How many servings of veggies do you eat everyday? I recommend having one serving (1 cup) in every meal. And, tomato ketchup or French fries do not count 🤣 : One fun way to eat more veggies is to make chips! I love using Kale, Sweet Potato and Plantains to make chips. 🍠🥬🍌 : These Kale chips are fresh out of the oven! What I used 👇🏼 * 2 large heads curly kale * ¼ cup tahini * ¼ cup lemon juice * ¼ cup tablespoons grapeseed oil * 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce * ½ cup nutritional yeast * ¼ teaspoon sea salt How to make them👇🏼 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F. 2. Rinse all of the kale leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the leaves from the stems, keeping the leaves large. 3. In a small bowl (or blender), combine the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick paste is formed. 4. Use your hands to massage the paste into the leaves, covering both sides. Place leaves in a single layer on two large baking sheets. 5. Bake for 1 hour, flip the leaves, then bake for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour. 6. Snack to your heart's delight! Salmon is one of my favorite protein as it cooks perfectly at 350 degrees for 17 minutes! So quick and tastes delicious 😋 Plus it is loaded with omega - 3 fatty acids that are so important for brain and heart health! The fish also contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals essential for our body! Most farm raised salmon brands are deprived in these nutrients and contain more omega 6 fatty acids which can be inflammatory in large quantities. Farm raised salmon is raised in environments where the fish are very closely packed together and are susceptible to bacterial and viral infections.
