So I'm still figuring out the SamsungHealth app so bear with me☠️

Breakfast was large, I toasted 2 thin slices of French bread (120) and had half an avocado with salt and pepper on one slice (80) and fried an egg in less than a tbsp of oil (70), half an orange (31), a hashbrown patty (140), coffee with a splash of almond milk (8?) and then my green tea and vitamins (biotin, women's multi, collagen, and metabolism booster) coming out to 449

I kept to water and coffee for a majority of the day, seeing as I had an interview this morning and headed to work for a closing shift at the bar. My steps today were lower than I thought, but my phone was in my apron so I'm going to keep it in my pocket to see if it registers my steps better from there until I can afford a FitWatch of some kind. But my registered steps came out to 4,821; burning 554

My boyfriend made me dinner at work, it's so hard to calculate when he cooks for me because he usually cooks with a heavy hand for oil and butter. He uses less for me and uses more veggies because he knows I'm trying to 'watch my figure', but there's no way to really tell without breathing down his neck the entire time and I can't do that because I feel special when he cooks for me and don't want to ruin it. Tonight he made me a loaded veggie quesadilla on a flour tortilla (140) with black olives (15), a scrambled egg (70), mushrooms (20), green peppers (27), pico de gallo (15), cheese (obviously) (110), and cholula (my go-to hot sauce) (0) and sour cream (31) on the side. I ate 3 of the slices pictured and had one of my mealprepped smoothies (60 )with it so I ballparked it as 617 to factor in any oil/missed measurements

After work I was really tired but I'm very happy I still did a pilates workout! I did the pilates class linked below, but had to pause and restart a couple times at the beginning because my 2 cats would NOT leave me alone and I was laughing too hard to focus. I didn't realize SamsungHealth had a pilates option to help track burned calories more accurately but now I know for the future. Based on the timer I burned 364

Tomorrow I'll be working from 8:30am until roughly 10pm, with about a half-hour break around 2pm. I think I'm going to treat myself to a nice coffee and a couple minutes with my book. I hope I still have energy to do a quick pilates session after it all, but I might be too tired. I can't let that be an excuse though.

Im ill prepared for my first ever drag show, so much so that I want to quit before I even start.

My body dysmorphia is rage (especially while in drag), and though ive never found myself attractive all i can think of myself as now is disgusting.

Got an email today about NYC giving away free trees. Applied for one and got an acceptance/reservation email. So...I’m getting a new tree!! My family’s none too thrilled but I’m stoked. And THEN in the same day, Peanut and Minkey’s mom asked me if I wanted a fitwatch. Apparently the one she ordered was too small and she didn’t like it but when she tried to return it, she was told they wouldn’t take it back and to donate it if she didn’t want it. So she did.
