I can’t draw but I have this mental image where Dan Feng is asleep, maybe on Yingxing’s shoulder or just close to him in general. And his eyes are closed, so he can’t see the gentle light behind them. And Yingxing shuts one eye and holds his hand at the just right angle so he can’t see Dan Feng’s horns and he just looks like a normal person sleeping. And that’s what starts it. The beautiful, dangerous thought that maybe they can break free of who the world says they are.

I’m gonna be honest, Blade and Dan Heng and Dan Feng and Yingxing and their whatever have me feeling the most insane I’ve felt in months, like I’m feeling crazy thinking about them and all the theories people have about them.
