IT'S BEEN A REALLY LONG 4 YEARS OF ACCEPTANCE��🥹🥹 Perhaps many people are wondering "Why do you say that ShuZul is 4 years?! You only started drawing them in May-June" but in fact they are really 4 years🥺😭

I love Azul with all my heart and would like to show love to him in any creative way. But to do this, I had to get over myself, through my low self-esteem, self-doubt, self-loathing and disgust. I "officially" drew ShuZul for the first time last year when I was 17 and I was really ashamed, I didn't show it to anyone except my sis. I was like, "Ugh, my God, we're the same age. I'm so nasty and Shuu looks very stupid and terrible, Azul deserves better than this". IT WAS TERRIBLE...

And this year I decided to try again because I had some ideas🛐 It was difficult because it was before the exams (MAYBE THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T PASS THEM, LMAO/j) and it was really emotionally difficult💔 BUT THEN MY FIRST POSTS ABOUT SHUZUL GOT REALLY A LOT OF NOTES, I WAS SO SURPRISED🥺😭😭😭 And now that it is, Im really happy to receive all your support, love and approval. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have continued to draw ShuZul and talk about them in this way🛐💖❤️💖

I want to preference this with at the end of the day, i am one random person and anyone can do whatever. Alright?

That being said. I wish people realized or at least understood that shipping something that isn't "healthy" means the person thinks this is good or okay. Its the same mentality people have with "if you shoot in game u must want to hurt people irl" and its like...no. When i talk of characters/ships like David x Simon, Clancy x Lucas, or Woods x Hackett/Dauda x Bishop, i think its interesting to dive into a relationship that isn't healthy or good for a character. In these characters the characters knows and understands that this love is unhealthy and hurts/destroys them but does it anyway out of this soft like devotion they have. They know what they have going on is wrong, i do not make this to be they're obvious and its just cutesy fun stuff!! They know and understand that it hurts them.

Simon is well aware that loving David breaks him but he's scared to lose someone that made him feel like maybe there could be a place made for him. That David wants to give something to Simon they know they can't? But does it regardless because it feels nice. Do you not think Clancy didn't think about the outcome of loving Lucas? That he was loving someone sick but did it anyway not to fix him but because he couldn't help but find the scenario almost comical. How someone who wanted him in pain would get distraught of the thought of losing his victim. He plays into it. Do you not think Woods not understand that he should not love Hackett because it feeds into a obsessive devotion? But Hackett wanted to feel like something he wasn't so he found himself entangled by the corrupt love handed to his scarred hands.

That is not to say these characters can never have a soft moment or love each other without pain. Their love is not complete misery. They have warm moments of laughing and cuddling closer to the other. They stand fingers intertwined as they watch the sun and the moon carefully walk around.

Love is complex, it can be very ugly but also tragically beautiful. Ig when i hear people say you cant ship xyz because "it makes you a bad person!!!" Mentality it pisses me off because relationships [of any kind] can be horrific and shitty, they can be twisted and messy, they're characters built to be human. They make mistakes they feed into their own greed they scrap for something they've been wanting for decades. They can be aware they scare the other but can't stop themselves. Ik in the act of shipping it comes across as tho i support their actions but...this is fictional. Its not real. I support their actions in a fictional view because if one really wanted to dissect their lover and keep everything from the inside irl that be a little scary, but in a fictional world fuckin go wild.

The same goes for relationships we already see in media. Looks kindly at Mia and Ethan. Eye twitches their love will never be perfect but they love each other regardless because who else is left to understand the scars they have without having to speak?

Two of my favorites are Jonah Vasquez’s Workaholic Pyjamas and Feng Min’s Workaholic Pyjamas. They are both their Christmas pajamas from the Cozy Break collection in Dead by Daylight! It’s a tie, so I think that doing them both is good. (I even giffed them in their outfits from the Cozy Break trailer!)

What was your first impression of Duncan and Gwen as characters? How about now?

It’s been such a long time since I first saw those two, I don’t even really remember my first impression on them anymore, but I do know for sure that I always liked them!

I remembered really liking their designs and thought they were pretty cool in general. As I watched more of the show (and then on my constant rewatches), I realized that I actually really love these two a lot and became super fascinated by them!

Now that I’ve grown up, I see them a little differently than how I originally saw them. I like how flawed they both are and the internal struggles that they both face, it’s something I find myself relating to a lot. Especially Gwen, I like how she’s just trying her best out there and trying to be the best person that she can be while she’s here. It’s something that I strive to do too and just like her, just try to find that happiness in this crazy world. 💓

They’re just great characters and while they have done questionable things, I still like that they’re able to make those mistakes because I like seeing how they react to them and decide on what to do next. That’s how I knew that I really liked Gwen and Duncan’s characters. 😊

Favorite because it carried me through a game: Magnezone (moon, scarlet), Chandelure (sword), Kingler (PokeGo), Dragonite (also PokeGo), Skorupi/Drapion (SP) and right now I'm doing a co-op playthrough of Let's Go Pikachu that is making me inordinately fond of the Oddish line

Favorite because of some other role it played for me in a game: Magby (my main Flame Body mon for egg hatching in Moon), Gallade (my main catching build in Scarlet and Sword), Krookodile (the infinite money build for SV lmao), Larvesta/Volcarona (more flame body)

Favorite because of The Vibes: Hisuian Typhlosion, Sneasel/Weavile, Corviknight, Misdreavus/Mismagius, Sableye, Mawile

Favorite because I randomly encountered them in a newer game and was delighted, despite not caring much for them in older games: Bergmite, Girafarig, Machop, Darumaka, Foongus, Frillish

Favorite becauss Gamefreak forgot about them: Blitzle/Zebstrika

Favorite because I have random fond memories of them from childhood: Venonat, Electrike (my first full-odds shinies from when I was growing up 🥺), Bayleef (I had a cool figure), Skitty (had a plush), Absol (my first Favorite Pokemon™️), Buizel/Floatzel, Shellos (more top-tier childhood fav), Bonsly (played XD), Munchlax (my mom LOVED munchlax whenever it appeared in the show/movie I was watching)

They’re very cute in a spooky way. Like sometimes I’ll catch shifts if them out of the corner of my eye, or they’ll flash in certain lighting situations.
