Was inspired by some food blogs and decided to try a smoothie bowl! Been seeing people use Cauliflower as a substitute for banana to make smoothies/smoothie bowls thicker. I have a banana intolerance (my mouth goes numb when I eat them), so I avoid them at all costs. I was skeptical on using cauliflower in smoothies but after seeing it on @_heading_healthy_ and @flora_and_vino pages/blogs, I figured I'd try it out. You really don't taste the cauliflower at all. I'm shocked.
