Spent my morning with my beautiful bestie running the trails at the Hurt the Dirt race. Ran the 1/4 marathon, and had a blast! Met some fellow sole sisters & sole studs along the way. Enjoyed lots of laughs, conversation, and Amanda seeing more of my ass cheeks when she wasn't in front of me, which was most of the race! Well if you don’t mind me asking, how much more do you want to lose and what are you currently eating and doing for your work-outs?
I would love to lose 40lbs by May and an extra 20lbs by August (two holidays) I'd probably be happy at 30lbs before may and then 15-20lbs. I'm eating cereal high in fibre for breakfast, fruit when i snack, mainly chicken or tuna in malted bread for lunch, or chicken with pasta and salad (depending on whats availiable) and the odd cereal bar here and there. Dinner wise i don't eat a lot as i usually make sure i eat every 3-4 hours now. If i have anything it's either cereal again or some sort of meat and salad. I do 20-30 mins per evening walking/jogging sometimes running but i broke my ankle 6 months ago so running isn't as easy as it used to be, and i have weights which i've started to train with. Jumping jacks, leg lifts, squats etc..

A portion of my map of the block loop of hill repeats I did with my sole sisters, and 2 of the best friends a girl could ask for. I lost count, but I think I did 8 loops reversing direction after each set of 2. Sprinted up the hills, with walk breaks, and a nice cool down run to get a well-earned 3.5 miles.
