Wearing their merch (FNAF SB) (Part 2/2)

This post was originally going to include eclipse but now thwt I think about it.... I dont.. think there's eclipse merch in game... also with how.. sun and moon are I wouldn't be surprised if basic workers/customers don't know ab eclipse grrrgrrr

a headband with sun rays! it may look a little silly but isnt that the point! the daycare attendant is a jester after all! theyre a pair of silly guys!

lights up when he sees you wearing it and skips over... his own rays are spinning around as he tells you how cute you look with them on- or cool if you prefer to be called that! or some other compliment! assuming hes not calling you ever word under the sun...

hes more used to seeing people wearing a shirt with him on it or dressing up in his colors and so on compared to moon, but that doesnt make him any less excited to see someone coming in looking like him!

crushed if any of the rays get dented or torn depending on what material theyre made of, will do his best to mend it

MOON

his hat... sure, its not the most unique thing out there but he knows its supposed to be his when you come into the daycare wearing it for naptime!

will snatch it up off your head to make sure its the real deal or just some other product from some costume shop... WILL be dangling from his wire so you cant take it back from him

if it werent for the sleeping children nearby he would tease you more and hold it just out of reach

he may tease you for it but it does make him feel a bit... weird... not weird bad, probably! its just that sun is typically the more favored one in general so seeing someone just... rocking his stuff... plushies are one thing but wearing something is different!

DJ MUSIC MAN

headphones! they look cool! they even light up! how cool is that!

it takes him a moment to notice that youre wearing them but as soon as he does hes going to sign to you that he thinks you look nice with them!

if he hasnt already given you a playlist of music or otherwise given you songs hes going to make sure you have at least a little something to listen to with your new headphones!

he doesnt have much merch and hes pretty okay with that, actually he was surprised he even had headphones in the first place- at most he thought hed get a plushie or something! he thinks its sweet that you wanted to match with him...

My brain: ok but what if we didn’t do that actually *develops crossover and writes a spin-off AU with details down to the mechanics of each animatronic*

Anyway what if Mystery Skulls DCA crossover?

So with this crossover (AU??) the story is mostly the same as the Mystery Skulls animated series, but with a few changes.

The gang all worked together in theater production; Sun and Moon were performers just like in canon SB, while Y/N and mini djmm were behind the scenes, doing tech, organizing events, etc. However, the crew also loved to go exploring, and Y/N, being heavily interested in the paranormal, usually led “investigations” into haunted locations. This was all for funsies and frankly, the boys just had fun going out and observing.

One night they go to an abandoned cave and get separated, and due to a… malfunction… in Sunny’s arm, he pushes Moon off a nearby cliff, tearing the poor bot to shreds. But! Whatever force that amplified the glitch in Sun also allowed for Moon’s will to stay alive and wrath to seek revenge on sun to strengthen, and eventually revive his sentient ai, piecing himself back together as best he can, with the rest of him materializing into a new body. Eventually, Djmm finds Sun and rips his infected arm from his socket, which brings Sun back to reality.

Sun doesn’t remember any of this except for Djmm tearing his arm away, and Y/N barely remembers Moon at all. In fact, all they know is Sun had a theater partner once, but one day they just vanished. Sun… doesn’t like to talk about it. He grows depressed, long after he gets repaired, and soon after stops performing to look for Moon full-time.

When he realized Y/N didn’t remember anything, he was conflicted. Confused. But once he realized he couldn’t seem to jog their memory, he kind of kept the events a secret from them. Not for his sake, no, but because he knew Y/N would blame themselves if they ever found out one of their silly escapades resulted in the death of someone so dear to them all.

Also for those interested, yes I designed Djmm with Mystery’s transformation in mind, here are some chicken scratch sketches I saved while I was figuring out their look:

It's very frustrating, but lucky for you, DJ is a robot of...well, not "infinite" patience, but a pretty good amount of it. But just how many romantic songs does he have to play before you finally understand that he's not just playing them for the heck of it? He's starting to run out of Fazbear Entertainment sanctioned songs to play! (Careless Whisper, take the wheel!)

The man is This Close to just grabbing you by the shoulders and trying to actually shake some sense into you. Please! For the love of Fazbear! He's almost out of pick-up lines, and teetering on the border of just giving up on the whole thing altogether. What's the point of trying if you're just...never going to get it? Heck, he's starting to wonder if you're brushing him off on-purpose...

🌙Moondrop + Oblivious!Reader:🌙

While Sun is very passive-aggressive when he's annoyed, Moon is a lot more "in your face." As in, he'll straight-up grab your face and force you to stare him in the eyes for an...uncomfortably long time. Really, every time you nonchalantly respond to one of his (very poor) attempts to flirt, he just stares at you. For much longer than necessary. A lot of quiet seething is involved.

Not Stereo Souls but there was a moment where I considered something like this. Maybe someday it'll be something else. (Have not decided if he would actually speak but I'm leaning towards Bouncer Mode having a voice but DJ not for reasons I'll bullshit around with later.)

Dunno why I'm doing this to poor DJ when there's a perfectly good Daycare Attendant literally in the same building but ah well.

I've said before that I prefer my men to be soft and gentle buuuuuut...them being taken over by alternate personalities is an exception to that rule. :3 Mean/unhinged DJ is kinda hot...

“it hurts me when you try and leave me. you know that too, don’t you?”

you bite your lip and try to look away. he grabs your face with the same hand he’s used to muffle your cries for help, time and time again, and forces you to look at him.

“don’t you?”

“yes.” your answer is shaky, but decisive. technically, you don’t run to hurt him specifically. you run because you want to feel the sun on your face. because you don’t want to choke on dust and dry, stale air. because you’re afraid of what he might do next.

gepard sighs, and lets go of your head. you’re not tied up or handcuffed this time, but he certainly looks quite exasperated with you.

“i’m looking after you! i’m keeping you safe! you don’t have to worry about being robbed, or attacked, or kidnapped with me around! don’t you trust the preservation? don’t you trust me?!”

you stop yourself from pointing out that he kidnapped you. you can foresee the line of conversation that would lead you down, and it makes your head spin.

“i’ve tried all sorts of things with you. i’ve tried better food. i’ve tried switching your binds from handcuffs to softer materials. i’ve tried a warmer room. nicer clothes. i’ve come home on time and taken more days off for you. and still you run!”

you stop yourself from mentioning that his presence feels more like a punishment. gee, since this whole nightmare began, you’ve gotten pretty good at deciding when to speak.

he sighs again. “i really didn’t want to do this. really. but since the carrot doesn’t seem to have worked…”

your eyes widen as he undoes his belt. no.

“wait-! gepard, i promise i’ll behave!”

he’s not listening.

“i guess i’ll have to use the stick instead.”
