I will never understand people who say “we have multiple games, books and a movie telling us why not to do this” when they see someone building fnaf animatronics in real life.

I know it’s a joke but the joke doesn’t make sense.

If Afton never fucking killed anyone the entire plot wouldn’t exist. The moral of the story is don’t kill people. Not don’t build creepy robots. They did not just randomly come alive. They were possessed by murdered children’s souls.

Even in Security Breach when they weren’t possessed they were still being controlled by someone. They did not randomly come alive.

assuming you're referrring to ventura highway! no preference, but due to the hours they worked, they've spent significantly more time with sun. they worked very few overnight or late shifts, esp at the beginning of their employment, which meant less opportunities to see moon. it’s part of the reason y/n is rather soft with moon in particular--an hour of naptime and rare shifts that kept them an hour or two after closing didn't leave much opportunity for it. that sort of softness was rare with sun too, but at least it was possible if they were careful. moon got the short end of the stick in that regard and y/n is trying to make sure that doesn't happen again

To celebrate the upcoming release of the FNAF movie, I’ve been drawing my versions of the sillies, starting with the OG cast! Lore notes under Keep Reading!

- The FNAF1 animatronics are the heaviest/bulkiest of all the generations. Before this, William and Henry designed the springlock suits to fit both bulky endoskeletons and fully grown adults inside. Therefore, although they were downsized somewhat, this aspect continued into the new generation.

- Due to their size and heaviness, they are slow moving. Foxy however is small and has a lighter endoskeleton, as he was originally designed to play with the kids. Therefore, he is the fastest by default.

- The FNAF1 animatronics use cloth and other material for the fur, with some parts like the stomach and arm areas sagging. Such material is prone to getting stuck in the moving endoskeleton parts, resulting in rips and damages. To combat this, the group was somewhat themed around cuddly toys, and in later iterations received clothing to cover up any damages.

- Foxy’s wear and tear was never covered up, as management was able to use the excuse of him being a pirate to their advantage. In the early days, he was also most prone to causing accidents. Combining these two factors, in the last few years of the restaurant's life, Foxy remained stationary in Pirate’s Cove performing on stage rather than moving around the restaurant as he used to do.

- Chica is based on Henry’s wife. The original unveiling of her design was a present to her from Henry and William. Surprisingly, she was flattered! Chica is prone to causing internal damages, as she was originally programmed to ‘pretend’ to eat food. Of course, this would backfire when said food would get stuck and start to rot. There have been more than a few instances in which cockroaches have crawled out of her at kids birthday parties.

- Freddy and Bonnie are essentially redesigns of SB and FB. Originally, they were made as substitutes for when the springlock suits would need maintenance, but following the Bite of 83 their place in the main cast was cemented, with Freddy becoming the new face of the restaurant.

So, earlier this week, HarmonyBunny2024 from Deviantart sent me an image on FB Messenger and he made me a fursona, and this is what he made of my fursona

💤 She’s the embodiment of maternal nature. She knows what she’s doing, as she has two kids of her own and ferries kids’ spirits to the afterlife each day.

💤 Has been called a variety of different titles, but her favorites are Mama, Lili (pronounced Lee-Lee), and big bear.

💤 Calls you baby/baby boy/baby girl, little star, sweet dream, darling, and little spirit.

💤 Loves reading and telling stories. She’s got a giant collection of books for a variety of age ranges.

💤 Not afraid to put her foot down. Her timeout corner is actually really cozy; it’s filled with blankets and pillows and the fairy lights give it a calming vibe. When she first adopted Cassidy, she had to put the poor girl in there at least once a week, but it did the trick and calmed her down.

💤 Great with trauma regressors. If you like deep pressure, she can hold you or she’s got weight plushies and weighted blankets. If not, she’ll sit with you and talk you through whatever you’re experiencing, whether it’s a PTSD flashback or a panic attack.

💤 Not the best cook. Usually buys healthy, frozen food and heats it up/thaws it. However she’s great at preparing plates. She’s got themed dinnerware and plain, colored dinnerware specifically for children and regressors.

💤 The pocket on her overalls is basically like Mary Poppins’ purse. She’s able to pull all sorts of things out of it. Need a paci? She’ll pull one out of her overalls like a magic trick. Fell and got hurt? She’s got a first aid kit in hands reach.

💤 Had no sense of time due to the fact she’s working 24/7, but encourages you to listen to your body. Don’t be like her and push yourself so far that you fall asleep in the middle of a task.

💤 Really good at changing diapers/pull-ups. She’s constantly asking if you feel ok as she doesn’t want to make you feel violated.

💤 Cocomelon is banned in the Nightmare Household. If you wanna watch TV, Lightmare is most likely to put on Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Oswald (the Octopus), Bear in the Big Blue House, Little Bear, and Bluey are also very likely.

💤 If you’re an older kiddo, she’ll typically put on Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman, SpongeBob, Sonic X/Sonic Boom/Sonic Prime, and other shows like that. If you’re a teen regressor, you’re able to decide what you watch, just make sure she’s ok with it.

💤 Expect a lot of FNaF themed and bear themed gear.

💤 Leaves you with Cyrus/Nightmare Freddy or FB/Nightmare Fredbear when she has to ferry a spirit.

💤 Cassidy and Myles/Crying Child love to play with you. Cassidy is good with teens and older kids while Myles is good with younger kids and toddlers.

💤 Gives the best snuggles and is great at not waking you up when she leaves. A lot of the pillows in her room/designated area of the Nightmare House smell like her, so she’ll usually slip one of them in your arms if she has to leave.
