Lunch at #RubyTuesday - Schenectady, NY. I ordered the “Parmesan Chicken Pasta”. When it came to the table it was nice and REALLY HOT. I actually burned my hand on the plate…(thanks for the warning, Mr. server). I’m just going to assume they throw it in the broiler right before serving it to make the cheese look (and taste) so good. It was delicious. The had just the right ratio of Parmesan sauce to red sauce…and when the two mix its heavenly. The chicken was nice and crisp. It would’ve been better if the chicken had a little more seasoning.

I paired my meal with a Raspberry Iced Tea…you know, the one with the raspberry seeds in the glass?!

Overall, I had a great experience here.
