In October last year I decided to participate in Fauntober 2022 It was a really great experience that helped push my art forward in many ways and I met SO many rad artists on IG through this event. Here’s the first batch of my pieces from that month.

My chances of finishing Inktober in time are without a doubt "extinct"...which happens to be the prompt I used for this piece.

Don't fiddle with this fiddlehead. Today's Fauntober prompt was "fiddlehead".

Just because Therizinosaurus was a herbivore, doesn't mean it wasn't dangerous! The prompt for this piece was "claws".

I've been wanting to draw a skull snail for a while. The prompt "snails" was the perfect excuse to do so.

He'll make you cry for your chrysanthemum. The prompt was "chrysanthemum".

Allosaurus fragilis for the prompt "relic".

Symbiote Spidey for the prompt "jumping spider".

For the prompt "waterfall", I wanted to draw my favourite Waterfall resident, along with keeping up with tradition by having at least one Undyne in my sketchbook!

A frog tea party for the prompt "cup fungus".

The prompt was "songbird", and even though they technically aren't one, I couldn't help myself and drew a Dracula parrot. Thought it may get me into the Halloween spirit!

Pondered on what to do for the prompt "pond"...Ending up not drawing a pond, but a lagoon, and a creature dwelling in it instead.

A vampire Zetterburn on the hunt for blood for the prompt "sustenance".

Fun fact! If you enjoy figs, you've probably eaten a wasp or two. A fig wasp for the prompt..."fig".
