This might be the weirdest #FirstDayOfSchool we’ve ever had... but some #traditions will always stay the same! 📚💻 My youngest had her #FirstDay of #SeventhGrade #DistanceLearning (due to #covid19) here in #LasVegas today! 😷 She woke up early, did her hair #ExtraCute like she always does, got her work station prepped and ready, and we even celebrated with #FirstDayDoughnuts from @krispykreme! 🍩❤️ We had some minor computer connectivity issues in the morning, and apparently #Canvas is down in multiple states across the country- but overall- she did really well and her classes went smoothly!👍 She even “scheduled” a #GoogleMeetup with her friends at #lunchtime but realized that “Mom can hear us through the walls” 😂📲 If this isn’t preparing her for #RealLife then I don’t know what is... but I sure hope this isn’t permanent.
