Vet gave our cat a transdermal narcotic pain med a few hours ago. Kitty's eyes are big as saucers, she has completed performance art with the food that used to be in her dish, and she just spent 4 minutes and 27 seconds staring six inches above the water bowl before she remembered that she could lower her head and/or that water is potable. I hope you're feeling no pain, sweetheart. Mommy will hold your hair back if you need to puke.

Another marker drawing! Decided to be a bit more ambitious and draw a group.

Decided to draw Top Cat and the gang. Based on a wallpaper of them I saw somewhere. It featured them running.

I had another set of pens lying around somewhere. So, I decided to test one of them while comparing it to the pens I've drawn with for the past 4 years by drawing Fancy Fancy.

The new pen is used on the left sketch, while the old pen is used on the right sketch. After looking at the scans and attempting to digitize them, I think the old pen is better. Even though the new pen can make cleaner lines, the ink doesn't come out right most of the time. It doesn't come out as fluidly as the ink in the old pens, and it just feels like I'm using a poorer version of something I already have.

That's not to say the new pen is unusable. I might put it through more tests in the future. But unless I can find a better alternative to the pens I've been using, I'll just stick with what I already have.

Thera's DnD Gala Attire .:DnD Character Design:.

Thera has a charity gala to attend to in the cyberpunk world she is in, and this is the one dress she wears to any event. A simple, black dress with a high cut and minimal gold accents. Gotta show off the golden claws of course. She even lets her hair down from her usual bun to complete the look. What trouble will she find herself in thanks to her rambunctious party? I don't know, but I know that she will chew their ear off afterwards. Thera is my cyberpunk character currently in use for a campaign my friend runs, and it's been fun to draw more outfits for her!
