Why about Cloud being able to escape with Prompto from Shinra or Niflheim but had to leave his youngest Chadley behind. Prompto getting to meet his younger brothers years later.

That gives an additional reason for Cloud to keep going on long uncontactable trips throughout Prompto's childhood and teen years - he's trying to figure out a way to contact and/or break out Chadley without Sephiroth or the Empire finding and capturing him and therefore Prompto.

Also does Prompto even know he has a little brother before meeting Chadley? Or did Cloud keep that a secret from him (to prevent him from asking further questions about his origin/sire, to prevent him from possibly doing something risky that might put him in danger, because Cloud is ashamed that he did leave a son behind).

One of the interesting distinctions between the brothers is probably their relationship to their barcodes. For Prompto it's a source of shame and something to be hidden at (almost) all costs. While Chadley is probably more neutral about his. Sure, he understands that its at least partially designed to mark him as Property but he's been using it his whole life to move about his world. He's probably figured out how to hack the system so he can grant himself access to places that should be restricted access even to him using it.

I also think both brothers would feel very self-conscious comparing themselves to the other.

To Prompto Chadley is so smart. And he knows a lot of the history of the world (both landscape and political), stuff that even Ignis doesn't know, that Prompto feels almost useless in comparison.

To Chadley Prompto has lived so much fuller of a life. He's explored the world that Chadley has only read about and made really close friendships while Chadley's stayed within the Empire's borders where everyone was turning into daemons.

Add onto that the feeling that Cloud chose Prompto over Chadley (even if he didn't have a choice). It's a good thing neither of them have cruel or competitive personalities. But instead it feeds into their personal feelings of not being good enough.

What is the best way to make the glaives + titus fall asleep? (Full belly? Cuddles? Massages? Soft music?) The glaives need some love and rest. I personally fall asleep anytime my girlfriend holds me and plays with my hair. Thank you!

That´s a beautiful ask anonie!❤️ They certainly need lots of love and rest. (even if they say that they don´t and it´s just part of the job, you know who I am talking about 👀)

How to make glaives fall asleep (+ with their S/O) :

Nyx is the type that loves when his S/O plays with his hair and scratching his scalp, it puts him in such calm and sleepy mood. If he doesn´t have S/O, then he falls asleep when he´s listening to audio books. It´s the best way how to just shut down for a moment, he needs the background.

Lib is definitively the type of person that falls asleep with full belly of good food. ( and If some alcohol is involved then even better in his opinion) And if Lib has a S/O then gentle rubbing or scratching his full stomach, Lib will be out like a light. (He looks like a big cat with his tummy out, begging for scratches)

Tredd always striked me as touch oriented person, so if he can hold his S/O close to his chest and perhaps hide in the crooke of their neck then he´s the happiest Furia ever. (Tredd loves the warm of other person, it´s oddly comforting and it instantly lulls him to sleep) Without S/O he usually needs a good and long workout to tire him out.

Honestly, he falls asleep during his late night work. Luche exhausts himself so much, it crashes on him. But if he´s home for once at reasonable time then I can see him just lay there in complete silence, enjoying the quiet. (working with people is gruelling) With his S/O he enjoys deep back massages, that can make him melt on the spot.

Pelna actually falls asleep when he gets to drink chamomile tea or lavender tea. (it helps him sleep much better and relax) When he´s with his S/O he loves to fall asleep on their thighs while they read or watch videos. Pelna loves the closeness, the warm that radiates from the other person. (bonus points if his S/O hold his hand while rubbing his knuckles)

Crowe loves one hot and long bath with herbs. Soaking like that makes her forget literally everything. (moreover, it washes away all the bad things) Many times she fell asleep like that and almost drowned. When her S/O is singing or humming some soft tune, it makes her close her eyes and cherish the moment, which results in Crowe asleep.

Axis most likely falls asleep when surrounded by his family, prefferably in cuddle pile with his children when TV is playing in the background. With his S/O he loves spooning in the bed while they gently cares his face.

Sonitus falls asleep when he can hear the sound of the sea. You may laugh but he lived at coast his whole life. (Soni just can´t image to sleep without waves crashing at the reef, and smell of salt and seaweed) Soni loves when his S/O is his personal blanket, their weight and warm ground him in the reality. ( and to the land of dreaming)

Well, usually he doesn´t sleep much. (Always working the captain of ours) But when he actually gets home, he grabs bottle of bourbon and goes to the bed. There is accompanied by his little dog, which sleeps by his side. When this grump has S/O then he absolutely adores when they tell him about their day or whisper sweet things in his ear. (their voice is the most beautiful sound for Titus)

Tifa’s never driven something as new as the Regalia, or anything near as fast as it too.

So she hesitates, almost lets the set of keys slip through her fingers when Noctis tosses them to her over the bonnet, grinning widely at the surprised look on her face.

“I call shotgun, yeah?”

He’s kidding around because it’s just the two of them: date four and he’s already letting her drive his precious car, which is probably a good sign but make or break in a new and budding relationship, depending on whether she manages to crash it into a tree and kill the both of them. 

Tifa sent him a wry smile.

“You sure?”

“Of course,” Noctis shrugged, sliding into the passenger side. He leaned over the gearbox to open the door of the driver’s side for her too, ever the gentleman.  “I know you’re a good driver, Tifa.”

Tifa likes to think so too but she doesn’t really feel like it, driving 10mph under the speed limit because all she can concentrate on is Noctis’ unrelenting gaze on her, his attention so undivided that it has her needlessly tucking a strand of hair behind her ear and saying:

“Noctis.”

“Hm?”

“You’re distracting me.”

A flash of white teeth revealed his amusement.

“I’m not doing anything but looking at you looking very sexy while driving my car. If you’re distracted, that’s your prerogative.”

Tifa scoffed, appearing unaffected, but the next time she rolled the Regalia to a stop at a red light, she reached over and palmed at his jaw to reorient his face away from hers, which had them both laughing. 

Conceding defeat, Noctis fiddled with the sound system between them, tuning them into a local radio station and then resting a hand on her upper leg. 

The contact is natural, idle for him and them, and Tifa wouldn’t have paid it any mind until she could feel his thumb tracing the line of elastic at the top of her stockings, then his fingers dipping between her thighs.

“Noct—?”

“—Eyes on the road, Tifa,” he said, smirking when she glanced at him with upturned brows. 

It was dusk and she had just turned them onto the highway, where there was no one else and nothing but an endless road through the desert for miles.

Still, it was no excuse to be touching her like that while she was driving, turning her knuckles white from her iron grip on the steering wheel as his hand strayed closer to the arousal pounding between her thighs. 

The more she tried to ignore it, the further his fingers travelled up her skirt and to her eternal horror, Tifa felt her hips cant towards them, her pulse skittering at their proximity. 

The shift, as minute as it was, does not get past Noctis when he finally lets them brush over her centre, feather-light at first, then the second time more purposeful, again and again until he pushes her underwear to one side to seek out the soft wetness that greets him and—

—And that’s when Tifa abruptly swerves the car into a lay-by, causing him to withdraw his hand to maintain his balance against the car’s interior until she screeched them to a halt.

“Noctis! Are you insa—?!”

But he swallows her reprimand with his mouth on hers, unfastening his seatbelt in the process and quicker than she thought humanly possible.

He launched himself towards her, vaguely registering Tifa’s tiny yelp in surprise and her hands carding through the hair on the back of his head.

The position was uncomfortable; Noctis having to lean over the gear stick with one hand braced on the headrest behind her as the other buried itself between her legs once more.

It didn’t matter though because a kind of madness had taken over, a kind of desperation that had their tongues tangling and their hands grappling and Tifa grinding herself against the heel of Noctis’ palm as his fingers slipped and curled and worked their magic inside of her.

He manages to coax an orgasm so hard that it knocks the wind out of her, leaving her gasping and completely consumed by a surging tide of sensation engulfing her entire body.

Noctis drew back just in time to watch her fall apart, easing her through it, letting her ride it out on his fingers and taking advantage of her parted mouth to bite her bottom lip between his teeth and suckle the pain away with his tongue.

“Noctis…” she whines with hooded eyes, all weak and dazed but far from fully satisfied.

He knew what she was thinking.

“Take this back to mine?” he said but he shouldn't have wasted his breath, when Tifa put the car into gear to make a sharp U-turn and sent the tyres screeching into the night.

Ignis/Gladio is still your top FFXV ship

Holyshit this came at me out of the blue haha! Blast from my former existence on tumblr! I haven’t thought about FFXV for a thousand years! Yes though, they’d be my top ship for that game, I think. :). Ravus will always be my darling though.

So, we know that Noctis is the 114th king, and that it’s been about 2000 years since Somnus. However, 114 generations, if *everyone* had a kid at 25 (which we know Regis didn’t, he was 30), that would be 2850 years. So either the timeline isn’t accurate (totally possible) or there have been a fair few kings that succeeded their siblings/cousins.

While we don't know much about the previous kings, one of the more notable ones, the Rogue, ascended to the throne in an age where queens were not seen as fit to rule alone because her father *and* her brother (presumably older one) had both been killed (by daemons, according to the wiki). That coupled with how quickly Regis was seen to age and have failing health in canon, and you can assume that Rogue was not the first or last time a sibling had to ascend the throne, and that in times or war or notable trouble, Lucii had a much higher mortality rate than the average royalty.

FFVII --> Aerith/Reno or Tifa/Rude

FFVIII --> I don't ship a lot from FFVIII, but Quistis deserved more, so Squall/Quistis

FFIX --> Blank with whoever the hell he wanted, that boy deserves it

FFX --> too perfect to be touched. Only canon counts here for me. (Auron and Lulu were interesting tho ahahhaha)

FFX-2 --> Rikku/Gippal!! (Weren't they kinda canon tho?)
