-. on my third cup of chamomile I forgot my mother telling folks when i was a kid that she didn't like making me chamomile tea because it doesn't work on me it has the effect on me coffee has on most folks I am READY to fucking GO what's up chamomile tea to sleeP? NO MY BEAUTIES chamomile tea to something pls insert something that makes sense and is hype i can't think of anything, SO--
I do wanna get to some ooc messages but I can't promise I can get my brain in order to be coherent BUT ANYWAY, BEFORE THAT, dropping this asshole
Kim Minjun, 37, he/him, bloodsucker asshole baby~ Not in the literal sexy vampire sense, I mean he rose from the dirt and decided to make his living thriving off of what we made celebrity culture into, the very notion of celebrity culture itself
You want those pictures of Spider-man on your desk by Wednesday? You wanna know who's doing who and who's smoking what? You want exclusive details on a private party to start shit, get legal info acquired illegally just to have a story to tell about the latest celebrity divorce? Well, then Minjun's your fucking guy
Actually born Kim Jung-hoon but he changed it to Minjun because it sounds more... modern, fresh, better
He's a sleaze, a bit of a motherfucker honestly (forgive the cursing I'm matching his energy, his attitude), he doesn't care about the lives he could potentially be ruining, he operates according to the idea of 'well that's how this world works, don't like it? jump ship'
He'll dig up just about anything, he's started from being a sneaky piece of shit stalker following celebrities around to having built enough connections to be among the first to know when someone with a Reputation is entering this or the other club
But that's not even where his real forte is, oh no; gathering info is easy, figuring out how to get it around is difficult: who to sell it to? who's gonna pay the most, who's gonna turn into an enemy if you share the wrong name, the wrong location, expose the wrong people? no, he's good at finding shit, but the complexities of having to mind connections and be careful with who you drag into the dirt? not his favourite
What Minjun really excels at... is spinning shit around, he can turn the most innocuous of pictures into the drama of the century, by carefully nurturing doubts and rumours, he's a snake, a bastard
He's always hated the entertainment industry, he thinks himself above it, because he's not as desperate as them, he doesn't do what he does because he's otherwise got no worth in life, he doesn't sell his soul, he sells the souls of others
He doesn't think he's on the right side of history, oh no, by no means, he just thinks... well, don't become a celebrity if you don't want this treatment
The more I write about him the more I hate him lmao BUT GOOD WE NEED VILLAINS, UNREEDEEMABLE ONES
He comes from a relatively poor background, if comparing it to Hyun for example, but if he'd minded his business he would have just... lived a 'regular' life
He's particularly efficient when used as 'spy on the competition', new script ideas, new music ideas, new design ideas, you want to know what Shakespeare's next big play will be, Nicholas Bottom? well, then hit up this fucking clown
Only child, if his mother knew what he was up to she'd beat the shit out of him, he doesn't respect his father (haven't decided if he even lives still) but he does love his mother which is why he hasn't told her
Biromantic but he's a walking red flag so I hope the broadened pool of dating options doesn't fucking date him, demisexual
He can probably be fixed but WHY? why would you do that to yourself
He does have one little plus point, he's kind of like old school mafia in the sense that he doesn't mess with children, and anyone below 20 is a child to him, so he doesn't really mess with young idols and trainees
He actually hates the idol industry he thinks it's exploitative and abusive which is real fucking rich coming from him, but hey
I'LL WORK ON MORE ♥
#the bloodsucker;about#;ooc#i completely forgot about this aspect of my childhood it was kind of prevalent enough for a moment that it came back to me#that i have a relationship to chamomile tea and THAT'S WHAT IT WAS it's like a sugar rush or something#it doesn't help that i slept very badly tonight and my sleep-deprivation and the bags under my eyes#may be glamorous and fashionable but my brain's going so fast oh mgy DON FG#AND MY CONFIDENCE IS INCREASING AS I TYPE HOW ARE YOU#i'm on s1 finale of the bear and they weren't joking when they said it was good IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD#i almost cried at least once per episode just because i love these people being people#when i finished the first episode i literally sat through the credits because i was gaping at my screen#ANYWAYS PAPARAZZI BASTARD MAN#snuck in a musical reference did you see it#the voice they gave him in the witch in german was so good#the dub itself WAS WONKY but yknow#you know if Lynnie's beautiful magnificent celebrity verse were a show i could co write in#i'd kill this one off LMAO DFKLDLJSGFGLDFJGHJHFHKL#i'd also pitch a wedding episode for Deva & Aeri or just some-- GOSH i love THEM SO#i'm laughing at my own jokes btw if you hear something weird while reading this

Western Kentucky: 2023-24 Conference USA Men's Basketball Champions
When being on top of the hill isn’t high enough, you sit on top of the conference.
WKU mens basketball defeated the University of Texas El-Paso Miners Saturday, 78-71, advancing to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2013.
Before the game, it was announced that WKU guard Dontaie Allen had been ruled out, having left the team’s win Friday with a knee injury.
However, even without Allen, the Hilltoppers started the first half the way they ended the second half in their previous game against MTSU: Hot.
Opening up the game with a 17-4 run, the Hilltoppers defense shined, grabbing seven turnovers in the first ten minutes. However, the game very quickly shifted gears.
Although the Miners started the game 0-10 from the field, they converted on nine of their next 11 attempts, bringing the game within just a single point with under five minutes to go.
A once ferocious WKU offense had seemingly gone ice cold. In the span of nine minutes, they were on the receiving end of both a 14-5 and 12-3 run. During these runs, the Hilltoppers shot a lowly 5-14 from the field.
However, with their backs against the wall, facing a one-point deficit with just three minutes to play, a familiar offensive presence took over. WKU ended the first half on a 9-3 run, securing a four-point lead heading into the break.
The first half MVP for the Hilltoppers was junior guard Don McHenry. McHenry’s 10 points, two rebounds, and one assist on 3-5 shooting from the field led both the explosive start and end for the WKU offense.
Yet, the success of the Hilltopper scoring attempts can be attributed to more than just an individual player. WKU’s interior strength and size led to 75% of their first half production coming inside the paint.
UTEP found their production coming from senior guard Zid Powell. Powell tallied 10 points on 3-6 from the field, and 2-3 from beyond the arch. Eight of the guard’s 10 points came during an 80-second span, where Powell scored on three consecutive possessions for the Miners.
Heading into the half, the Hilltoppers squeaked out a 40-36 lead.
Team First Half Statistics:
WKU: 17-31 FG, 2-9 3FG, 4-4 FT | 17 Rebounds: 14 Defensive, three Offensive.
UTEP: 11-28 FG, 5-12 3FG, 9-12 FT | 16 Rebounds: 11 Defensive, five Offensive.
WKU could not bring their normal high tempo at the start of the second half. Opening up 1-8 from the field, with most of the misses coming off of good looks, the Miners took comfort in the speed of play, capitalizing with a 15-4 run to start the half.
In what was a rollercoaster of a game, the ride did not stop. Following UTEP’s run, they’d go on a five-minute scoring drought, giving the Hilltoppers a seven-point lead, on a 16-2 run for themselves.
The drive would not stop. With just under five minutes to play, WKU advanced their lead to 10, with help from a 20-4 run.
The Hilltopper offense was once again dominated by McHenry in the second half. The guard’s 15 points, two rebounds, and three steals sealed the WKU victory and conference championship. In total on the night, McHenry had 25 points on 9-16 from the field, 2-8 from three, with four rebounds, and four steals.
UTEP’s offense was still being led by Powell in half number two. Powell tallied 11 points in the half, giving him 21 points on the night.
Team Second Half Statistics:
WKU: 10-27 FG, 1-7 3FG, 17-23 FT | 23 Rebounds: 15 Defensive, eight Offensive.
UTEP: 12-32 FG, 4-12 3FG, 7-10 FT | 20 Rebounds: 13 Defensive, six Offensive.
With the win, the Hilltoppers claim their first C-USA title on their fourth attempt, and Coach Steve Lutz’s third straight conference title win.

Don asks FG to tackle food crisis
Prof Moses Efuntoye of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye on Wednesday advised the Federal Government to galvanise the nation’s rich human resources to invent urgent solutions to food, energy, and other challenges confronting the country now. Nigeria is facing food crisis with prices of major commodities skyrocketing in the last eight months. Food inflation also hit 32.4% in December 2023, an 8.71% jump from what was recorded in the previous year. Efuntoye said that this critical time demands the country adopt the China option; close her borders to the world, impress on citizens to begin to look inward, and use local content to innovatively address the mammoth needs. Efuntoye said this while delivering the 116th inaugural lecture of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye Ogun State, with the theme “The Triad of Toughness, Tenacity and Tameness in the Tale of Antibiotic Resistance.” The don has called for the setting up of a consortium of researchers drawn from the country’s universities to commence meaningful collaborative research toward finding solutions to the socio-economic, political, technological, food, and health issues. He said, “At a time in China’s history, the nation closed its doors to the world. Nigeria as a country has very rich resources of intellectual personnel in the sciences, engineering and technology, education, liberal arts, and humanities among others to solve our social, economic, cultural, educational, political, and technological needs. “We need to close up and engage in meaningful research across all disciplines that will impact our national life based on local contents”. He also advocated that the nation’s non-conventional universities such as Federal Universities of Agriculture, and Federal Universities of Technology find answers to critical issues facing the country within a specific time frame. According to him, funds for such research mandates should be drawn from TETFund and should be devoid of government bureaucratic bottlenecks. Read the full article

1. Which VK had the worst parent? Carlos and the rest of the de Vils. The Baduns by association, because they make their kids hang out and live entirely too close to Hell Hall. Clayton and Gaston are also violent and barely tolerate their kids going to school. That guy that turned all of those kids into donkeys in Pinocchio.
2. Which VK had the best parent? The Faciliers, Ginny (with Cassandra as her mom), the kids under Harriet’s protection, Anastasia is trying her best, so are the bimbettes, those from the Snuggly Duckling if they’re on the Isle. Cassian if he has any kids. Sinbad’s kids. Jack Sparrow’s, Elizabeth and Will Turner’s (they’re pirates, they’re on the Isle). They try their best, ok.
3. What is Harriet Hook’s personality? She’s nice enough if you’re a part of her crew/under her protection or an ok-ish kid (don’s steal from or antagonize her crew). She’s ruthless if you try to challenge or go against her. DO NOT try to mess with her siblings or her crew, it will be a painful death. (Not so) slightly self destructive. She has mom energy, and the glare down.
4. If it was up to FG, would she keep the No Magic policy? Depends. On one hand, she thinks that having no magic at all is a little extreme and could potentially be harmful, as keeping it all bottled up can be harmful and like a ticking time bomb. On the other hand, people in general can be pretty reckless and won’t always use it responsibly. There are risks, and she acknowledges them.
5. How do the Hook siblings get along? Ok-ish. They argue and fight, and steal from each other (mostly Harry and CJ from Harriet and Cj from Harry, and they have to get their stuff back). However, you start up with one, and there’s always a chance the other two will end you slowly and painfully, so. Depends on the time of day and what day.
6. Which Disney character would definitely be against King Adam’s strict rules and restrictions? Eugene, Aladdin, Rapunzel, Jasmine, Robin Hood, the Merry Men, Maid Marian, and Aurora. Eugene, Aladdin, and Aurora always had less restrictions and could get away with dodging the law, in the case of the former two, and could end up drowning in them, along with the added restrictions of royalty they now find themselves with. Rapunzel and Jasmine have always had too many restrictions and were stuck in a set area in an effort to keep them safe/controlled. They chafe. Rapunzel would also have some problems with royal expectations, along with many new royals. Robin Hood, Maid Marian, and the Merry Men were mostly hunted when they interfered with Prince John’s operations, and also were on the run from the law, so the rules they couldn’t get around or avoid are new, and tight.
7. How would the rest of the AKs feel about the rest of the Isle kids being brought over? Some might be happy, some annoyed and unhappy, most are kind of indifferent. As long as the VKs don’t mess with them or descendants of those who tormented their parents, they don’t really care as long as they are nice/don’t bother them. Everyone is horrified as the darker parts of the Isle are revealed.
8. What are Ben’s views upon his father’s acts as king? He looks up to his father. Some acts, like the Isle in general, he doesn’t really like, but as long as Beast paints the actions as a good thing (or mostly good if you dig into it a bit), Ben is either a fan or indifferent.
9. How would the VKs feel about meeting their parents’ enemies? They’re mostly disappointed and overall react negatively. They know how bad their parents are, and yet they just left them to starve, be abused, and die. They aren’t impressed, especially since they’re being hailed as heroes even if they did bad things, too (Aladdin stole for food, but Eugene stole out of greed. The VKs get judged but they got rewarded with becoming royalty (not exactly but still)).
10. Do any of the VKs think that their parents’ actions weren’t as bad as they were made out to be? All of the Tremaine kids. Lady Tremaine, they get- child abuse- but Drizella and Anastasia were bullies. Not really Isle-deserving behavior (after they were on the Isle is different). Even counting the later movies, if Mal got away scott-free about the love spell, why not their parents? Aunt Sarah’s kids, if she has any. The kids of any petty thieves or those who joined up with a villain out of necessity. Ginny (as Cassandra’s kid) thought that her mom redeemed herself, along with Lance and Varian. Any kids of those from the Snuggly Duckling, if those guys are here.
11. In a life or death situation, would Uma save Mal’s life? Unfortunately, yes. She’s too good to not. The gesture wouldn’t be returned, however, unless Mal has something to gain from it.
12. Are there any misunderstood villain sidekicks who were wrongfully placed on the Isle? Iago. Aunt Sarah (technically, it was her cats who were the bad guys).
13. Are there any fairytale couples who ended up not working out? Snow White and Prince Florian (there’s a reason she’s a reporter and not Queen- they conflict a lot. He rules his own kingdom and she persues her own interests). Belle and Adam (they don’t act like themselves from the movies- headcanon he didn’t really change and she hates it, but is still trying to help him do better (a la OUAT)).
14. Could King Adam be viewed as a villain? Yes. He locked up kids, and if you count the diaries as canon, he was in charge of Isle relations with Belle. He knew there were kids and left them.
15. Have any of the Core Four remained in contact with their parents since the coronation? Canonically, Mal kept Maleficent in her room, so yes. Neither her relationship with her mom and her dad is not entirely healthy. Jay and Evie tried, but felt themselves regressing after their parents yelled at them and degraded them. Carlos also tried, but had a panic attack and stopped after a minute of trying.
Descendants Reblog Game
Here is a list of random Disney Descendants questions that I’ve always wondered about. In order to play the games, reblog this post with your personal answers to the questions listed. This isn’t a matter of who is technically correct and its just for fun to see everyone’s opinions and ideas.

How would the Auradon student react to the rest of the Isle kids being brought over?

The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, revealed this while briefing State House correspondents shortly after this week’s Federal Executive Council meeting, chaired by the President, Major General…

Yes but this didn´t made sense even before the Ahsoka series, it didnt made sense since the sequel trilogy and it still doesn´t make any sense now especially given the main reason Anakin came back to the light was because he loved his children, wanted to protect them and wanted to make up for his actions in the original trilogy, the directors in charge of the sequels liked the story but didn´t get the point about Anakin´s character there and it looks like that´s still the case and so no force ghost Anakin for Luke and Leia except for Ahsoka who is a well stablished character with a close bond to pre- vader Anakin.
I don´t think is fair to take out on Ahsoka series something that has been wrong for some time now. This is still a pretty self contained show about Ahsoka, not Luke and Leia, at least until Thrawn gets back to the wider galaxy,
I personally believe, with the brief mention of Leia on the series, that we are going to see Luke, Leia and Han in the main fight against Thrawn on Filoni´s movie or some other movie that will tackle Thrawn story in the future and now that Hayden has come back, we probably will see some interactions betweenAnakin and Luke, I seem to remember Filoni talking about FG Anakin giving him some lessons on lightsaber styles of fighting and that´s why Luke´s stance in the mandalorian was so similar to Vader´s in Rogue One but I can´t find the interview right now :)
So I guess we just need to be patient and see where this is going on and see if they learned their lesson about cutting and choosing SW canon.
Anakin is sort of a dead beat father for being fully capable of communicating post-death and he's choosing to train Ahsoka instead of Luke :) meanwhile Luke :) is all alone with R2 rebuilding the Jedi without any guidance (that we know of)
We don't know if Obi-Wan is still speaking to him :) or Yoda :) or Mace Windu :) even fucking Qui-Gon Jinn would be a good contender to be consulting Luke on how to rebuild.
But you know what's even fucking crazy?
Ahsoka doesn't even need to be a Jedi again if she doesn't want to. She just needs to be available and nearby for Luke for whenever he has a question :) which she chose not to be :)
But back to Anakin. Isn't it crazy that both of his kids are alive and well and he has the ability to become full body apparition and he's choosing to not be with his kids :)
Wow :) he doesn't even tell Ahsoka "hey btw now that we have that sorted out I need you to help go help Luke" nope :) none of that :)
AND THEN AHSOKA meets Luke for the first time (btw did y'all wanna see how they met? Well fuck you you won't get to see their first conversation) and we can assume they share stories. So now Luke knows about who his dad was from a non-vague perspective (thanks Obi) and Ahsoka now knows that Anakin has two adult kids :) and she :) the woman who is soooo traumatized by her master and had a deep emotional bond with. Is choosing :) to not be with them
Weird right? Your mentor that was with you during a big emotional part of your life and you find out his blood continues. Very weird you wouldn't voluntarily be there with them. You don't even have to be that active in their lives. The least you could do is offer to drive Kylo Ren to soccer practice or give Leia some pictures and video footage of her birth parents and her would-be adoptive parents from the Republic era.
But no, fuck them kids I guess
"So much like you father 🥲" bitch I will throw a chair at you, don't talk to him like that if you're not gonna be helpful.

Going off Fish anon, what are some of your Team STRQ hot takes?
Well, I already said a bunch of them in this other ask! But since you came all this way, here’s three other Team STRQ Hot Takes:
Raven completely has the potential to redeem herself, and if she isn’t forgiven by other characters, she should at least be forgiven by the audience/metanarrative.
Summer Rose is not a Grimm! Idk how that theory got so popular! Just because a Grimm demonstrates intelligence does not mean Salem had to put a PERSON in there, let alone SUMMER “DEAD ANIME MOM” ROSE!
It’s not,,, bury your gays,,,,, if they aren’t,, canonically gay,,,, It’s not,,,,,, queerbaiting,,, to not address a character’s sexuality,,,, if it’s not relevant,, If you,, feel sad for Qrow,,, that’s,,, a sign of good writing,,,, because they wanted you,,,,,, to FEEL SAD,,,,,,,,

$311m Abacha loot: Don accuses FG of abusing federalism
KINDLY SHARE THIS STORY
Sani Abacha

A professor of Political Science, Femi Otubanjo, on Saturday slammed the Federal Government for unilaterally deciding on what to do with the repatriated $311m stolen by the late military Head of State, Gen Sani Abacha.
According to him, taking the decision alone is an abuse of federalism.
