Hello hi! Today, I wanted to show ya these adorable popsicles I've made! Well, rather, yoghurt-sickles, hahaha. The recipe (corrected) for six is:
* Three table spoons of Greek yoghurt
* Couple of frozen mango chunks
* One nectarine
* One Paraguayo peach (the flat ones also known as Saturn peaches or ufos)
* One crushed markise cookie or two biscuits
*Sweetner of choice (like honey or powdered sugar)
Your equipment:
* Ice cream popsicle forms
* Small food processor (most favourably the one with the string you pull and the blades go brrr brrr)
* Flat plate
* Tablespoon
* Small, sharp knife
* Tiny bowl for frozen mango
* Veggie peeler
1. Take your mango from the freezer and leave it at room temperature to thaw a bit (to the stage when they're firm, but not rock hard).
2. If you need, peel your peach and nectarine. If not immediately cut them into smaller pieces.
3. Crush your cookie(s) in the food processor and dump the crumbles on a flat plate. After this, just wipe the blades clean.
4. Put your cut fruit into the processor and spin until they are tiny but not made into mush.
5. Add yoghurt and sweetener. Spin yet again for 4-5 times to just mix the ingredients into more cohesive cream.
6. Pour the mixture into the ice cream forms and let them harden in the freezer. Now you can wash your food processor and let it dry.
7. After 4-5 hours, take them out.
8. Take the ready popsicles out of the forms and sprinkle on you cookie crumbs.
9. Enjoy ^^
