I messed up. I thought I knew how diabetes work, and I evidently do not, and I don't know how to save the whump in this fic so you are my last hope.
I wanted the blorbo to have undiagnosed diabetes and pass out/become super tired/weak and barely conscious, and then have his friend inject him with insulin the he found. But now I discovered that insulin doesn't really work like that... It doesn't make you feel BETTER it's just supposed to not make a diabetic feel WORSE, if I understand this correctly?
Is there still a chance to have my blorbo turn weak/pass out (either from diabetes or another illness) and for his friend to inject him with a drug that is not too hard to find that'll make him feel better...?
Let's talk diabetes for a minute.
There are 2 types of diabetes.
Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) occurs (usually in younger people) when the body stops producing a hormone called insulin. Insulin's job, essentially, is granting cells permission to use glucose (a sugar the cells use for food) from the blood. If there's no insulin, the cells starve because they can't use glucose. The glucose also never gets taken out of the blood like it's supposed to, so the person's blood glucose levels increase.
Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) occurs (usually in middle-age) when the body's cells become less sensitive to insulin. That means it takes more insulin to allow cells to use glucose. The pancreas (the organ that makes insulin) at first produces more insulin to make up for the lack of sensitivity. But over time it wears out and can no longer keep up.
You can have both short-term and long-term problems with diabetes.
Before diabetes is treated (or if it is not treated well), short term problems either occur because the cells are starving (diabetic ketoacidosis in T1D) or because the blood sugar is so high the blood itself has become thick (hyperosmolar syndrome in T2D). After diabetes is treated (with insulin (T1D) or certain oral medications (T2D)), you can also have a problem called hypoglycemia, where there is too much insulin and the blood sugar gets too low. All three of these problems are life threatening if not treated quickly.
Now, to treat ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar syndrome, you need a hospital. There are so many other problems that need addressed with either of these that simply injecting them with a single dose of insulin wouldn't work.
To treat hypoglycemia however, you can just give a person sugar (and some fat and protein to help sustain it after) or if they're unconscious, you can inject them with a hormone called glucagon. Glucagon can quickly raise blood sugar.
Now, where you might be getting confused is that there are also long-term consequences to having diabetes. These include poor eyesight, numbness and tinging in the hands and feet, kidney disease, and non-healing wounds. Taking care of diabetes well by sticking to a lower-carbohydrate diet and taking certain medications or insulin helps prevent or delay the long term consequences.
So like, will a single dose of insulin fix a patient having one of the common pre-diagnosis emergencies? No. But having the character take it as prescribed will drastically reduce the potential consequences later in life.
If your patient already knows they have diabetes and they're taking a medication that can lower their blood sugar to unsafe levels and they didn't eat enough that day? You could totally do something with injecting glucagon to reverse hypoglycemia there.

I have more Babyroth/ First babys things bouncing round my head. So here have whatever this is:
Based on this post
I think I should make it clear that these version of ASG will grow up different. They are still integrally them but without the angst and the jealousy. Sephiroth for one, doesn’t speak the same. He’s a little less formal and up tight. He’s still quite well spoken but Sephiroth “seph” Lockhart Strife is far more likely to yell “WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK GENESIS?!?” When something goes wrong.
Genesis is far less confrontational. He’s still a pyromaniac don’t get me wrong - Cloud spends his life spraying things with fire extinguishers - but it’s usually cause he’s been messing with materia and it’s an accident rather than he’s mad and wants to burn down the world. He and Seph still get into arguments, but Gen is also far more likely to apologies when he knows he’s wrong.
Angeal is the chillest of the three kids. He likes to garden with his Uncle Barrat and and cousin Marlene; he’s quiet and cuddly; he’s a complete Mamas boy as well. Where Seph grew immediately attached to Cloud, Angeal kind of thinks Tifa can do no wrong. He likes to bake with her and helps her with food orders in the bar a lot.
Bedtime is Clouds domain. Tifa is very clear that yes, she’s their mom but she’s not giving up the bar, and Clouds work Schedule is far more flexible. Usually during the day Tifa entertains them while Cloud pops in and out on jobs, but the clock hits 4:30 pm and they swap places for the night. Cloud also tends to handle getting children out of bed. The way he sees it it he took them on, their his responsibility, Tifa should not have to deal with more than she chooses.
That being said, they are a pretty good team. It would be difficult to wrangle both Seph and Gen if they weren’t. Cloud gets them up; Tifa feeds them; Cloud handles learning; Tifa handles exercise and community work; Cloud makes dinner and introduces new foods; Tifa strong arms them into the bath; Cloud reads to them and gets them to sleep; Tifa makes sure she says good night before she leaves and checks on them when she come in from the bar. It just works for them.
When Angeal and Genesis turn up on the door step Sephiroth is about 16 months old so theirs a bit of an age difference between them that’s a reverse of the original one. He did NOT immediately take to no longer being an only child. Specifically he took umbrage with no longer being Clouds only priority.
This is because Genesis was an extremely sickly infant. They weren’t actually sure if he’d make it at some points. He’s got childhood Asthma -but he grows out of it; he is in a constant struggle to put on weight; he’s diabetic, and occasionally is right kidney just decides to give up for a bit. Vincent has hypothesised that it has something to do with his past (future?) degradation. But it’s later revealed by Tseng that “no, he was that ill as a child originally, Hollander just used to send test drugs to his parents occasionally.”
Angeals a pretty emotional kid. He’s not headstrong and rough like Seph and Gen but he cries pretty easily. As he grows up he’s still pretty easily set off and all cloud can think of is that thinly little ravenette boy who used to shuffle into the living room with his blanket and curl up next to Cloud because he had a nightmare. Clouds gone soft, Sue him.
One of the most memorable childhood incidents between the tree of them is the time Seph got Gens head stuck between the banister rails on the stairs.
Angeal once swallowed a spider and then proceeded to panic himself in to throwing up on the kitchen floor.
4 year old Seph is of the opinion that Cloud is “older than God” to which Cloud replies “it’s the stress of looking after three cracked out racoon children, it adds years to your face.”
Genesis tells the kids at school not to be mean to him because he’s uncle Vincent is a vampire and will “eat your liver with white wine sauce”. Vincent does not deny this when asked about it by a teacher at pick up time… yet nor does he confirm it. Everyone is unnerved.
Angeal insists on pulling up garden weeds and hiding them in his bed. Cloud is tired of explaining that plants are for pots ore the garden NOT for beds!
Yuffie likes to play a game when she comes to visit it’s called “did Cloud say this to his children or his dog?” Her favourite is “please do not lick the screen door, I just cleaned it!” He did not say it to the dog.
To answer Salty’s question no Zack and Aerith do not come back in this AU, mostly because they both found peace with each other. But also because they were not crack head evil lab experiments in their previous lives. Angeal gets added on the technicality that he did a lot of shit while being “conflicted by honour”

I've been dying to open my own pet store for a while now.
It's going to be reverse of most pet stores, though. Most pet stores are almost entirely cat and dog stuff with other animal stuff having like maybe two aisles... but for my store, I want it to focus on animals that don't commonly have a lot of options for their products... and animals that pet stores typically don't have healthy options for because they either don't care or don't know better... I'm not honestly sure which it is (perhaps both?)...
So that said, I have a question for those of you that have animals that typically don't have an entire store dedicated to them (I'm looking at you, ferret, guinea pig, chinchilla, bird, etc parents).
Again, this is for people that have animals OTHER than cats & dogs - animals that are underrepresented in pet stores and that typically don't have a ton of store space in a typical pet store.
If you don't have any such animal you care for, please still reblog in case one or more of your followers does. I'm trying to get ideas for when I do *finally* open up a store (down the line).
Thank you to everyone that helps me with this whether by reblogging/boosting or answering! :)

Please don't ignore my suffering..
I am Sara Hussein, a Palestinian ❤🍉 from the besieged and destroyed Gaza 😭😭, from a family of young children, women and the elderly .
My mother suffers from a stroke, diabetes and high blood pressure and needs intensive medical care and expensive medications😭
The children in the family are deprived of playing and studying and suffer from hunger and deprivation..
Our life is harsh because we lack all the basic necessities of life. Everything has become scarce and difficult to obtain. There is no food, no water, and no medicine.
So I ask you to help me keep my family safe and alive so that I can pay for their expensive travel costs from the Gaza Strip to Egypt and manage their current living expenses in the Gaza Strip.
Please don't leave my family to suffer and struggle in these difficult days alone. You can support my campaign by donating what you can or by sharing my posts to reach others who can help us survive from war to safety and peace. You are helping in the lives of many people with your small contribution. ❤🍉
Every donation makes a difference in our very difficult life. This is a legitimate campaign
of course! I'm wishing the best for you and your family.
this fundraiser is very low as of today (8/23/24) with only €517 of its €50,000 goal, currently in the process of being vetted (which takes time) but as many people have pointed out in the tags of OP's own post, reverse image searches only lead to this blog/fundraiser.
#sent €15 and if anyone reading this can match my donation or just send what they're able anything helps#I ran the reverse searches myself as well without any unrelated results coming up ftr and there are multiple angles of the same people

Can Diabetes Be Reversed in 30 Days?
The idea of "reversing" diabetes in 30 days is highly complex and depends on the type of diabetes, individual circumstances, and the extent of the condition. While it's unlikely that diabetes can be fully reversed in such a short time, certain measures can improve blood sugar control significantly in a month. Below is an explanation of what can be done:
Type 1 Diabetes
Cannot be reversed: Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition in which the body's immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. Because no insulin is produced, insulin therapy is required for life.
Management: Blood sugar levels can be controlled with proper insulin management, a healthy diet, and regular physical activity, but a complete reversal is impossible.
Type 2 Diabetes
Possibly improved or put into remission: Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic condition where the body either becomes resistant to insulin or does not produce enough. It is often linked to lifestyle factors such as poor diet, lack of exercise, and obesity.
Reversal vs. Remission: Type 2 diabetes may go into remission with significant lifestyle changes, but this doesn't mean it is "cured." It means that blood sugar levels return to normal without needing medications. However, this typically requires sustained lifestyle changes over a long period, not just 30 days.
How to Improve Blood Sugar Control in 30 Days
While reversing diabetes in 30 days is unlikely, substantial improvement can be made by focusing on these key factors:
Dietary Changes
Low-Carb or Keto Diet: Reducing carbohydrate intake is one of the most effective ways to lower blood sugar levels, especially in Type 2 diabetes. A low-carb or ketogenic diet can help reduce the amount of sugar in the bloodstream by limiting insulin spikes after meals.
Whole Foods: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods such as vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains. Foods high in fiber, such as vegetables and legumes, can help stabilize blood sugar.
Avoid Processed Foods: Cut back on refined carbs, sugary drinks, and processed foods that cause rapid spikes in blood glucose.
Portion Control: Eating smaller, more frequent meals can help avoid large spikes in blood sugar levels.
Intermittent Fasting: Some studies suggest intermittent fasting (such as eating within a 6-8 hour window) may help improve insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar levels.
Exercise
Regular Physical Activity: Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar. Activities such as brisk walking, strength training, cycling, and swimming can help burn glucose and improve overall metabolic function.
Aerobic Exercise: Cardio exercises (like walking, running, and cycling) help use up glucose and make cells more sensitive to insulin.
Strength Training: Building muscle mass increases the body’s ability to use glucose efficiently, which can help control blood sugar.
Consistency: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week to see improvements.
Weight Loss
Significant Weight Loss: For overweight or obese individuals, losing as little as 5-10% of body weight can improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control. In some cases, weight loss has been shown to lead to remission of Type 2 diabetes.
Meal Timing: Eating at regular intervals and not overeating can help prevent blood sugar spikes.
Stress Management
Reduce Stress: Chronic stress can lead to higher levels of cortisol, which in turn can raise blood sugar levels. Practices like meditation, deep breathing, yoga, and relaxation techniques can help lower stress and improve blood sugar control.
Sleep: Poor sleep can negatively impact blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night.
Medication Adjustment
Consult Your Doctor: If you have Type 2 diabetes, your healthcare provider may recommend adjusting your medications, such as metformin, GLP-1 agonists, or SGLT2 inhibitors, to help manage blood sugar levels. While medications do not "reverse" diabetes, they can help keep blood sugar under control as you implement lifestyle changes.
Continuous Monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is important for understanding how different foods, activities, and medications impact your blood sugar and making adjustments as needed.
Timeframe for Significant Change
While 30 days may not be enough to fully reverse Type 2 diabetes, significant improvements can be seen within a month, especially with a combination of the following:
Reducing HbA1c (a marker of long-term blood sugar control)
Lowering fasting blood glucose levels
Improving insulin sensitivity
Losing weight
Feeling better overall
However, true remission of Type 2 diabetes typically takes months to years of sustained healthy habits.
Conclusion
While it's unlikely that diabetes will be completely cured in 30 days, substantial improvements can be made within that time by adopting a healthy diet, regular exercise, stress management, and possibly adjusting medications.
If you have type 2 diabetes, significant lifestyle changes can lead you to remission, but a long-term commitment is necessary. Always consult your healthcare provider before making drastic changes to your diet, exercise routine, or medications. They can provide personalized guidance based on your specific health needs and condition.

Hello,
My name is Anas Al Burri. I am 17 years old, and I live in G*za. My sister has jaundice because she gave birth to her child in an unhygienic area during the war. She has no medication, and her condition is worsening, almost life-threatening. She is too ill to produce milk for her son, and we can't get milk from anywhere else. I have no medication for my diabetes! I am missing insulin, and my blood sugar is critically high, often above 180 and sometimes even 400. I suffer from hyperglycemia attacks and can't get to a hospital because we are in the northern part of G*za.
Three months ago, my 14-year-old brother Ahmad was searching for something to eat when he was sh*ot in the ch*est by sni*pers from a kilometer away. The bul*let went straight through his body. He was just a CHILD! We still can't believe it and keep thinking he will come back any moment. We didn't even have time to mourn him before the next family members were kill*ed.
The hardships my family and I face are beyond what words can describe. This is our last resort.
We are reaching out to you with a desperate plea. We need your help to survive. Your donation can provide us with the life-saving medications and food that we desperately need. Every act of kindness brings us closer to safety and restores a glimmer of hope in our hearts.
With your support, you can give us and many other families in Gaza a chance to survive and rebuild our shattered lives. Help us survive and leave G*za so that the last of our family does not perish.
https://gofund.me/e15adce5
Thank you for your empathy and kindness.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Anas Al-Burri and Family
❤❤

DETOX SUPPLEMENTS FOR VACCINE INJURED VICTIMS
🖲Magnesium — plays many crucial roles in the body, such as supporting muscle & nerve function and energy production.
🖲NAC — (a precursor to glutathione) provides a variety of protective antioxidant effects, block damages to DNA, strengthening all organs, including the brain — dissolves mucus, improves breathing & respiratory problems. NAC powers up the immune system, boosting antibodies, increasing glutathione, which fights disease & aging. NAC has been around for decades, proven to be very safe, with NO SIDE EFFECTS.
🖲Glutathione — is the body's most powerful antioxidant & counteracts the harmful effects of graphene oxide. Human bodies produce glutathione naturally but over as humans age & absorbs toxins, the production of it slows down. Children naturally have high glutathione levels. Glutathione is a body-specific antioxidant that cells need to function & survive. When you get sick, the level of glutathione can drop.
🖲Selenium — a trace element that is naturally present in many foods & available as a dietary supplement. Selenium, which is nutritionally essential for humans, is a constituent of more than two dozen selenoproteins that play critical roles in reproduction, thyroid hormone metabolism, DNA synthesis & protection from oxidative damage and infection.

How to unclog arteries: Treatment and preventing blockages
In addition to eating a healthful diet, regularly exercising or getting enough physical activity may help a person to maintain a moderate weight and reduce their risk of heart problems. Taking part in cardiovascular exercise, otherwise known as cardio, on a regular basis may also help strengthen the heart and reduce plaque. Simple cardio activities that raise the heart rate include: jogging. cycling. running. brisk walking. swimming. playing tennis. doing aerobics. It is best for a person to aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and two days of strength training per week.

Restoration of normal blood flow in atherosclerotic arteries ... - NCBI
Blood flow is a key regulator of atherosclerosis. Disturbed blood flow promotes atherosclerotic plaque development, whereas normal blood flow protects against plaque development. We hypothesized that normal blood flow is also therapeutic, if it were able to be restored within atherosclerotic arteries. Apolipoprotein E-deficient (ApoE−/−) mice were initially instrumented with a blood flow-modifying cuff to induce plaque development and then five weeks later the cuff was removed to allow restoration of normal blood flow.
NYU Langone Health
Lifestyle Changes for Lower Extremity Arterial Disease
Exercising Regularly. Regular exercise improves the health of your arteries in several ways. First, it lowers bad cholesterol and boosts good cholesterol, which can reduce plaque buildup in arteries. It also increases the production of nitric oxide, a molecule that helps dilate the arteries and improve blood pressure in the cells that line the arteries, enhancing circulation. Exercise helps control the symptoms of diabetes, high blood pressure, and even stress, which can worsen high blood pressure—one of the leading causes, along with plaque buildup, of lower extremity arterial disease.
Some other ways to improve circulation include:
Cardiovascular exercise
Activities like jogging, cycling, running, brisk walking, swimming, playing tennis, and aerobics can help raise your heart rate and improve circulation.
Stretching
Stretching before and after exercise can help boost circulation.
Hydration
Drinking enough water throughout the day can increase oxygen levels in your blood, which can lead to better circulation. Experts recommend drinking 8–12 glasses of water per day.
Diet
Eating certain foods, like cayenne pepper, pomegranate, onions, cinnamon, garlic, fatty fish, beets, turmeric, leafy greens, citrus fruits, tomatoes, and berries, can help increase blood flow and circulation.
Quitting smoking
Smoking can inhibit blood flow, damage blood vessel walls, and cause plaque to build up in veins.

It’s my birthday so as a gift to myself I’m listing all my personal growth from the last few months
Lost 50+ pounds, well on my way to shedding 100+. Did this very simply with zero self-hatred or shame. Intermittent fasting and sugar elimination were pretty much the only requirements. Took time to adjust and a willingness to cook more, but that was the only struggle. In addition to the weight loss, my inflammatory and immune problems have been greatly improved. Chronic fatigue is still with me, but isn’t dictating every second of my day, and I hope CFS continues to diminish as I get healthier. Resources I used are now helping my dad reverse pre-diabetes, which is the cherry on top.
Went through perhaps the worst existential crisis of my entire life (and boy howdy, I’m well-rehearsed) and didn’t die. Didn’t die so hard I actually woke up from decades of numbness and changed my entire life almost overnight. This “instant” change was enabled by several years of work via intensive outpatient, group therapy, 1-on-1 therapy, medication, and deep interior work I’ve done on my neurochemistry and mental health. It feels like foundations were laid for me to finally take a huge forward step into hope and change. I finally let God back in, and have felt vulnerable, humbled, and vibrantly alive in a way I haven’t experienced since childhood.
Started re-exploring my own spiritual health, perhaps the most difficult and intense part of this transformation. Deeply personal, difficult to find words. No labels for it. See re-enrolling in college, below. Much to learn. Adjacent to this, have encouraged Catholic husband to join an inter-faith climate group, which he did. His parish church now looks likely to form their own climate support group in addition.
Re-enrolled in college for fall 2023. Built a 3-year interdisciplinary plan to graduate with a major in Dakota Language and American Indian studies, with minors in sustainable agriculture, art history, and art.
Became involved in local politics; I’ve personally met my senator and congressperson and thanked them for their work. They know me by name and I will continue to keep up with legislation on local and federal levels, vote in every election, and advocate for policies I believe in.
Started educating myself on the policies that have shaped our current situation. This is often overwhelming, and I remind myself constantly to do it in stages, to not burn myself out or get lost in anger and hopelessness. Nevertheless, it must be done. In particular, I’m finding Robert Reich’s free YouTube course invaluable for this, though it has made me cry several times. Labor movements are taking off across the country and this gives me immense hope that I’m far from the only one sharing in this experience. Millions of us are waking up to our own democratic power, and we can change things together, one step at a time.
Also started researching absolutely everything about reducing my personal carbon footprint, increasing self-sufficiency, and having at least some baseline readiness for disaster scenarios, a process that continues. Immediately stopped eating beef and pork (and most meat, actually), stopped purchasing things online and from big box stores (whenever feasible) and started walking to our local grocery co-op several times a week.
Encouraged husband to get involved in our HOA, a goal he’s had since we moved but was unable to make good on because of his work schedule (now blessedly changed) - we will soon be making a concentrated effort to meet all of our neighbors, initiate neighborhood gatherings, and encourage green initiatives in our immediate community.
Joined the local arm of 350.org. Have already done tabling and multiple advocacy campaigns. Husband is on the clean transportation team, focused on bringing electric school buses to schools. I’m on the food systems team, currently working on expanding our state’s farmer’s market SNAP program so more people have access to affordable local produce.
Expanded my patio garden to several raised planters full of herbs that I’ve been regularly using. A few things didn’t work out, but I’m learning what thrives in that location and have grown the most delicious tomatoes I’ve ever eaten, with basically zero effort. Working on a plan to build a small deer-proof Three Sisters food garden in our limited backyard space.
Started my basement cannabis grow tent, have two plants thriving and bringing me joy when I talk to them every day and tell them what lovely ladies they are.
Converted all our household power draw to sustainable wind (this took all of one phone call to our utility provider) and in a few days we will have meters installed on both our hot water tank and our air conditioner, so those are cycled during peak hours for even less energy consumption.
Started fishing together with one of my oldest childhood friends and my dad. Went from zero outdoors experience to learning how to hook minnows without flinching and hold a beautiful emerald-green bass in my hands. An amazing experience that will continue through the season.

How to eliminate diabetes
Eliminating diabetes entirely is a complex challenge because it involves multiple factors, including genetics, lifestyle, and environmental influences. However, managing and even reversing diabetes is possible for many individuals through a combination of lifestyle changes and medical interventions. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to approach the elimination of diabetes:
1. **Healthy Diet**: The cornerstone of diabetes management is a balanced and nutritious diet. Focus on whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid sugary beverages, refined carbohydrates, and processed foods. Emphasize foods with a low glycemic index to help control blood sugar levels more effectively.
2. **Regular Exercise**: Engage in regular physical activity to improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar levels. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. Incorporate a combination of aerobic exercises (such as walking, swimming, or cycling) and strength training to maximize benefits.
3. **Weight Management**: Losing excess weight, especially around the abdomen, can significantly improve insulin sensitivity and reduce the risk of diabetes complications. Even modest weight loss can have a profound impact on blood sugar control. Consult with a healthcare professional to develop a personalized weight loss plan.
4. **Monitor Blood Sugar Levels**: Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels is essential for managing diabetes effectively. Keep track of your readings and adjust your diet, exercise, and medication accordingly. Understanding how different foods and activities affect your blood sugar levels can help you make informed decisions.
5. **Medication and Insulin Therapy**: Depending on the type and severity of diabetes, medication or insulin therapy may be necessary to manage blood sugar levels. Follow your healthcare provider's recommendations regarding medication dosage and timing. Insulin therapy may be required for individuals with type 1 diabetes or advanced type 2 diabetes.
6. **Stress Management**: Chronic stress can elevate blood sugar levels and contribute to insulin resistance. Practice stress-reduction techniques such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or tai chi. Prioritize self-care and make time for activities that help you relax and unwind.
7. **Quit Smoking**: Smoking increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and can worsen complications in individuals with diabetes. If you smoke, seek support to quit. Quitting smoking can improve blood sugar control and reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications such as heart disease and stroke.
8. **Regular Medical Check-ups**: Schedule regular check-ups with your healthcare provider to monitor your diabetes management and overall health. Discuss any concerns or changes in symptoms promptly. Routine screenings for diabetes-related complications such as eye problems, kidney disease, and nerve damage are essential for early detection and intervention.

9. **Education and Support**: Educate yourself about diabetes management and lifestyle modifications that can help control the condition. Join a support group or seek support from friends, family, or healthcare professionals. Connecting with others who understand your challenges can provide valuable encouragement and motivation.
10. **Consistency and Patience**: Managing diabetes is a lifelong commitment that requires consistency and patience. Stay committed to your healthy lifestyle habits, even when faced with challenges or setbacks. Celebrate your progress and focus on making sustainable changes for long-term health and well-being.
