"Security Alert!! Security Alert!!!"
Tumblr media
Allow me to overanalyze this ONE line and its implications if you don't mind.
Sun shouts this immediately after throwing Gregory out of the daycare. Instantly, every other main animatronic we've encountered up to this point is there, ready to grab Gregory. Their only deterrent is Glamrock Freddy. (However, it's worth noting he was "unable to reach" Gregory until that moment to prove my point.)
GUYS, I think we just got a glimpse at what could have been a standard MegaPizzaPlex emergency protocol. It's the equivalent of a panic button. JUST IMAGINE: There's a parent or relative attempting to swipe a kid from the daycare during a separation, child abuse case, etc. Sun gets that unruly person out of the daycare and sounds the alarm. All the main animatronics are then priority directed to come to the daycare to neutralize the threat while Sun protects the little ones inside. FazBear Entertainment may be shady, but I'd like to think they've come a long way at this point in the series to avoid SOME liability situations.
Even Moon is the most aggressive he is within the game directly after this moment. If you step out of Freddy on purpose or by accident (which, I did lol), Moon insta-kills you. No countdown, no warning, no idling with his cool moves. Straight up ENDS you the second you're on the ground. Normally, you're perfectly fine to walk around Moon whether you're in Freddy or not up until you hit the hour.
Sun calls someone to get you again if you attempt to go down the slide after being banned, too. In that case, I've only ever seen it be Monty pre-shattering, but I don't think anyone has tried to shatter him before Chica, so I am unsure if this would change who comes to stop you. If Monty has already been defeated, it seems to just not do anything.
(Not directly related, but, Freddy's speech explaining how the Attendant is free to roam the building when the lights are out also implies that otherwise, he is NOT allowed to leave the daycare. He is the one who WILL find you if you're in Freddy, no matter what. It's like Fazbear is purposely hardcore limiting Sun/Moon's mobility within the Plex for one reason or another.)
To see this place on a normal day of operation, pre-virus, would be so amazing. I'm just SO proud of Sun for taking such good care of his charges. A shame that after the lights were turned off during Gregory's visit, Sun felt he was safer away from him.

I woke up. My brain remember this again so I need to put it down somewhere.
Little theory about the DCA. So. Everyone knows there's this weird moon / daycare section near parts and service. It's what you go into to get the security pass. So you can fix, and help Freddy after Moon kidnaps him. They're literally is this giant hallway full of fake mini daycares and tons of moon merch and posters.
Not a spic of sun. At least if we're not looking at the sunny rolling hills and rainbows. I'll go make sure to have a double check. But from my memory there's nothing sun related in that tunnel. The only thing related to Sun in those tunnels. Is the fact that it seems to be going off of the day themes of the daycare. There's only that one specific room that contains the nightmare Marion plush That seems to be specifically themed towards starry night.
So I had a question when I was playing through the section. I was technically terrified of the endows the entire time. And also having much fun breaking their AI by stepping on boxes. But. I asked myself why there would be so much moon merch Specifically in this fake daycare.
Think about it. Why have this sunny day daycare, But only have moon merch around? It's themed like it's supposed to be during the day. There's only little things that are based around night. But there's not an image of sun anywhere. Just moon. And I started to question to myself. Was moon first?
Now Moon being first could be a lot of things. It could just be moon being the original AI that was split. It could just be that moon was the first AI made before sun. It could be moon was just the one they were merchandising first, before wacky things happened with his design and model. But I find it interesting that moon might have been first. At least in merchandising. But perhaps other places.
Imagine what pieces we have under that connotation. Because I think right now. The natural thought is that moon was second. Whether you are going off of the theater theory that moon was that secret evil personality, and sun was the base. Or perhaps you're just going off of the fact that maybe Moon only came from the virus, and so he's second in that scenario too.
But like imagine this idea that moon was the original and sun wasn't. Moon was the original theater person and sun was only brought up for the daycare. Imagine if it was moon that was taken over by the virus and sun was the one pushed out of the way as like the unneeded emotions or something. Being a baby AI in those moments.
It's an interesting twist. Either way you put it. Moon has been around longer. Or at least he was supposed to. He was probably the one manufactured as a little endo in those mini daycare hallways. He was probably the one down there. Not Sun. Sun came after. Or at least wasn't present when they were making those hallways and merch. It's an interesting little add-on to remember.

Ok so
My theory is that when cassie goes to rescue gregory its going to be a trap.
Becuase i believe there is no way on gods green earth gregory would BEG for help like he does in the trailer.
Maybe a "Hey can you help me get out of this place?" But not that.
So my theory is that either gregory was forced by vanny to beg for help OR hes dead/hidden deep within the pizzaplex and that Vanny used some sort of voice thing to trick cassie, like those deepfakes. Because the snarky little criminal asshole who took down multiple animatronics would not become a little crybaby pissbaby in the face of getting stuck in the Plex. Nah, he woulda gotten a hammer and smashed his way through that bitch and thru the windows.

Fronnie and Prototype Glamrock Freddy Theory
Before we get into it, I got to point out that whenever I talk about Prototype Glamrock Freddy after this, I will be referring to him as "Predi".
I believe that Predi was the one either in a close friendship or an actual relationship with Glamrock Bonnie.
Reason I came to this conclusion was I thought back to the main Security Breach game before Ruin. Like, for example:
If our Glamrock Freddy was the one that was close to Bonnie...
Why didn't he mention that his "green room" was back there and that there was a way to get there through the vent from Fazer Blast?
This might be the romance lover in me talking, but if I had lost someone close to me I'm pretty sure I would show more grievance than what our Freddy showed.
Answer: Due to basically becoming Predi's younger brother, Staff decided to alter Predi's memories and gave them to our Freddy.
Another theory that I have is that Predi was the one who caused all that damage on Bonnie, not Monty, and was the actual Patient Zero for the Glitchtrap Virus.
Predi was just like Monty, probably even worse considering he was literally made to be the leader.
Tumblr media
The image above by @pixlokita is a good reference to my point on what Predi used to look like before he was replaced by the Glamrock Freddy we've come to know and love.
When around children he did not get attached to, good parents, members of STAFF that were actually doing their job, and some of the other animatronics like Roxy, Monty, and the Daycare Attendants at first, he puts up this "mask" of friendliness but inside he just does NOT care.
When he's either alone or around Chica or Glamrock Foxy (Possibly), he can let go of that "mask'" and vent his frustrations to them.
When he first met Glamrock Bonnie, it was love at first sight, and the traits from his "mask" start to become a natural part of his personality. Eventually, the two started a relationship, which is what I think the earrings on their ears represent.
I also believe that Predi was the one who gave Bonnie that poster signed "You and Me, Forever and Ever" and the Freddy merch that we see in Bonnie's new "green room" when we see it in RUIN.
If Bonnie really did get that hearing upgrade I talked about in my last post, I feel like Predi would FINALLY let out his anger against the STAFF that gave Bonnie and all of the other animatronics said upgrades that are clearly hurting them as well, but as we all know, the STAFF wouldn't care about Predi's concerns and would just threaten to scrap Predi if he spoke out against them like that again.
Now, here's where my other part about Predi becoming Patient Zero for the Glitchtrap Virus comes into play.
I've highly theorized that the Virus ended up heightening any negative quirks/flaws that the animatronics may have to a DISTURBING degree.
With Predi, I think after he yelled at the STAFF about the upgrades, all of his progress with becoming more open with everyone immediately went back to square one and the virus made his negative traits worser and he started to take it out on Bonnie, be it verbal or even physical.
At first, he didn't realize it and believed he was just having a malfunction when he seemingly "blacked out". But over time, it got worse and he became more aware of it, which leads to my next point.
Predi was one of the factors that led to Bonnie's demise, NOT Monty.
During a night where the Virus took over, Bonnie finally decided that he would run to Gator Golf through the vent in Mazercise to find Monty and get him to help take Predi to Parts and Services.
Suddenly, Predi appeared, and I think he would say the voice lines that went unused for "Possessed Glamrock Freddy" while chasing Bonnie around the Pizzaplex until Bonnie could go through with his plan.
He found Monty on the catwalks and quickly tried to explain what was going on with Predi but Predi than appeared behind the gator. There would then be a chase around the catwalks for a few minutes. Monty then decided that in order to stop Predi they would need to use the "Hurricane Hole-in-One". Once the bucket had been hit enough, Predi temporarily broke out of the Virus's control to try to tell Bonnie and Monty that he was not doing any of this out of his own free will, but it was too late. Bonnie started to run to where the bucket was and Predi fell back under the Virus's control.
Bonnie managed to lead Predi to the bucket. Monty's hand hovered over the button but then Predi suddenly knelt down and held Bonnie as he temporarily broke out of the Virus's control again and began to cry, telling the bunny how much he truly loved him and how much he changed him for the better. Realizing that using the bucket wouldn't help Predi after all, Bonnie told Monty to stop. Monty did but then the button mysteriously activated on its own (presumably by Vanny), and the same sequence from the main game happens.
Bonnie pushed Predi out of the way and tried to hold back the bucket long enough for the bear and gator to get away. The same shattering sequence happens like in the main game. Monty, thinking he accidentally pressed the button anyway, started to cry and yell at Predi, telling him that it was HIS fault that Bonnie was shattered. Predi simply walked away, tears still staining his faceplate. Monty used his leg upgrade (Yes, I still believe in the theory that Monty had his LEGS upgraded first), to safely jump down to the stage to where Bonnie was.
Monty is still crying as he babbles out apologies in French, but all Bonnie does is slowly put his hand on Monty's shoulder and weakly smiled before seemingly shutting down.
Suddenly, some of the human security guards appeared from the elevator into Gator Golf and saw the scene. Believing that Monty was the one who caused Bonnie's "accident", they simply told Monty to go back to his green room, not bothering to hear his side of the story.
Like in the main story, STAFF pulled the "retirement story" to the children so they would stop asking about the whereabouts of Bonnie. Bonnie's shattered remains were then put in a hidden room behind the bowling alley, one where neither Predi nor Monty were able to find.
This is what I think led to Monty now hating both Predi and our Glamrock Freddy, since I believe that Bonnie was more like a mentor to Monty, and I wouldn't blame him for hating the one animatronic that basically led to his mentor's demise.
Now... how did Predi end up shattered/ruined in Fazer Blast?
Well... I believe this is when more of Freddy's unused voice lines come in.
You see, I don't think Gregory is the first child to get themselves trapped in the Pizzaplex, if the disappearances are anything to go by.
And maybe Predi TRIED to save one of the children but failed as not only did Vanny POSSIBLY kill the child, but she may have ordered Chica, Roxy, Monty, who was now under the control of the virus, and Moon to tear Predi apart, which may explain the damages on him.
It would also explain why his head is missing since maybe Vanny ordered one of the animatronics, probably Monty, to take his head off and hide it somewhere.
When STAFF find Predi's damaged body, they are shocked and confused about what might have happened. Instead of fixing Predi, however, they merely decided to create the Glamrock Freddy we all know and love. They also decided to make a copy of ALL of Predi's memories but altered them so that Glamrock Freddy wouldn't think to question the STAFF at all.
They basically created a version of Predi who was now Fazbear Entertainment's golden child.
The events of Security Breach and RUIN still happen, but I now think that if my theory is somehow true, then the Fronnie ship could be more tragic than we first thought.
Also, IF there is going to be a sequel to the RUIN DLC, then maybe we can fix Predi and Bonnie and reunite them.

Ok so I was searching the internet for a good hour for an answer to this and didn't find shit (though maybe there is one, but I couldn't see every post because I still haven't seen the whole game) until I came up with a possible answer by myself, so I thought that I'd share my thoughts here for some poor souls that are also bothered by this question and don't want to ruin their game experience
So, HOW THE FUCK DOES THE V.A.N.N.I. MASK WORK??
If this question popped up in your head you propably saw at least the beginning of the game and honestly I don't think I'll need anything else in this post
I also saw, that this is not touched upon in the game itself (i saw posts of some people, who did see the whole thing)
Ok anyway to the fucking point, sorry
So when we get the mask, this occipit transponder is, fucking, injected into Cassie's head
The occipital lobe is responsible for visual perception (yk depth, color etc.)
A transponder is used for identifying, detecting and locating obcjects, but for communication (though this isn't that important here I think)
It makes her able to see and communicate with Helpi even outside the mask
But notice how she can only see the glitches AFTER she gets it?
Without it she wouldn't be able to. (Though it can just be a gameplay thing and I'm overthinking this)
But mostly I think it also just, yk, does more than the name and Helpi tell us, since transponders shouldn't really work on fucking PHYSICAL stuff, like, walking through walls, right?
Well, this shit happens in the future (and in another universe, but who cares) so this chip propably just transports you into the AR world, when combined with the mask. You don't just see it, you ARE there. At least partly. That's why you can touch stuff, that is only from that place.
And partly, because, well, you still are visible in the real world. For example gregory still saw Vanny, right? Freddy didn't, propably because of the mask sending a signal or something yadda yadda (holy shit I'm sick of this word 💀), but she was making Gregory's vision glitch, because she wasn't 100% here. She was in the AR world at the same time (again, it could also i just be a representation of that and Greg didn't really see it, but idk, that motherfucker propably does send some waves that affect our meat jelly when in use)
Anyway, this whole "ar" thing is just actually VR premium
Tldr; this chip Cassie gets injected into her head partly transports her into the AR world and lets her go through walls
Sprey for my incoherent babbling and total lack of capacity to explain things clearly I hope this helps in any way 💀

Shattered ending is cannon in Ruin dlc!?
Tumblr media
Note: In the trailer we see Freddy laying down in the Fazer blaster location by the panels surrounding him!! And the staff bots under him.
Tumblr media
And the staff bot that tore him apart in the shattered ending.
Tumblr media
We see him shutdown in the ending with Vanny tearing him apart, also Gregory also sends the staff bots at Vanny, where she looses her mask, and we later see Cassidy has a Vanny mask.
Tumblr media
Note: They did show his shattered model in Halloween art, matching up with trailer we can see his chest with similar slashes on his chest etc.
I hope we are able to fix the big guy as shown, Freddy in the trailer seems to show him  have some power left and he struggling to lift the panels off him. possible hearing Cassidy close by, and probably where she gets the vanny mask?
also with the trailer clue with shattered Freddy ending, this still leaves mystery of why Gregory says he is trapped below.. Unless he went to look for spare parts for Freddy in the underground and got trapped...but the pizzaplex looks like it’s been abandon for years.. while Gregory still sounds like a child.. in unused dialogue of Freddy he said there where spare parts..hmm

just some very random, very rushed theories that i had to write down before i exploded into a million little bits of confetti. currently pacing around my cousin's bedroom i am so excited lets get this bag
(this is all just speculation. please don't take any of these ramblings as canon, and feel free to put your two cents in down in the comments! I love reading other people's thoughts and theories about this franchise)

a little theory i like is
someone else was taking to gregory on the fazwatch, talking about dismantling the animatronics
since freddy is super surprise whenever he learns the parts are from his friends and he mentions that the default voice of the watches is freddy.
would make sense if someone used the text to speech feature that has tons of emotion in it to trick gregory to dismantle the other animatronics

One of the running jokes I have with myself while working on this AU is that in the background of everything the FNAF YouTubers are working as dayshift employees for the Pizzaplex
And this specific image got stuck in my brain so I just had to draw it

Oh! I should probably share this.
The sun and moon from security breach. I think everybody mutually hates the idea of The daycare attendant. Or at least moon being just sort of an Afton weapon. Whether as some sort of code embodiment or something else. I think everyone really hated that idea. And unfortunately the convoluted ending of help wanted 2 doesn't really discourage it.
But! As much as Vanny is also a controlled person under Afton. Vanny / Vanessa seems to want to get out of that control. Or at least are becoming their own sort of serial killer following an afton's footsteps. And as far as I can tell. It is only vanny who might control Moon.
We have to remember this might be a personalized virus Vanny put in moon. So Moon might still be an innocent mind controlled little robot. But we can at least rest in the fact that even if he is purposely working with Vanny. He's not Afton. He's like Vinny's little pet. Her little sidekick that helps her with all the stuff she does. Whether under afton's command or not.
I think Moon is more so connected to vanny than he is Afton. Which is a win in my books. Depending on how you take moon delivering the spring trap toy to vanny. I don't think there's any way to really disagree that Moon will always undeniably be connected to at least some sort of evil antagonist. Mind control or not that is the direction we are going.
But if I'm being honest with myself the little idea of moon being a little pet to Vanny is adorable in my opinion. I may not like Vanny as a character that much. But imagining two little giggly Gremlins enacting a little bit of child murder is endearing. Did I necessarily want Moon to be a little silly murderer? No. But I will take two silly murderers over just Afton again.

Sun, Moon, and Eclipse are SUPPOSED to be a family.
Just to be clear I'm talking about the MAIN Security Breach canon, NOT the Sun and Moon Show one.
Ever since Eclipse became introduced to the SB canon, I've been thinking about some things.
See, I'm a big supporter of the Sun x Moon ship, just like I am with Fronnie and Chicanne (the ship between Glamrock Chica and Roxanne Wolf).
But there was one thing I've always wondered...
COULD the animatronics have ANIMATRONIC children?
So in response to that question I came up with possibly the most wholesome yet angstiest theory:
What if Sun, Moon, and Eclipse were supposed to be Fazbear Entertainment's attempt at making an "animatronic family" for advertisement purposes but the three of them ended up becoming an actual family?
Reason why I came to this theory was because recently I've been viewing a comic called "Obsolete" by Ice Tiger Kitten on Twitter (great story by the way) and the way that Sun, Moon, and Eclipse were interacting with one another wasn't "sibling-like" at all...
It was more like two parents trying to protect and support their child.
I say "child" because Eclipse WAS confirmed by Kellen Goff to be Non-Binary.
Now... HOW would it work in canon?
Considering that we may or may not be getting a RUIN part 2 DLC at SOME point, it may show more of the three of them interacting. Who knows? It may end up just like how the comic is going or if it turns out that they're either just a weird Steven Universe fusion-esque program or if they are all just three AIs in one body. In any sense, I'll be okay with it in canon.
Now... what is everybody's positions in this "family"?
Sun: The Mother
The reason I put Sun as the "mother" is because another youtuber named Techno Dragon theorized that Sun was supposed to be a female animatronic but since Sun and Moon were stuck in the same body, I think everybody else just assumed Sun was also male and never bothered fixing it.
Also, consider the fact that SUN is possibly being FORCED by the STAFF to stay at the Daycare, kind of how like a HOUSEWIFE was forced to stay at home and only care for her children and husband instead of possibly also working like it was back in the thirties.
Moon: The Father
Moon just gives me the "kind-hearted but also protective" father vibes when not under the Virus's control. Also, him being possibly a part of the Security gives more evidence to my analysis about Sun considering that back then working men were known to work through a WHOLE NIGHT, which fits with how Moon was allowed outside of the Daycare and NOT Sun.
Eclipse: The Child
Eclipse to me is just like a little kid that also has the same intelligence level as Gregory or Cassie.
I think Eclipse was just born sporadically one day, considering the "Happy Birthday" line that is said in RUIN, which could have been a hint to THEIR birthday, since children are known to be the happiest when it comes to their birthdays.
Now... What happened to this family?
Obviously, the virus happened, but I also think the STAFF was partway responsible.
Considering the condition that both Sun and Moon were in before RUIN, it is VERY clear that STAFF didn't actually bother to maintain them like they did with the Glamrocks.
I think all of the broken STAFF bots in their room were broken up by Moon so he could maintain their currently shared body when the STAFF didn't want to, which gives more evidence to my family placements.
When the Virus finally took its hold over Moon and partially over Sun, it ended up pushing Eclipse out of the body and POSSIBLY into the AR world.
Now I know there's been another theory going around that the "Eclipse" we saw in the Balloon Boy arcade cabinet is supposedly the same Eclipse we know, but I don't think that's it. I think THAT Eclipse is just its own entity that might have been protecting OUR Eclipse while they were trapped in the AR World, which is what I think their face on the ceiling in the AR version of the Sun and Moon's room represents.
With their child seemingly now "dead", Sun and Moon started to fight for control over their shared body, possibly fought within their shared mind and blamed each other for what had happened to Eclipse, which was not a problem they started to have before until the Virus came into the picture.
Also, I think Eclipse was aware of what was happening and constantly tried to go back into the body, but the Virus kept pushing them out.
Now, here's where the events of Security Breach come into the picture.
I think Eclipse was the one making the cables glow those bright colors.
And yes, I KNOW it was the actual developers that changed the cable colors because some of us couldn't find them, but in canon it wouldn't normally make sense that the cables would be glowing like that.
Since Eclipse was still trapped in the AR world at the time, I think they managed to develop SOME control over electronics like the generators, which is why the cables were glowing those bright colors.
And what were those colors?
Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, and Purple.
Blue: Represents Moon
Yellow: Represents Sun
Green: Represents Eclipse
Red: Represents the Virus itself
Purple: Represents Glitchtrap
Eclipse was trying to tell us their story through the cables, but back then we didn't have a way to see them.
Well, until RUIN came around.
With the Virus now seemingly gone, Eclipse was able to go back into their parents' shared body, but Moon was still clearly traumatized by what had happened and was possibly in denial that Eclipse was still "alive".
Also, I think the "song" that Sun was singing was supposed to be a lullaby for Eclipse, but because of the events of the Virus, the song had become twisted with Sun's sorrow.
After Cassie reboots Moon, Eclipse is able to express themselves again, and does seem to be very grateful to Cassie.
Also, Sun's "thank you" not only made me cry the first time I heard it, but I think it was also a "thank you" for reuniting the family.
Hopefully, if we do get a RUIN part 2, these three will get more screentime.
