First piece for Pride Month this year! Unlike the past few years where I've done "Pride Rep" with my OCs, this year I'll be drawing Pride ships instead(but still including their flags somewhere in the drawing)! As suggested by @littlechaoticwitch​, I am starting off with Brooke and Nate from my novel~ 🌈❤️

As we are now in the summer months and it's been getting hotter out, I also took this particular one as an opportunity to draw out my idea for Brooke's Feorian attire! Since he is from Mareas which is normally pretty chilly, once Brooke moves to Feor he severely underestimates the weather. He thought he could adjust to it okay since he's used to Nate(who is very warm to the touch as a native Feorian), but all the heat and dry air quickly overwhelms him and he ends up becoming sick for a while. After he gets over this period and becomes more used to his new home's climate, he also ends up switching out some of his wardrobe to be more light-weight and "uncovered"(in addition to putting his hair in short ponytails to keep it off his neck) to become more comfortable, while also not understanding how Nate and all the other native Feorians can wear all black all the time(like Nate, he loves you, but why). But, it's all worth it to him to be closer to his man~
