VIVACE ( Korean : 비바세 ), formerly known as VIVACE GIRLS ( Korean : 비바세 소녀들 ), is a fictional thirteen-member girl group under I-Teen Media which consists of members divided into three sub-units to promote in. They made their official debut on September 17, 2019 with the mini album VIVACE.

In early 2019, Mnet announced the release of a new survival show called I-Doll, which brought over 70 trainees from different countries to compete for a chance to debut in a girl group with a thirteen-member lineup chosen by the viewers. The show came not without controversy, of course; when the final lineup was announced, there were huge rigging and nepotism scandals surrounding the entire show and accusations that the girls who ranked in the top five cheated their way into debuting, which was never confirmed nor denied.

Although VIVACE started with controversies even before their debut, it didn't stop them from quickly winning over the hearts of South Korea with their debut song, Gee!, released three months after the finale of I-Doll. Along with their mini album, Gee! topped the charts and ended up at number 1 on the Gaon Digital Chart only a week after its release. Their following comebacks were no different; with all of their songs topping the charts, VIVACE quickly rose to fame and solidified themselves as not only one of the top groups in Korea but one of the top groups globally.

The members themselves are also a massive topic of discussion around the world, with people questioning if they even like each other sometimes, also commonly getting into scandals; the VIVACE members are called the Messiest Group in Kpop as of recently, and older K-Netz say that VIVACE reminds them a lot of 2nd Gen Kpop with the member's huge solo fanbases and downright nasty attitudes. The members have individually built huge solo careers, have been titled the It-Girls of 4th Gen, and have been undoubtedly one of the most influential and talented girl groups out there recently.

Welcome to the 52drabbles prompt list for 2024 —which, amusingly, has 53 prompts! (Thank you Leap Year!)

The goal behind this year-long opt-in challenge is to post a drabble every week. To be actively writing, and actively posting, all year.

To that end we've built a list of prompts for each week in 2024 —plus a handful of alternative prompts that can be subbed in for any week (or used as prompts for bonus drabbles, because MOAR drabbles is always good!) The prompts include images, songs, random words or phrases, tropes, and in April, for poetry month - poems.

If the prompt is in double quotes, the prompt must appear in the drabble, otherwise it's meant as inspiration. During April you can choose to write a poem of the type specified as your prompt, or write *about* that type of poem. For song prompts, pick out a lyric if you like, or be inspired by the vibe of the song. Whatever works!

Also included is a list of lengths - you may choose any length from the list to pair with any of the weekly prompts.

Although the challenge is to write a drabble a week, it's a completely voluntary, opt-in sort of challenge. No hard and fast deadlines, no turning them in - just write and post. If you're posting on tumblr, please tag them with @52drabbles so we can find them for monthly roundup posts!

   SEASON’S GREETING ’24 | LET’S GO FOR A RIDE   

the name of rowon’s season’s greetings is let’s go for a ride, aptly titled after his instagram caption at the beginning of this year. it’s meant to convey the feeling of running, or driving, away with him. the packaging is a simple, sleek black box with holographic font.

it features four sub-themes, which captures rowon posed with different types of rides in four separate storylines: an old school dodge wayfarer ( cool vibe ); a racecar ( wild vibe ); a motorcycle ( fun vibe ); and a bicycle ( boyfriend vibe ).

the photobook expands on the storylines. in old school, rowon is styled in a jeans jacket and white t-shirt tucked into faded jeans. in racer, he sports a suzuki racing jacket with slicked-back hair. in motorcyclist, he has on a leather jacket with matching gloves and a helmet. and in boyfriend, he’s wearing a simple white button-up with the top buttons loosened and slacks, reminiscent of an older student or a young businessman.

the polaroid set ( 4 pc ) is luck of the draw, featuring only one of the four sub-themes. all four polaroids are pov, as if the recipient took them of rowon themselves.

the calendar poster, which features only one photo, is also luck of the draw. each sub-theme has a special handwritten note printed somewhere on the photo. old school reads ‘hey, what took you so long?’ racer reads ‘it’s fun, isn’t it?’ motorcylist reads ’need a ride home?’ and boyfriend reads ‘sorry, can i make it up to you?’

the photocard set ( 12 pc ) mirrors the alternating sub-themes of the desk calendar’s months with old school being jan, may, sep; racer being feb, jun, oct; motorcyclist being mar, jul, nov; and boyfriend being apr, aug, dec. *buyer beware: rowon is not that great at taking selcas, so most of his photocards showcase only one angle.

the sticker set ( 1 pc ) has an assortment of holographic stickers related to each sub-theme, including sunglasses, trophy, helmet, and love letter.

his choice for the last item is a diary that matches the season’s greetings box: a sleek black cover with holographic page edges. printed on the first page in rowon’s handwriting is the question ‘what drives you?’ and throughout the diary are a few more handwritten messages of encouragement.

ESP: Holaaaaa! Es febrero, lo que significa que lamentablemente hasta el 14 de este mes seremos bombardeadxs por el horrible capitalismo con el “Día de los enamorados/San Valentín/Día del amor y la amistad”. Yey! Y obviamente como personas afuera de la norma en estos ámbitos, desde los países del norte se celebra la Semana de la Concientización del Espectro Arromántico! O el bien llamado Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week aka ASAW ✨ Es por eso que deseo compartir mi pequeño aporte al subir en una carpeta de Google Drive los subtítulos en español de la increíble, fantástica y hermosa serie japonesa Koisenu Futari! Esta mini serie tiene un espacio muy especial en mi corazón y cuando terminé de verla, solo quería compartirla con todo el mundo porque realmente creo que todxs deberían verla por lo menos una vez en su vida!! Sin embargo, algo que sucedía en el camino era que muchs amix se tropezaban con la barrera del inglés. Es por eso que me he tomado la tarea de traducir los subtítulos ya existentes gracias al increíble trabajo hecho por Kaizen Subs el año pasado. Si bien para la fecha (5/Feb) aún no los he terminado por falta de tiempo, espero tomar esta publicación como inspiración e ir subiendo aunque sea un archivo por semana.

Por otro lado, quisiera agregar que he hecho mi mejor esfuerzo en algunas frases o traducciones. El inglés no es mi primera lengua evidentemente y he tomado esta iniciativa de puro cariño por la serie y mis amix, a pesar de no tener experiencia en el ámbito. Creo en el gran poder de Koisenu Futari para acompañar a las personas que estamos dentro de los espectros arromántico y asexual, como también toda persona que rompa con las normativas sociales y quieran aprender que otras formas de existir son posibles y están bien. ¡La representación/visibilidad siempre será importante!

ENG: Helloooooo! It’s February, which means that unfortunately until the 14th of this month, we will be filled by the hideous capitalism with the “Valentine’s Day” celebration. Yey! And obviously as people outside the norm in these areas, from the northern countries is celebrated the Awareness Week of the Aromantic Spectrum aka ASAW ✨ That’s why I want to share my little contribution by uploading to a Google Drive folder the Spanish subtitles of the incredible, fantastic and beautiful Japanese series Koisenu Futari! This limited series has a very special place in my heart and when I finished it I just wanted to share it with the whole world because I really think everyone should watch it at least once in their life!! However something that happened along the way was that many friends ran into the English barrier. That's why I've taken the trouble to translate the already existing subtitles thanks to the incredible work done by Kaizen Subs last year. Although to date (Feb/5) I have not finished them yet due to lack of time, I hope to take this post as inspiration and upload at least one file per week.

On the other hand, I would like to add that I have done my best in some sentences or translations. English is obviously not my first language and I have taken this initiative out of pure affection for the series and my friends; despite having no experience in the field. I believe in the great power of Koisenu Futari to accompany people who are within the aromantic and asexual spectrum, as well as anyone who breaks with social norms and wants to learn that other ways of existing are possible and okay. Representation will always matter!
