How Tidy Would the Closets of Court of Darkness Princes Be?*

*If their valets didn’t clean them regularly . Also, what’s hiding in there?

Guy

Very efficient. Lots of hidden storage space. Hidden areas can only be opened with a specialized key—a key that looks like a bookmark to the untrained eye. The key is one that also unlocks Guy’s private villa within the Avari palace.

Hidden areas contain random items collected by his dragon Ertl. Also a number of jewels favored by his mom when she was alive. Even Jasper is unaware of some of these items.

A set of military strategy and star constellation books are lined on a shelf in the back.

Toa

Not a speck of dust to be found

Clothes organized by degrees of formality and shades of blue

Growing up, Toa was used to his closet and room bring randomly inspected for perceived defects—things not in order, too many frivolous items in abundance (no Idina, a book about weasels isn’t a sign of weakness…). As such, he instinctively keeps his closet meticulously clean.

In a corner of the closet is a stash of chocolate. The stash is depleted if he gets in a contentious argument with Guy or if he’s flooded with letters from his father.

Lynt

The entirety of the closet is filled with blankets and pillows. They litter the floor, spill over shelves.

More than once, Lynt has made a nest within his closet, cocooning himself in soft comforting warmth.

And definitely more than once, Tino has searched in a panic for his erstwhile Master, only to hear a light chittering. He opens the closet to find Lynt in a curled position holding his squirrel familiar Phee against his chest.

Ok, there’s more than just blankets and pillows in the closet. There’s also a scattering of wild berries and nuts for Phee to munch on.

Fenn

A strong heady burst of lavender and lilac hits the nostrils when one opens Fenn’s closet. And maybe smoke or alcohol if he spent the evening in town.

Clothes of all varieties are on the closet floor in piles and strung about haphazardly on hooks. Includes clothes from previous romantic encounters. Also includes a few items from Violet (her closet is also overflowing and he offered her some space).

Despite the sheer volume of outfits, Fenn has the remarkable ability to reach into the endless piles of cloth and instantly find the exact article of clothing he wants.

Roy

Crisp white royal suits are arranged in an elegant row on golden hangers. The suits are perfectly lined up, not a crease to be found. They look almost like armor—or like royal straight jackets.

But push the suits aside and there’s a cream and gold armoire. Faded pink and yellow roses are painted on the sides—a memento of Sherry and Roy’s childhood days. The armoire contains various knickknacks—pegasus figurines; fairytales his parent read to him and Sherry growing up; a book of pressed dried flowers from his adventures in Invidia as a boy.

When feeling stressed, Roy pushes the white suits aside and opens the armoire, to give himself a moment to feel like a person again.

Rio

If Saligia has the equivalent of a mini-fridge, it’s in Rio’s closet. Several of them.

Rio’s closet is basically a pantry full of food stuffs, seeds for his garden, pots and shovels. A few plants that thrive on shade are there too that he’s trying to nurse back to health. Multiple swords are there for when he’s in a sparring mood.

Like Fenn, there are piles of clothes throughout the closet. Unlike Fenn, Rio cannot find items quickly. Has been nearly late to class more than once due to not finding a shirt (half the time, the shirt was found balled up in a large flower pot). That said, he does find food items instantly with a giant sniff of his nose.

Lance

His closet is nearly bare. Spartan. Only key essential pieces are there, flung about.

There’s a small mahogany cabinet with scratches on it that contains absinthe and other liquor. A couple of empty bottles on the ground.

On top of the cabinet are a few gnawed tree branches from his wolf companion Grushia on his patrols in the forest. Grushia was so proud of his find that Lance took it back to his room.

Inside the cabinet are several drawings of Lance and a small white-haired boy from Christop. Unlike Lance’s clothes, these drawings are carefully protected in an old cigar box from Professor Hawke with magical locks.

Was working on these designs for about a week but I think I'm done! (Note: don't really like how Roy and the headmaster designs came out :[ )

I got this idea when someone posted what they thought fenns gift looks like I loved their idea and it was also the day I realized Fenn didn't give the Mc lingerie like I thought he did 😭 soo yeah.

Saligia kingdoms as real life countries Pt.2

Good day, my esteemed Concordians. I trust this moment finds you in good health and high spirits. Here I am, once again with the last part of the lesson about how "The Creator" copied has taken inspiration from the Earth and created Saligia. I'm not going to take attendance today, so let's get started my dears.

Kingdom of Avari - Japan

Avari, Land of Fire. Home of our beloved Guy who couldn't care less for his fanclub lol. He is a mood. Back to the kingdom, settled by an ambitious people who are blessed by the abundance this volcanic land provides. Rich with underground resources, this is a powerful kingdom. Many veins of valuable ore run through the land, which makes Avarians excellent metalsmiths and crafters of magical weapons. Their most famous export is red coffee.

So why Japan? Japan is a volcanic archipelago with abundant mineral resources and a history of expertise in metallurgy, especially in the crafting of swords and tools (like katanas). Additionally, although coffee culture is relatively recent, there has always been a strong tradition of beverages such as tea and sake.

Kingdom of Luxure - France

Luxure, just hearing the name of this kingdom makes you go bankrupt. Luxure, you would think is the Land of Luxury, but nope, it actually is the Land of Lakes, and home to our favourite womanizer/maneater Fenn (even his name sounds luxurious). Anyway, back to the topic, selected for its vibrant landscape, this land is favored by those that seek pleasure. The fields of art and entertainment flourish in this kingdom, which is also known for its unique attitude towards love and marriage. Here, any one person can be married to multiple other people at the same time. The local specialty here is blue wine.

And what does Luxure has to do with France? Well, actually A LOT. France is known for its vibrant artistic scene, its liberal approach to love and relationships (being a culture open to diverse forms of expression in love), and its tradition of high-quality wines. Similar to Spain, France is another nation with a great sense of fashion, being directly the birthplace of haute couture. All these characteristics have endowed France with unparalleled popularity on a global scale. Fenn would LOVE this place.

Kingdom of Voleri - Italy

Voleri, Land of Plenty. This fertile region was chosen for its ability to feed its citizens' voracious appetites (we have seen it with Rio). This expansive land is known for its agriculture, producing the most food of any kingdom in the magical realm. However, Volerians lack economic trade agreements, which puts them at a disadvantage power- wise. Famous products include Volerian wheat.

Okay, this is another case of a difficult kingdom to identify on Earth, It could try to mimic Argentina. Argentina is a country with vast fertile lands, known for its agricultural production, especially cereals like wheat, and it has faced economic challenges despite its natural wealth. BUT, in my opinion, Italy is the best match for Voleri. Italy boasts vast farmland, rolling green hills, and fertile lands that produce wheat, grapes, olives, and more. Regions like Tuscany and Puglia stand out for the natural beauty of their rural landscapes, where agriculture lies at the heart of the economy and culture, much like in Voleri. Additionally, Italy is renowned for its love of food, with a cuisine that celebrates fresh, local ingredients. Italians are also known for their hospitality and their cheerful, open nature, doesn't that reminds you of our beloved Rio?

Kingdom of Ira - Arabia

Ira, also known as the Land of Deserts. An indignant people opted for this ideal battleground from which to win every fight. Surrounded by desert and with few natural resources, the Irian people have focused on enhancing their military might. They have little exportable products, keeping their kingdom afloat through mercenary work instead. I mean, I'm sure it's a beautiful kingdom, but it does sound kinda scary (the mercenary work part took me out).

Now, what does Ira has to do with Arabia? Both Ira and Arabia are defined by vast deserts that create a harsh and challenging environment. These lands are tough, arid, and demand great resilience to survive, symbolizing the strength of their inhabitants. Additionally, Arabia has historically held strategic importance due to its geographical location. So yeah, they are pretty similar.

Isle of Colde - Malta

Finally, our pretty little island. Isle of Colde, the Keeper of Peace. This island was formed in hopes of never bringing war and tragedy to the magical realm again. The Royal Academy of Concordia is located on this politically neutral island. Each kingdom must send their princes here to this microcosm of the magical realm, which serves as a symbol of peace.

And you know what? Exactly! This island has also been pretty difficult to summarize in just one country, but I tried my best. Okay, essentially, it resembles Switzerland more closely. Switzerland is famous for its political neutrality, its focus on peace, and for being a meeting point for diplomats and international students. The idea of a "microcosm" where people from different places gather also mirrors Switzerland as the host of international organizations. Furthermore, its role as a symbol of peace fits perfectly with the image of a neutral and safe place. However, aesthetically, one could say that the best comparison for Colde would be another island, this time called Malta. Malta, as a small island in the Mediterranean, has a long history of serving as a meeting point for various cultures, which aligns with the concept of a neutral place. Malta has been a melting pot of European, Arab, and Mediterranean cultures, and although small, it possesses a unique beauty with its coastlines, historic architecture, and colorful landscapes, making it an ideal location for diplomacy.

And well, that’s all, dear ones. I hope you’ve enjoyed this masterclass about our world and its foundations. Now, back to your studies, you wouldn’t want to end up in section C and get expelled, would you? Bye-bye! Kisses!

How the Princes would react to MC being pregnant!

Guy: He would be absolutely stunned into silence at first. After sitting there in silence to contemplate his existence as a father, he would sit you down and tell you that you needn’t worry, because he’d take care of you. He’d formally move you into his chambers from then on and personally act as your bodyguard. He’d walk you everywhere and make sure you eat properly, even going so far as to escort you on daily walks to make sure you and the baby are healthy. Once he got used to the idea, he would worry over you and fuss over your wellbeing because he loves you so much.

Toa: He would most likely be incredibly happy. Toa doesn’t grin much, but the dazzling smile when you tell him could rival the sun itself. He worries about how his family will react, of course, but that’s nothing compared to the joy he feels at having a family with you. He often talks to the baby when the two of you are alone together, leaning down to your bump and telling them how he’s excited to meet them and how loved they are. Toa would be an excellent father. He immediately starts collecting every book in the library on how to raise and care for children, and he shares what he learns with MC when they take meals together. He also tells Knight to start collecting things for when the baby arrives.

Fenn: His first reaction would be terror. He’d never thought about the possibility of having children, and the thought of being a father scares him because he doesn’t know if he’ll be a good father for his child. However, once you reassure him that he’ll be fine, he starts becoming more and more excited. He never thought he’d have the chance to raise a wholesome family, and he’s so enamored with the fact that he starts obsessing over it. He goes into town with you to look at baby clothes and even starts telling Violet about it whenever he gets the chance to talk about his little one. his fangirls are absolutely in despair because now he’s really nailed down to you. The bad thing is, now he’s regarded as a DILF.

Lynt: He almost cried when you told him. This man has so much joy inside him that he ended up sobbing on your shoulder because of how happy he is. He’d always secretly wanted a child of his own, and he couldn’t be happier that the both of you were going to be parents! He’d start telling you about how he would cuddle the baby to sleep and rock them gently in his arms. Lynt would be the perfect father. He would be able to hush the child to sleep and have them sleeping in his arms within five seconds, simply emitting a calming, sleepy aura. You’d never be able to separate him from his beloved little child.

Roy: He’d simply stop functioning for a full five minutes. He cannot believe his ears. When he finally gets it through his head, he immediately throws his arms around you and genuinely has a breakdown of happy tears. He can’t believe he’s so lucky, he gets to have a child with the most amazing person ever. He starts talking to you about how he’d give the child the most amazing life, how he’s so excited to tell his family about it. He would talk nonstop about it to anyone who would listen, and eventually the other princes get tired of listening to him ramble about how much he loves his baby.
