Thank goodness the author of the article managed to make "sense" out of what DeSatanic said. Supposedly this "Penny in Florida" was referring to the ridiculous RepubliKKKan BS about "LIVE BIRTHS." Of course, there is no actual proof this RepubliKKKan fairy tale actually took place.
