Gambler!Himiko / Yumeko!Himiko

I wanted to do a "more complicated sprite edit" just to try my hand at it. I still don't offer it, but gonna practice more and maybe I'll have enough confidence to go complex. This was intended to be a Gambler!Himiko but I saw this Reddit post by WaifuFree and thought "why don't I do that" because I enjoy silly posts and being inspired by them lMAO.

I ramble more under the cut.

I learned I don't know how to do shading whatsoever and I also cannot draw, but I will use references like a lifeline to figure out how to draw. I ain't quitting though. I also cannot let go of the checker board aesthetic.

For realsies though next post is prob gonna be a moodboard for gambler!Himiko to build up this acc.

Most of these are inspired by the Act 5 sprites! Because the Change God loves how nasty our little guy (gn) can get!

Again circles and circles! Don't forget it, it's important! It's even in their eye!

They should never have an angry face! It should be more annoyed than angry! The closest they get are in moments that are a bit too repetitive! They are The Change God after all!

Grey lineart helps it look ethereal and otherworldly!
