Art by Ukrainian folk artist Tetiana Pata (1884-1976) from the village of Petrykivka (after wich the distinctive local art style of folk drawings was named). Petrykivka artists used drawings to decorate walls ans ceilings of the houses, furniture and sometimes clothes. The pictures are from the album printed in 1973. Scans are of good quality, so feel free to save the favs and zoom in as it's not easy to find such a quality while searching on Google.

Петриківські художники малюнком прикрашали стіни та стелю будинків, меблі, іноді одяг. Малюнки подано за виданням альбому 1973 року. Відскановані зображення хорошої якості, тож не соромтеся зберігати що сподобається та наближати картинку, оскільки непросто знайти таку якість під час пошуку в Google.

Found an art supply store with an amazing selection of Lokta paper and got the perfect hop-coloured paper for this print I made earlier in the year. Also found a different store where the price of lino doesn't completely take the piss, so I'm no longer limited to my collection of weirdly-shaped offcuts 👍
