apologies if you've already answered a similar question on here, but what software + brushes do you use? your lineart is so beautiful <3

hi hi !! i'll try to do a rundown of everything, but let me know if i miss something. ☆૮꒰•༝ •。꒱ა

I pretty much only use these two brushes: 'Marker' : sketching, 'lineart', occasionally rendering. 'Render' : rendering only.

Now, in terms of software and the more technical stuff. Software : Sai2, I've used Sai and FireAlpaca before though. Tablet : Huion Tablet, Inspiroy H1060P ( pretty sure ).

I use a DPI, sometimes called 'printing resolution', of 300. And I start with a canvas size of 4000x5500, though I usually crop it when working on the sketch and composition. Canvas settings specifically, cause I never learned about these, I recommend using higher DPI and size in general. -- If you're intending to make something physical out of art ( prints, charms, stickers, etc. ) you should look up sizes for recommendations for what you're doing specific.

I also use 'layer effect' afterwards, specifically setting the 'paper' as well... paper. Whether you pick paper, paper A, or paper B ; it really doesn't change that much since they're pretty similar. You could also use any of the 'pastel_texture' ones if you want something more noticeable. If you want to check how one looks, turn up its settings and use it on a plain, light to mid-tone color and click through them. It should make it easier for you to look at how it'll look.

We’ll probably have a celebration at this park after we get back from wiping out all the curses from this village, and by then I’ll have enough information to see if that’s a good day to confess to him. He gets up, nodding at you and waving, giving you a playful wink before leaving the room.  —        Here you were now, sitting on the picnic blanket. He had a toothy grin on his face, and strands of hair strayed from his bun as the wind whipped against him.     “(Y/N)! I have news~!” he screams, approaching the picnic with long strides.     Your heart jumps out of your chest, did he talk for you instead, and got Gojo to confess?     “I set you and Gojo up!” he sang, sitting down with a heavy thud and digging his hand into the picnic basket, sticking his tongue out as he searched for snacks. He looks at you sadistically, thoroughly enjoying the shocked expression on your face.     “WHAT?”     Shoko snickers a little, before changing it into a cough as you glare at her.     “Yep, he’s coming back now, so you better prepare!” yanking out a snack, he peers down. “Fuck yeah! Trees as a sort of canopy hung over your head, rustling with the wind. No people in sight.     He cleared his throat again, looking down at you.     “Uh, here looks really nice. Pretty peaceful, and there’s seating.” he gestured to a bench with his unoccupied hand.    You nod as he pulled you a bit closer into him, before letting go.     A whine almost leapt out of your throat before he slammed your hands over your mouth, for all you knew he wasn’t going to ask you out, and rather ask you directions to the nearest bathroom or some shit.     “Hey, sit down.”     Snapping out of your daze, you nodded, sitting down and staring at the opposite direction of wherever he faced.     You wished you had the courage to stare at his face, to look at his sunglasses while he ruffled his snow white locks. His defined collarbones, and his chiseled jawline and...     “So! What did you wanna talk about, (Y/N)?” you whipped your head to stare at him, jumping a little as you did so.     “Um.” FUCK, what were you supposed to say?     “...Lovely weather we’re having?”     Gojo scoffed, leaning towards you. He really did know how to work a person. Breathing heavier then you were when he pulled you closer to him, you looked at him, anticipating whatever he would say.     “I know that’s... Not what you were asking to talk to me for. Let me guess, you have a crush on Geto and you want to ask me how to get him to like you?”     ‘What! No!” you responded exasperatedly, hiding your face with your hands.     “I... Don’t have a thing for Geto!”     “What was that?” Gojo paused, before pulling at your sleeve. “Hey, I couldn’t hear you.” joking teasingly, he fixed his askew sunglasses.    “I DON’T HAVE A THING FOR GETO!”     He jumped back, rubbing his temples and sighing before chuckling.     “You didn’t have to be that fucking loud! Holy shit that hurt my ears.” rubbing them, he looked at you with a laugh.     You noted that his friendly behavior was back in business, as opposed to the serious one he had adopted as soon as you started hanging out with Geto.     Suddenly, the atmosphere changed as his laughter died out, both of you silent.     “Then... Who do you have a thing for?” Gojo whispered breathily, crossing his legs.     You opened your mouth, about to respond with every bit of power that you had left inside of your already frazzled body that he was the one that you had a thing for, and the one you had a thing for for multiple fucking months. You closed it before you could, taking a deep breath in.     “Hey.” leaning closer into your face, you swore you could count every hair strand that he had. He breathed heavily as well, and his chest heaved, he placed a hand onto your shoulder.     “It’s okay, you can tell me.”     You shook your head, looking away once again.     He cursed to himself, was he too straight forward? Or were you that stupid, did he have to confess himself?     No, he didn’t want to damage his pride. Hi! I moved here cause I can’t get a lick of sense from the people on bird app. Idk how to feel about this shitshow that I just witnessed. I just remembered there were more reasons as to why that person was banned. That person initially harassed a member of 5up’s community in which the mod defended. So the group disliked the mod too and continued to shit on them privately and publicly.

Next, thirst tweets can be funny to some. But others find it really uncomfortable which is understandable. They have made suggestive remarks about the pink man and even steve before (that peeps overlooked) but it’s not like the cc themselves are bothered (?). So idk even anymore.

I’m don’t know if I’m making any sense. I’m sorry for the spam ;( This is just the first time I just felt genuinely anxious seeing all the things said about 5up so I word vomited here.

overnight, it became clear that the nsfw part of the issue is not really an issue, besides being the recurrent meme for this situation. i read from various people that 5up explicitly said that he didn’t have a problem with the nsfw tweets when discussing this with the mods, but that he took that decision based on the harassment, which. ok another can of worms. to me, the thing is... smart fandom behavior is to always push away the things that you don’t wanna see. so nsfw jokes/tweets might be not of your liking. what should you do? the correct answer is, unfollow/mute/block the people that make them, and in general every person that you wouldn’t wanna share the fandom with. that’s to me the only way you can genuinely enjoy fandom as intended lol. but there are cases in which we do not take the smartest option. and we somehow make this our problem, which is the most typical case of twitter entitlement, that reads like “you’ve posted something i don’t like. Prepare To Die.”

when i saw the tweet pictured above in the thread, i was like ooooooooooh so this is just. typical twitter drama. which already highlights the entire issue with this... this is just twitter drama. why is twitch involved? how did the person get banned in both of 5up’s channels? if it were for twitter drama, or this person tweeted something i don’t like!, i’m sure hundreds of people would be arbitrarily banned. so that’s why it’s handled differently on twitch. now, i don’t know jasfer, like i’ve never talked to the guy, but i’m familiar with him. as someone who’s been a fan of 5up for like a year now, i know he’s been here from the start and he’s also a beloved chat member and person in the twitter portion of the fandom. it feels like insult to injury because it wasn’t that jasfer had a bad reputation in 5up’s chat or a bad relationship with most people in it. it’s just... such shitty luck on their part tbh lol

imagine if it were anybody else, like, two randoms on twitter. the best outcome to that would probably be an eventual block on both sides so they just stop talking about it all the time, right? except that this didn’t happen here because one of them happened to be a mod for a chat that the other person frequented. i think by now you know i don’t agree with the decision at all, then.

thing is, i can understand everyone’s sides and empathize with everyone. i understand why 5up stood up by his mods, i understand why the mod was anxious/felt targeted and resorted to this option, i understand jasfer’s anger/sadness from the outcome of the situation. but i’d still side with jasfer, nonetheless, because he’s the only one with no power here. the most that he can do is bring attention to what happened, but he can’t unban himself, or return in other account and expect everything to go well, etc. and it’s like, urgh. like if i was on their place i would be genuinely devastated lol.

now, i could be talking completely out of my ass, right? because i don’t know what really happened. maybe jasfer genuinely did incredibly shitty things and corralled the mod team and 5up into taking that drastic decision. but that’s just another part of the whole twitter drama of it all, isn’t it? see, when i was more active in twitter (in another fandom), if you didn’t like someone/something you’d talk shit about them in your rant. that’s how it went, and everybody did the same. in that part, i can understand how things grew out of proportion, but again, does anyone know what really happened besides the mods and jasfer? not really. and it’s hard to take a real stance because the whole thing happened on private twitter accounts. which yet again highlights how bad of a decision banning jasfer from both 5up twitch channels was, because, how are we ever gonna know if it was deserved? jasfer didn’t do anything wrong in chat, which is what should matter. and if the so called harassment (that we have to take 5up’s word for it!) happened in private rant accounts... is. is it really harassment? or like, was it just a case of people being (understandably) reactionary and doing what everyone else usually does in twitter dot com?

and the fact that the mod liked this tweet afterwards... isn’t that just incredibly petty? celebrating a personal victory after banning someone that has no say in the matter? jasfer said they tried contacting 5up through discord, and only made the thread days later because they never got a response. so it’s clear that 5up (understandably!) took their mods’ side and was loyal to them, but it came at the cost of what could’ve been a smarter, better decision for everyone involved. but now, because jasfer was left with no tools other than bring attention to his side of the story, twitter blew it out of proportion and everyone is very kindly sending dead threats to everybody involved.

sigh. it’s just... a big mix of terrible luck and bad choices. i usually agree with 5up when it comes to twitter stuff, but making it seem like he’s going against everyone is ignoring the fact that some twitter drama should’ve never made it to his twitch channel(s) anyways, and that a better decision should’ve been taken. now it’s just the worst of both worlds and no one got anything good out of it. like, arguably, the mod got what they wanted, but also got multiple death threats too. i doubt there’s any chance of jasfer ever coming back to 5up’s chat, at least not in the way it was before. because of the twitter thread including sapnap and this being a bad decision in general, a bigger audience now regards 5up badly and this will probably be a passing mention in the eventual cancelling 5up thread when twitter gets boring enough. like, meh. it’s just a mess to watch and it’s just depressing from every angle.

Private && Selective:

So for this I’d like to state that there are several reasons for why I am like this. Could be due to a falling out with whoever, busy with tasks IRL, bouncing between other blogs and such. As much as I like to do stuff here I’d like to be fair and say that my interest varies from time to time as well as my muse. There could be somedays where I don’t feel like getting on and somedays where I do feel like getting on.

I will answers asks such as memes BUT, if we are not mutual (which means you follow me and I follow back ) I will not respond to anything that you reblog from me. Which now brings us to the mutuals rule if you follow me I will look at your blog and follow you back if I like what I see. What I usually look for is just the rules and about page. Also another thing is I will not respond to anything that I’m tagged in if we are not mutuals. Lastly please do not take things personally if I don’t follow you back. The reasons could be that I don’t agree with some things or I haven’t seen the notification if you followed me.\

OC’s & Cross-Overs:

For OC’s I’m very open to interacting with them since I myself have an OC as well. However, they have to be well written. Which means the whole shebang (Back story along with Head Canons). Also any OC that Natsu hasn’t interacted with him; he will treat as a stranger. Mainly to create chemistry between muses, makes it more interesting to start from scratch. Which also leads to shipping with OC’s in general, I will only ship with OC’s if both muses have developed chemistry together where they can also develop feelings and attraction towards each other.

This one I can’t stress enough. If you have a character that has a backstory involving my muse such as tragic past, relationship Family or Friend. You MUST contact me to discuss. Starters that are automatically sent to inbox for example “You killed my family! In front of my eyes! I’m going to kill you!” will be deleted with no hesitation. Communication is key if I don’t agree with your head canon your character has with my muse. Don’t take it to face value. Just have to try again.

Cross-Over’s on the other hand I am very open to doing just as long as I know the series said muse is from. It’s always an interesting and exciting experience to have two characters from different universes interact with each other. Also I do not mind to either throw my muse into a different universe or to have yours interact in my muse’s universes.

Asks & Threads:

For asks as much as I like having my inbox spammed with multiple asks. PLEASE keep it to at least one or two prompts for each Prompt I reblog. Reason for this is mainly to keep things in check, it makes it very hard for me to answer each individual ask you send me. As well as other prompts that other muns send me. So please keep it at to a minimum of one or two per prompt. Lastly, if you do not see your ask be answered please do not take anything to heart. I either drafted the ask or replied to it but queued it.

For threads if we have a thread going on and I’m genuinely interested in it I will reply to it. Also If you have a thread going on and you wish for us to continue it. Feel free to message me chances are the thread is in my drafts.

Plotting & Winging it:

I am an awkward shy turtle, who also sucks at plotting from time to time. But I do enjoy a good plot just takes a while for me to come up with something good. Though if you have any ideas on a plot for our muses. Then by all means I am all ears, I’m interested in hearing on other peoples ideas.

Winging it which means just go with the flow of how our muses interact. Depends and varies from time to time. Where as to setting up a scenario for our muses aka plotting, winging it can either be good or bad. What I mean by this is that I can either be interested or not interested with how our muses interacted. But do not be alarmed or hesitant when I say this. Majority of the time I will be interested, so do not fear. :D

Tagging:

This is just for personal reasons but please tag your ships. I respect people and their ships, however I do wish for them to be tagged as there are some I do not agree with for personal reasons. I will most likely want Laxlu and Lolu. Along with others, everybody will get one if by chance you forget to tag them. But afterwards if I see any post without them being tagged. I will unfollow

Shipping & Smut:

I am a multi-ship blog meaning each character Natsu has a romantic ship with will be in its own universe. Ex: He can be shipped with x amount of Lucy, Levy, Lisanna, etc. HOWEVER, even though both Natsu and I are a multi-ship blog. As mentioned before there NEEDS to be chemistry and development in order for Natsu to be shipped with another muse romantically. For Natsu, it’s a long and slow process alike many others to develop feelings.

Smut however can happen with any muse with or without feelings towards said character. Could be mainly sexual attraction towards another character. However I will only smut with mun’s and muses that are of or over the age of 18.

Ships will be tagged with their tags along with a verse tag. NSFW threads such as smut will also be tagged to allow easy access to black list. As well as images & Gifs containing adult situations

Formatting:

PLEASE TRIM your replies and threads unless on mobile then it is easily understandable. However if you are replying on PC this can easily be fixed. There is an extension that works for Chrome and Firefox called New Xkit. Install that on your respective choice of browser then once installed should give you a message on the tumblr webpage to refresh.

Once the page is refreshed a window will pop up there are several tabs. The one you want to click on is “Get Extensions” scroll down and you will see an extension that says “Editable Reblogs” install that. Once that is taken care you can now trim posts, I apologize if this is a lot to ask. But it makes things a lot easier not only for us but for everyone else on the dashboard. Shorter & Trimmed posts makes the dash board a lot easier to scroll down than to continuously scrolling down a single thread that isn’t trimmed.

Also we don’t have to match each other’s length for replies nor do you need to have special texts. Reply with however length you feel comfortable with as well as your writing is good enough for me.
