it's 4 am, i have my left over nacho thingy because i got suddenly so hungry(??) and i had cup of coffee two hours ago before i left my homehome – i'm ready to watch some hockey now 👏🏻
#random ramblings#like i don't usually drink coffee at 2 am but my folks (as in porukat) have this some event in Helsinki today so their bus left before four#and because we live in the middle of nowhere they left at 2.30 am and the only reason i went homehome yesterday was the reason that i get#a car for this weekend lol idk what i'm gonna do this weekend but still. maybe i'll just go to a bigger supermarket to get some foodandstuff

For Exercise:
3.5K jog this morning
Two 1 minute planks
20 competition sit-ups
30 regular sit-ups
25 press ups
and
50 squats with 8KG weights
For Food:
Slice of toast
Protein shake
Some crackers
Slice of toast with; carrot; mushrooms; and tomatoes
Numerous cups of green-tea
A few glasses of water
Cous-Cous with; falafel; tomatoes; sultanas; apricots; dates; and various other fruits
A cherry yoghurt
