The start of my new life..

Today I started my new job! I’m now working at a hospital as a Medical Sterilisation Technician. The salary is brilliant but more importantly I have a sense of purpose again! Also, I got some car insurance so i’m able to drive again which means getting a lot of my freedom back.  Looking at my life now compared to what it was like last year, there’s such a big difference. I have a job, I have a car, I have a sense of purpose, I have better people around me, I have money, I have my family back. Compared to last year having nothing in my bank account as I spent every penny I had on drugs, not having my family supporting me, being unemployed, and being surrounded by snakes and users. I am really proud of myself and its so nice to be able to say that.  It goes to show if you really do want something bad enough, you wont stop until you get to where you want to be. If i can get my life together, believe me, anyone can. I had zero motivation and I lost interest in everything but finally something clicked in my head and I was on a mission to get what I knew I deserved. There’s hope out there! If you feel like giving up this is your sign to NOT! Keep going, keep fighting. I’m always here for a chat if anyone needs someone to talk to <3 Caitlin xox
