Huge lesson ya’ll. I got sick last week and boy did I figure things out. I need MAJOR SELF-CARE cause the work I do involves you’re stuff too and I can’t release it all by myself 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ll tell ya I was a lot better at maintaining/cleaning my energy two months ago and then there was a shift.🗿 I just stopped. ❤️I was kindly and lovingly reminded by my Energy Healer that al that time I devote to others I have to give back to myself two fold.
