to show her character growth and learning to care about the refugees)#and then her quest could tie into the Shadow Curse. she wants to do better and help people #and eventually the other tieflings start to come round to her. once she’s proved she’s actively bettering herself #the kids find her funny and Mattis definitely thinks she’s a loser and not scary or mean #like okay lady sure I forgive you whatever stop crying now #Mirkon is just a little sweetie so he forgives her as long as Arabella does and then he follows her around asking loads of questions #anyway sorry those are my thoughts I think it’d be great to have a redemption arc companion in act 1 #bc Minthara is so missable if you don’t know to knock her out you just kill her #Kagha’s story would help indicate that there are hidden companions you can look out for #most of this is nonsense im so sleepy but will I stop rambling? no #also Minthara should top the hell out of this pathetic surface elf right now

#Takashi Shirogane #Shiro #You're nothingness but shining and everywhere at once.#Allura #The Silver-Haired Princess and Her Silver-Haired Paladin.#Voltron: Legendary Defender #Mine.#I have so many many many thoughts regarding these two.#How both of them were directly victimized by the Galra Empire #and Zarkon #himself #and find themselves in positions of leadership at the forefront of an intergalactic war despite the fact that Allura is a teenaged genocide #survivor who still misses her father and Shiro is a deeply scarred and traumatized pilot-turned-gladiator-against-his-will and neither one #of them have had the space or time to process either of these things.#How differently they handle the immense grief the Galra have caused them.#And that even though they find themselves diametrically opposed to each other's beliefs concerning Ulaz and the Blades they still trust #one another implicitly.#That Shiro looks so much like Alfor it's actually crazy.#How Allura unknowingly made Shiro relive the trauma of losing his crew when she allowed herself to be captured because they're both #inherently self-sacrificing and all-too willing to martyr themselves for the sake of others.#Allura carrying Shiro's essence inside of her before magically transferring it into the clone's body #and how it not only bleached Shiro's hair but is implied to have altered his DNA given his later interactions with the Balmeran crystals #used to power his arm and the Atlas.#That the new arm was Allura's idea and she willingly sacrificed a piece of her heritage for it and for Shiro.#The way they play off of each other when given a moment of levity and all of the potential that was wasted because the writing on this show #is an unbelievably frustrating mess.#In a perfect world where the notorious Season Eight doesn't exist or was competently handled #Shiro is part of Allura's bridal party and the godfather of her and Lance's children.#And he never attempts to dye or change his hair because he loves having a reminder of everything that Allura has done for him and their #importance to and connection with each other readily apparent every time he sees himself in the mirror.

currently obsessed with the view our current harbingers have of the Tsaritsa. both childe and arlecchino greatly respect her even if arlecchino is dubiously loyal to the Tsaritsa at best. they both talk about her as a figure who is gentle and compassionate, completely at odds with both the organization she allows to commit horrible acts (dottore. its a lot of dottore. he canonically took children from the hoth under the old knave if they were no longer considered "useful" and used as test subjects). shes described as someone with no love left for her people yet the harbingers we've heard talk about her never seem to describe her in such a manner. of course, childe mentions she had to harden herself to complete her goal, but he still notes that shes too gentle. the more we learn about her the more i want to meet her purely because she is contradictions all the way down and its great!!! taking whatever scraps i can get and its perfectly in line with my characterization too so i stay winning

These two words, this simple little question, very nearly came out of Susannah's mouth before she stopped herself, reminding herself of Philippe's sincere nature. This was a man who would never lie to her, least of all about her appearance, and so she allowed herself to be flattered in that moment, cheeks turning a soft pink as she replied, "Th-Thank you, Philippe. You..y-you look v-very handsome!"

Not about to let him linger out on her front porch all night, she was quick to sweep him inside and into her little kitchen, where she had everything laid out, ready and waiting for them. She was also pleasantly surprised by the strawberry-creme bonbons he'd procured for them; they would make a wonderful dessert to cap off tonight's dinner.

"I-I...I have something for you too!"

Before they sat down to their meal (she would've liked to have just dug in, but perhaps giving him this gift would mitigate some of the butterflies in her stomach and let her actually enjoy dinner), Susannah hustled out of the room, only to then return with a small box-not ornately wrapped or even particularly eye-catching...unlike what was inside.

It was a hand-knitted sweater, made in a beautiful sky-blue yarn, laced with delicate honeycomb and blackberry patterns, very similar to the one Wilhelmina Pace knitted for her future husband many years ago (the only difference being was that the one she made was a soft buttercup yellow; Susannah had it tucked away in the cedar chest upstairs, along with many other heirlooms). It would be plenty warm to wear, once the cold snap eventually settled in.

"I-It's an Aran sweater," she explained shyly, her heart pounding in her chest as she watched him open it, on pins and needles, waiting for his reaction, wondering nervously all the while: Will he like it?

Finally posting the Talia focused animatic I have been working on, because I don't know when I'll get time to finish it and I like it too much to let it rot in my folder.

This is based on the events of Batman: Son of the Demon and the song is Wife by Mitski

I have a whole lot of thoughts on how this song reflects Talia's treatment as a character both within comics and outside of them, and how she is always treated as the mother/daughter/love interest rather than an individual in her own right. These roles are important to her but she is also more than them, she is her own person. I think it's super interesting to look at how Talia would wrestle with balancing these roles whilst also not letting them be her own defining trait.

#like yes Talia is a loyal daughter and adores Bruce and does her best for Damian and she value's herself on these things #but she also doesn't agree with her father and can't sacrifice her principles for Bruce and can't give Damian the life he deserves #she is simultaneously all these roles a woman should be but is also found failing in all of them because she is so much more than just #a mother/daughter/lover #yet she is never seen as anything more than that #the conflict between wanting to fill these roles naturally vs being forced to be these things #I could write an essay on this if I thought I'd make any sense #anyhow take my wip I hope you enjoy it #(fun fact: I showed this in all my uni interviews and I got accepted into all of them)#(thank you talia for getting me an education)#talia al ghul #bruce wayne #batman #damian wayne #dc #animatic #animation #my art

It had TWO cinematographers: Pongthorn Thongwattana (55:15 Never Too Late, Cupid's Last Wish, Mama Gogo) and Rath Roongrueangtantisook (He's Coming To Me, A Tale of Thousand Stars, Mama Gogo), which shows.

Did I mention the poly plot?

ngl i love my girl anna but the reason cas was more compelling is that he was arcing into doubt

there is a better post somewhere but cas is confused about his loyalties, lending intense tension that fed the pre-existing themes

EDIT: all i'm saying is there is more natural tension in a person coiled/standing on the precipice than there is in the one already splayed on the ground

#there was a better post somewhere #anna was already sure of herself mostly #her dialogue was also often carved out in a very knowing #mouthpiece style #and i love her but it was sometimes very preachy #all the same there is INHERENT tension in cas's motifs and it's NO SURPRISE his arc was more in-line with the show #her best scenes were anna arguing with cas #and her anger at his betrayal cause those are the moments where she felt more real #i would have given my left kidney to see the circumstances of her fall #and the tension of her clawing her way back up the building towards heaven instead of being drop-kicked back up there #see if cas was in the PROCESS of losing faith and falling #anna needed a more fascinating *natural march toward re-discovering faith in her heavenly mission #her total lack of good dialogue concerning the death of her human parents was a miss for me...it should have been an underlined theme #SHOW ME THE AGONY ANNA #the difference between human parents and heavenly ones #that's what i wanted to see from her even more than her speeches about absent fathers and heartless angels #I'm talking YOU KILLED MY PARENTS versus ...they weren't your parents etc #anna was not merely female cas...they're comapred and contrasted yes but not the same #cas had more in common with michael even...good son good soldier motif

Tara is the type of person who tries to change for everybody. There are different versions of her depending on who she's with. Sometimes, she doesn't even know which version of her is the REAL her and which one is just an act. Even her love for horror movies started because she wanted to fit in. She wanted to be good enough for someone, good enough to make sure they'll stay this time. But there's only one person who knows the real her, and that is Sam, being the way she really is becomes so easy when her sister is with her.
