To the degree that Harding and Kelly let him, he was the Group Commander. He was the Group.

At twenty-three when he looked eighteen, he was one of the handsomest men I had ever seen.

Now, after months of war, he looked fifteen years older. He was gaunt. His regulation hat, not the hundred-mission crush type, was too big for him. His uniform hung on him. Al Dahn, the Group Dental Officer, told me that Jack's gums were withdrawing from his teeth. He was exhausted.

Since he flew only when we were task force lead, he had not completed a tour. When Tom Jeffrey came on the base, he knew how great Kidd had been, but he knew that a man can only take so much.

Unfortunately for Purple, it's going to be hard to inconspicuously wear wings in stick city. A poncho and a jacket blend in well enough, but Purple is gonna have a bit more difficulty with that.

oh purple is very aware! fortunately after they shed they can just take their wings off.

The way everyone does build videos for elden ring is often so useless, they're so often centered around a single spell or type of spell and then a single weapon. I use a variety of weapons on every build I've done!!

After much study I am forced to conclude that it is Very Difficult to see which bits of membrane and fingers are curled over or behind or beside each other and in what orders when a bat has its wings folded for ground-crawling or branch-climbing type locomotion.

It’s just a folded bundle of twiggy finger bones and indistinguishable skin in most photos I can find. And that’s assuming you can even see anything at all except the large arm bones and some skin. 😂

Maybe I’ll have more luck with videos. Youtube lets you slow down playback speed….

re: my last Anabel post...I am absolutely still down to interact with any Anabel muses!! While Anabel's abrupt 'disappearance' (and amnesia) was a formative event in Lucy's life, her timeline(s) can always be built around, tweaked, or changed completely--we can always talk about these interactions! There's no chronological lock here and nothing's set in stone.

in other words, I'm so flexible when it comes to timelines/situations/dynamics, etc. Whatever's the most fun for us! 💜
