"Now we add some sad little trees..."
Fantasy Bob Ross, making horrible heart-trees. Fanart for Find The Path's Patreon Tyrant's Grasp campaign. Context would contain spoilers, but hey, here's a tree that has flesh fruit and also might have been a person once! (1483)

Dnd Spells: Find the Path
Find the Path is a level 6 Divination spell for Bard Cleric and Druid. Casting Time is 1 minute Range is Self Requires a Verbal and Somatic Component and Spell Ingredient is a set of divination tools - such as cards or runes - worth at least 100 gold pieces Duration is Concentration up to 1 day.
You magically sense the most direct physical route to a location you name. You must be familiar with the location, and the spell fails if you name a destination on another plane of existence, a moving destination (such as a mobile fortress), or an unspecific destination (such as “a green dragon’s lair”).
For the duration, as long as you are on the same plane of existence as the destination, you know how far it is and in what direction it lies. Whenever you face a choice of paths along the way there, you know which path is the most direct.

Ok, not quite what you are looking for, but the Pathfinder adventure path 'Hell's Rebels' has players organizing a rebellion against a dictator. They're not doing this because they're the big damn wandering heroes, but because they're citizens of the city state where this is happening. The player characters are not full time adventures, they have to maintain a normal life, including holding down a day job. It creates a fun mix of social encounters, managing the rebellion and normal adventure-y stuff. If you want to check it out, 'Find the Path' is an excellent actual play podcast of it.
What if there was a TTRPG where you're only a part-time adventurer? So all of your abilities and toolkit are specific to your mundane job and you need to find ways as the player to apply them to dungeon crawling.

Drake Siblings
Have I read this prompt somewhere or was this a fever dream from my bored mind.
What if, now hear me out.
What if we bring up Dana Winters-Drake (whose confirmed to at least be alive in the DC verse but no one knows where she actually is)
What if instead of when she had a mental breakdown and getting committed to an Bludhaven clinc she wandered away before anyone noticed and by the time Tim or anyone did notice a lot of stuff started happening at once in both Gotham and Bludhaven (Steph dying, The Bludhaven crisis, etc etc)
Tim still tries to find her though but even with best resources it was like she just disappeared into the wilderness and the stress of trying to handle more and more problems get worse.
So when out of the blue, a couple of years later, he gets a call from an unknown number. On his private, only for friends and family, phone and when he answers he meet with a young girls voice on the other end.
A very young, maybe six or seven, girl who informs him about his apparently half-brother Danny Drake-Fenton. And how she loves Danny so, so, so much but knows her home is dangerous for him to be in.
Tim is stunned and before he could question her, she says Danny is Dana and Jack's baby and that her parents had adopted him years ago and put Dana's stuff that the hospital had away for him to look at when he was older but she just had to fight off their lunch from eating her brother and she knows he needs a better place to live and so she snooped around and found Dana's diary and that she had to unscramble the nonsense Dana wrote and found Tim's number with the words 'tell him about his brother Danny' hidden in it. And-
But before she could keep rambling she hears Danny screaming "JAZZY THE MILK WENT BAD AGAIN AND HISSED AT ME!"
Tim is left with silence after hearing Jazz yell to Danny to lock the fridge and step out of the kitchen as she gets the bat.

Imagine Annabeth and Percy have a kid early, unplanned and it kinda fucks with their finances so Percy drops out of school to get a job so he can care for the kid and support Annabeth in school. At first he gets a job teaching kids sword fighting but then he hears about underwater welding which pays well because it’s dangerous but Percy is a child of the sea so it’s much less so for him. His boss is even willing to give him flexible hours which means Annabeth doesn’t have to take their kid to class anymore and they can actually afford daycare (why does is it the price of a mortgage nowadays???). A huge financial burden is lifted and Percy doesn’t mind the work so it’s good all the way around.
Fast forward to when Annabeth is done her masters in architecture and lands a job at a top firm. They’ve got savings and have Annabeth’s income to rely on. Percy heads back to school and finishes a degree in marine biology, going on to research some really niche topics like how underwater welding impacts the environment and shifting from there until he’s a well known expert in the field.
Just them finding their way. Supporting each other and landing on their feet no matter what

Look at this friend I made on my way home the other day! What a glorious creature! So gracile and smooth! Truly a peak being. What a privilege it is to share this time in Earth’s history with creatures like this.

Danny kills the Joker. Every Joker.
So! As the King of the Infinite Realms, Danny has to deal with the complaints of his subjects a Lot.
Some of them want to suggest changes in certain Laws, others complain about other Ghosts who wronged them, but by far the most common reason was that they died in a violent manner and wanted revenge.
And by far, the main person they sought revenge for was the same person. A guy known as The Joker.
But unfortunately, as the Infinite Realms was connected to multiple Universes, many of those Complains were about different Jokers from alternate Universes. And there were so many of them that he couldn't really just kill a few of them and call it a day, at least some of his subjects would remain Unavenged. And that just wouldn't do!
So he just decided to do away with the whole lot.
Danny began to Personally Hunt Down every single version of the Joker in the Multiverse. Or at least the part of it that was connected to the Realms.
Unfortunately, the news that some ungodly eldritch being being was hunting the variants of the Joker across the entire Multiverse did not go unnoticed. Quickly enough, news spread across the Multiverse that somebody had decided to do away with the Clown that had been such a consistent thorn in the side of most Universes.
Eventually, that news reached the Main DC Universe, and got to Batman.
One day Batman was approached by Justice League Dark about the situation. They had managed to intercepted an Interdimensional message about what was happening, and decided to inform Batman ahead of time.
Now he had a choice.
Either he could try to stick by his Morals and protect even the Joker's life from an unknown force out for his life, or he could let it happen and absolve himself of the blame for the Jokers death.
It didn't help that for the past few days Jason had been in such a good mood after hearing about the Jokers impending Death.
He didn't really get to see Jason smile like that often...
...decisions, decisions...

I started listening to Find the Path: Mummy's Mask a few days ago, and despite not being particularly good at art, I just needed to draw my new blorbos. Sorry for the bad picture quality, I don't have access to a scanner at the moment - might reblog with a better version later.
Close-ups and some of my thoughts under the cut

Drawing golden skin is quite difficult when you don't have a golden pencil (I used to have one but used it all up)
I don't actually know what the Eye of Horus looks like so I just improvised. I think it's small enough to not be obvious lol
I don't draw a lot, but sometimes I just get fictional character brainrot and I have to draw them Right Now on whatever surface is available (which, in this case, was the back of my Latin worksheet)
