I failed..... I failed to reach my New Years weight goal of 145lbs but you know what’s more important? I DIDN’T GIVE UP!! Day 17 is in the books; missed yesterday but I will try my best to double up on a workout this week 🙏; I was joined by these 3 lovely ladies tonight, we literally were in pitch black darkness until our eyes adjusted lol laughing makes everything 10 times better; even brought my puppy because she's loved so much...this is what we did for exercise n that is my dinner; chicken sammich with a pickle n a side of Roasted Tomato wheat thins....I honestly ALREADY feel my regrets from this workout kicking in but it HURTS SO GOOD 💪💪 lol GN 💋
