Smoll breakdown of my old zuko costume you can see my poorly made flame swords (flame not actually included) were straight up spray painted floor mat covered in plastic that was supposed to reflect the LED wiring that I did which was hastily wrapped with electrical tape. Oh boy have I grown. Lol. Next to my Elmer's glue scar makeup.. nuff said lol. It was a pretty cool effect though that only cost me a dollar to make. Lastly the pants that bring a bad name to even the worst pants. They were constantly falling down and I'm pretty sure they ripped after a day if wearing them. How do I cut my foam for cosplay? I have three ways that I use most commonly and this baby is Number 1; just an average box cutter! There are a million different brands and types but I prefer the Stanley make because: it has an adjustable knob that will allow me to set the blade length and tighten it down (so I will always have a secure non-moving blade), it uses blades that are breakable (great when the end tip starts to dull), it has a durable base that will withstand any pressure I apply (that way I can get smooth cuts long after the typical usage would recommend). You can grab one of these and the extra blades for under 10 bucks.
